Terrible place they don’t care about your personal health they just care about making money. The nurse literally laughed at me for being upset about not being able to get a sooner appointment for my surgery because i am in a lot of pain: the doctor tried to prescribe me a antibiotic for the pain without even looking at my tooth to see if it was infected. I was told he does this all the time so he knows what he is doing. The soonest appointment was booking into May and the taunted me by telling me Other places were booking 6 months ahead. Liars. I would have saved the trouble if I would have known this would be my experience. I have an appointment for an extraction tomorrow at Family Dental on Niagara, Dr Bauer. I highly recommend him. Same day extractions

I went for a consult and waited literally months just for the consult. I literally saw this dentist for 2 minutes. I had to ask him if he'd look in my mouth. He wouldn't have otherwise had I not asked. I just felt extremely rushed. He just wanted to go and talk to someone else instead. As he was rushing out asked me if I had any questions. I knew then there was no way I would have this Dr do my surgery. I had driven 30 minutes to this appointment. They didn't even have me fill out any paperwork. The soonest appointment they had was at the end of August and it was May. It was a total waste of my time. And I had a babysitter to watch my children, so I could go to this appointment. I do not recommend.
