Not only great service but they listen to the patient's main concern. I have been to other dentists long ago (my bad), without the outcome I had here today. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best dental practice I have ever been to. I was presented options for what I was concerned with, and not any work that I didn't need. Service was the best from walking in the door until I walked out, everybody here is part of a great team. If you are looking around for a dentist and don't know where to try, I would highly suggest trying here first, you will not be disappointed. My wife had a top notch experience with Dr Sinclair, and now our whole family are patients here. Thank you to all the staff at Eagle Ridge Dental!!!

If I could post 0 stars I would. Went in for a dental implant for a missing tooth at the front of my smile. The work that was done was extremely sloppy. the recovery was terribly painful, could not eat more than one meal a day for 3 weeks because of the pain. When I went in for my suture removal they were not concerned about my level of pain and told me I will have to wait it out. I had to seek a periodontist 3 weeks after my procedure because the healing cap became loose. He took multiple scans and found the implant was NOT anywhere close to being in the right position. The implant ended up sticking out of the roof of my mouth less than 3 months after the procedure. When I called to complain about the pain and understand what could have caused this they were not apologetic but rather blamed that it rejected and had shifted to the pallet of my mouth. I had to have emergency surgery to remove the implant and have a bone graft done to repair the damage that was done. Have yet to hear back from them about my concerns. I don’t trust anything they have to say.

So after years of avoiding the dentist because I can't stand them and am basically terrified i was finally convinced to go in. I was greeted by a very nice decor and afriendly lady at the front desk who got me my paperwork right away and offered me a drink. While I was filling out papers I overheard another client having issues with their benefits. The lady at the front desk was very calm and patient and handled the situation in my opinion very professionally. When I was walked back to my chair the women cleaning my teeth was very friendly and was great with me as I told her I was a little un easy. All in all I had a very great experience and would definitely Recommend to anyone who is a little nervous about dentists, absolutely no pain. Not sure what I was so afraid of haha

My first visit to Eagle Ridge Dental Clinic was for an emergency; a cracked tooth. This office is state of the art from waiting room to dental chair. Before I knew it, I was registered, had my digital x-rays and my tooth was good as new. I'm glad I found such a great office. Thank you, Dr. April Sinclair!

Awesome experience. The staff were exceptional AND they follow the Alberta guidelines for pricing!!! I definitely recommend them. I had a dental estimate from another dentist in town that would have cost me several thousand dollars out of pocket. Eagle Ridge prices are covered by my insurance with no out of pocket expenses!!!

My first experience at the dentist was recently at eagle ridge dental, and yes I know !! I’m a grown adult and have NEVER been to the dentist. However, everyone at this office made my visit very pleasurable. They made me feel very welcome and explained everything to me. After decades of not going to the dentist you can guess I was very nervous about everything but everything went smoothly. And everyone is so kind. My cleaning was a great feeling and my whitening was the cherry on top. I was lucky enough to have very healthy teeth so everything went smoothly. Dr. Sinclair is so very sweet . She was very easy to talk to... and not only about teeth, but spoke about other things to keep me comfortable. The environment here is very welcoming. And I guarantee you whatever you go for they will make you feel the same.

If I could give no stars I would. Last time I was in, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area. After I spoke with someone, they ushered me to a dental chair and waited another half hour with not one person seeing me. Yesterday, they set up an appointment with my wife through phone and email. Today when she goes in they say they have no record of any call email or appointment. You have just lost two clients.

I've tried many dentists in Fort Mac over the last 10 years and I have to say I am extremely impressed with Dr. Sinclair and her staff. I had a pleasant experience from the beginning to end, having the smoothest root canal procedure I've ever had. The office is new, modern, comfortable. The staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Our kids liked it too. I have no complaints about the fees, they don't over-charge like some of the other dentists in Fort Mac. We are more than happy with our new dentist!

They were delayed past the appointment time, did unnecessary X-rays of my teeth which resulted in being over charged, they didn't bother to check what coverage I did have with insurance. They also overcharged for scaling - my teeth have always been 1-2 units max for scaling and I go every 9 months min. I even went to the dentist earlier than when I was due and they claimed 3 units of scaling. Ended up having to pay an additional 200$ for a total bill of 600$ for a regular check up to be there less than an hour.

I waited for my appointment for 50 minutes and by the time when the dentist finally came I already realized I couldn't spend any more time as it was almost my baby's bed time so I had to go. I never heard any apologies from the dentist. They simply waisted time of nursing mom. I will not come back.

Also was more involved with experience. Sometime’s water/cleaning tools/apparatus for cleaning teeth is too much and this way it was not . Have never experienced this before at a Dental Clinic. Dental practitioner was Friendly and seems to be extremely well Accredited did not Read them all but must be at Least 7 Diplomas / Certifications . Eagle Ridge Dental charged me over $5000 for work done on my 2 year old. Several of the fillings they put in have fallen out less than a year later and one of his teeth actually broke off at the gum line. He had to be put under anaesthesia for this work and it was traumatic for him. Now he will have to have that done for a third time because the work they did, did not hold up. They blamed me for poor dental hygiene at home, but he is 2. The dentist didn't give me a follow up appointment, didn't talk to me about my son needing extra care at home, and made no attempt to actually doctor my son. The just dug holes in his mouth and charged me a fortune for it. There are a lot of options for dentists in Fort Mcmurray, you should choose a different one.

