Had such a great experience here with my oral surgery. The nurse was amazing and funny, made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. The surgeon was also very friendly and amazing at his job. Excellent dental practice, never felt more comfortable visiting a dentist's office before and that's so important if you have any phobia's. Recommend to any and all looking for a warm and competent atmosphere. My Dental hygienist Lisa and Dr.Sharma are top notch ! Update: Aug. 3rd, just has a wisdom tooth extraction and it was an awesome experience that took no time at all, with the support of the Dr. and Olga. State of the art clinic with wonderful staff, doesn't get better than that !

Just sharing my experience. I'm not a patient, but called just now to hopefully book an emergency appt. My regular dentist is on vacation unfortunately. The receptionist was neither friendly nor empathetic. She offered me one choice for an appt which I wasn't able to make, and then dismissed me until October. It doesn't cost anything to treat people with kindness. Isn't that part of the job?

I have had the pleasure of meeting all the staff at Pinewood Dental and find everyone of them to be the most professional, caring and genuine people. They really do care about your smile. I have had all my teeth extracted, temporary dentures put in and I am soon to have the bottom implants put in place for my final set of dentures. For all the time and money spent here it is well worth it in the end. You can absolutely not find a better Dental care office and staff than at Pinewood. Dr. Sharma and his wife and staff are the most amazing and caring people. I would highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

The Best Dental office I ever been in very hi tech and modern ,I had a teeth cleaning the best I ever had it did Not hurt at all the dental hygienist was awesome The dentist was Great ,I had 2 teeth on the upper right back that hurt and the X-rays showed no cavities but they taped on the 2 teeth and determined some nerve damage ,So what came up was a root canal but they determined that a mouth guard Would be best and cheapest , I thought that was Great every other dentist I had ever been at would have just told me I needed a root canal and did the 2 teeth just to make money in which had happened before to me when I was younger on one tooth This is The Best Dental Office Ever with the nicest bunch of people The office is so Modern and spacious You won’t be disappointed they care about there patients there not in business to just make A quick buck They care about their patients and the reputation and I have a great one

Hate isn't a strong enough word for how I feel about going to the dentist's office. I've had far too many unpleasant experiences sitting in a dentist chair. But...I had to have a tooth extracted, and called Pinewood. My first visit with Dr. Reiss was great. He explained everything fully, and I felt like I was in good hands. The follow up, when I had the procedure of 2 teeth removed, was explained well by Dr. Reiss prior to it, and after the process he made certain I understood what to expect. Although I had a ton of anxiety going in, I felt at ease with the assistant's checking how I was doing during the extraction, and everyone was super professional. I would highly recommend Pinewood Dental. I will be back....the bare minimum :) Thank you!

Ok so. I haven't been to a dentist in well over 10 years. My upper left wisdom tooth was rampant with cavities and a giant hole exposing the nerve, the pain has been unreal for like 2 years. I am a single mom on assistance, and due to serious complications I haven't been able to obtain a health card so assistance wont cover my dental. So I finally couldn't take it anymore and decided to pay out of pocket to rip the sucker out. Pinewood dental was AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, AND FRIENDLY. They walked me through everything step by step, and the dental assistant reassured me through the entire procedure. The dentist, dr So was fast and effective, and the procedure was painless. I was never uncomfortable for a second. Thanks homies ????

I had a long appointment in which several procedures were being done. I was so anxious - dentist appointments have always been scary for me - and this was the first time being treated at Pinewood, other than a cleaning. Dr Sharma did some of the treatment and Dr So did the rest. I had nurses, the two Doctors as well as assistants all taking care of me. It couldn’t have been a better experience nor could I have been treated with more kindness, patience and care. They provided all the information and medication I would need for after care ahead of time so I was able to go home right after the procedures and know exactly what to expect and what to do for the best results. The office is modern and Covid protocols made me very comfortable. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pinewood Dental to anyone.

My husband and I moved from B.C. and needed to find a Dentist. The Pinewood Dental Office was close by and we thought we would try it. We found the practice impeccably clean and sanitary including their meticulous Covid stipulations and restrictions. We can not say enough about the caring staff and the professionalism. Eventually a man answered but he did not say Pinewood Dental, just Hello. I asked for an appointment and he said, "you'll have to leave you're number, were having lunch". I hung up.