The facility was very clean, great music in the back round and a nice tv to watch in the chair. The kids chairs are so awesome, sponge Bob and race cars. Dr. April sinclair is the BEST dentist in Fort Mcmurray. -- not just for people who are VERY fearful of getting dental work done like myself, but also because she is a grade A professional at his craft. I Went into her office and was greeted by a very friendly staff and felt comfortable through the entire process. He knew I had a bad fear so she talked me through the whole thing and made me laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood.. I originally planned to just get my teeth cleaned to appease my wife and just ignore all the other dental work that needed to be done, but because I had such an excellent experience with her. I plan to go back and get all the necessary work finished .but at the end of the day you gotta pay for quality, and that is what Dr. April exudes. I look forward to my next appointment!

Do not use this dental clinic. They did an estimate for my son without my approval or an appointment booked - to see how much work they could do and be reimbursed for. Then they kept scheduling appointments for him without any consent from us - with texts and emails stating how overdue he was. Finally we decided to attend (hoping that they had improved their COVID 19 protocols from the last visit - which they didn’t) to have his teeth cleaned . They informed my wife of the cleaning and exam - and she said only do the work that is covered by insurance and even provided them an experience of another dentist charging us for an exam that insurance would have covered the next calendar day . They agreed and proceeded with an exam and a fluoride that they attempted to run through insurance - and discovered then that the insurance interval was 9 months and not 6 months. They then said well it’s not our responsibility to know what will be covered and what won’t???? They have an estimate that clearly states it is not covered - they made a huge mistake and now want us to pay it. When I called - they admitted it and said they found a different charge code for the exam - so they can trick the insurance company into making that payment but they can’t find a work around for the fluoride - and said that my thirteen year old son agreed to it. They have just lost 4 customers and I will now share my story with my insurance company as well as the Alberta Dental Association .

My last appointment was booked 7 weeks ahead and today they called me saying dr Sinclair will not be in the office on the 28th. They suggested to on the 1st, sorry I won’t take another day off work. With your incompetence, 2 crowns will end up costing me $5K thanks a lot!

I had a cavity filling done and had pain For 3 weeks, went back and they told me I was fine. I Went to a different dentist for a second opinion to find out that the nerve had been dying for that month and the nerve was now dead and that I will now need a root canal. If I had listened to the dentist at eagle ridge who had said it would take 1-6 months for the pain to subside I could have lost my tooth altogether. I called and informed them of this unfortunate event and was not consoled in any matter, in fact the lady I talked to was rude. I would have been happy with a simple sorry but did not receive one. I hope that by writing this review they understand that customer relations is lacking in this establishment.

I am thrilled that Eagle Ridge Dental doesn’t over charge for their wisdom teeth removal. We got estimates from different places. Between my two teenangers we will save about $1400.00 by getting their Wisdom teeth out here! They also direct bill our insurance company so we don’t have to come up with all the money beforehand. Also, we don’t have to wait months to get their Wisdom teeth out either. (Which is important because one is in a lot of pain.) I’m so glad I found this place. ????

My family has been going to Eagle Ridge dental for quite some time and usually had a good experience. Today I went and was treated so unprofessionally by the dentist that I was in shock. I was told maybe she was having a bad day, I’m sorry but because you might be having a bad day doesn’t mean that it’s ok to treat your clients unprofessionally and rude. I was shocked that she didn’t even care when I told her that my family would be looking for a new dentist.

I asked for an approximation of payment before getting my teeth filled. Based on the information given, I chose to move ahead and get all my fillings done. When it came time to pay, the amount they asked for was more than double what was estimated. Keep in mind that no extra work was done beyond what was agreed upon. Instead of some acknowledgement on their part that a mistake was made so we could all move on, all I got was rudeness especially from the blonde receptionist.

Not gonna lie, I was super skeptical(is this evabout switching...just thought it was my luck/ my fault for having such terrible experiences at my old office- went in today to get a crown made (from a mistake made back in the fall)...first off you can make the crown in 20 mins in the office.. then as she was putting it in she only needed to adjust it 2X’s before the bite was right???????? no messing around... no throbbing pain 2 hours later when I tried to eat dinner ! I didn’t wanna jinx it but it’s already the next morning and I didn’t wake up in pain this morning like I have in the past ! Maxx Dental could learn a thing or 2 !

Your choice of Netflix programming while you’re having procedures done. Great location with easy access in Eagle Ridge. My hygienist and dentist were both excellent and made my visit painless and stress free. I will definitely make a return visit for any dental needs. Eagle ridge dental clinic is a great dental clinic . I have had a few procedures there and the ladies are very helpful and professional. I underwent two separate tooth extractions both with IV sedation and it was in and out within an hour and my recovery time was minimal. The ladies gave me all the follow up papers and home care papers necessary to properly heel. I enjoy going there . It's comfortable professional and clean !

It was my 3.5 year olds first time at an actual dentist. He was nervous going in, however they were incredible with him and he walked out with a huge smile. All the little things this dental office does for the kids really makes it stand out from the rest. My husband and I were so pleased. I had an appointment the following day with Dr Jain. I was told I needed a root canal ???? . I’ve only ever heard horror stories and I completely panicked. Dr Jain eased my nerves instantly and he did an impeccable job. I hardly felt the freezing going in, and no problems / pain since. I was worried for absolutely nothing! He is highly recommended and we will continue our dental needs at eagle ridge !

Incredible experience at Eagle Ridge Dental! All staff were very friendly and professional. I'm not a fan of the dentist but the staff made me feel very comfortable. I did not have any complaints about my teeth, but they advised me to get a filling. About a week later after getting them done, I went on vacation, and suffered from the filling that they had done. I am now trying to get my teeth fixed. Done two root canals as the nerves were dead due to improper filling and still working on the rest. They have friendly staff but not to be recommended.

My kids are no longer scared of the dentist and actually look forward to going. The staff at Eagle Ridge Dental, from reception to Doctor, are so friendly, and informative and helpful.
