I’ve been going to this dental clinic for years and have always recommended it to friends and family. Greg is professional, friendly and takes the time to explain things thoroughly so I could always make an informed decision. His work is great as he is both meticulous and gentle but also time efficient making sure procedures do not last uncomfortably long. My hygienist has always been Mari-Beth and I can’t imagine having my cleaning done by anyone else. She is able to work efficiently and is always conscientious about areas that may cause discomfort or pain and takes measures to minimize this. She is personable and makes the time in the chair fly by and you'll have a great smile in no time. The team at Niagara Falls dental clinic is very proactive in caring for patients oral care and without their work, I feel my love for candy would have had me missing some teeth by now. My first time to experience a dental treatment here in Canada, as an immigrant i need to research the best that i could find. Then tried NFDC, & i can say..."it is the Best among the rest" Dr. Greg Olivieri himself gave me all necessary informations & advice on how the treatment will go & everything went smoothly, now i am waiting for my next treatment for a Dental implant. This clinic is very organize & welcoming, i had my daughter w/ me & thankfully they have an area for kids to stay, the employees there tried to make sure she's okay while waiting for me & gave her something to play with. Staffs are so great, very friendly & makes the visit more comfortable. Karen was the first one who approached me there & as a treatment coordinator she's very knowledgable & caring person, it's like a family. I have to mention the workmanship & quality is phenomenal, Dr, Greg always makes sure that the procedure is almost perfect. Speaking about the clinic, it is very clean & advance equipment, they really adopt to the changes and update their services as we move towards the future. I recently moved to the area and was drawn to this clinic based on the reviews. I haven't had the best experiences with dentists in the past (in Toronto) and was nervous about starting anew. This office is very well organized. From a health and safety perspective, it's spot on. You get a digital COVID survey texted to you in advance of your appointment and the clinic itself is very digitally savvy. I met with an Administrator first to review my needs, my health history etc. and then she introduced me to the nurse for my x-rays, cleaning etc. They are a well oil machined and they speak to one another, it felt seamless. They also directly corresponded with my insurance company so it was easy for me to wrap up at the end knowing my insurance had already covered their portion immediately. I also had to have my wisdom teeth taken out, someone had cancelled and I was able to get in one week later by chance. This clinic works closely with Dr. Fortino who comes in as their Oral surgeon. He and his team were also incredible and I would say I felt nothing, (I was sedated mind you!) but beginning to end, it was organized. Thank you to Nurse Tom for the amazing laughs! The clinic gave me and my sister paper work on what to expect pre and post the procedure, organized my meds with the pharmacy directly and here I am a day later - VERY grateful. Dr. Olivieri was my dentist - he made me comfortable, made me laugh and was honest about what he felt made the most sense for me as next steps. Jasmine and the front office team were all fantastic, authentic and genuine. This is a long winded review, but as someone who had anxiety about a new dentists visit - I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you very much to this entire team - soup to nuts you were all great!

Dr.Thompson has been my dentist since childhood and a family friend. He is a wonderful man who never fails to make me smile. I had an appointment booked for 6:00 and they called me because they were ahead of schedule which I really appreciate. When I arrived everyone was so welcoming and kind. The office is beautiful and everything is spotless. Booking a next appointment was painless and they really investigated my dental coverage and options for me. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE. After my next visit I had to edit my review. I was so dizzy after anesthesia that the staff kept an eye on me after my appointment. The receptionist even offered to drive me home which I appreciated SO MUCH. They take such good care of patients. Dr. Thompson came out and ensured that I was well enough to drive after some time resting. I am so thankful to all of the staff who made sure I was safe.

Staff are all nice, friendly and professional. Precautions for covid19 were taken. I have come for 2 different tooth extractions and both Dentists were extremely gentle with the freezing process. One of my biggest fears of the dentist is the freezing needles. Not only did they not hurt me doing it but after the freezing was gone I wasn't in pain. Any place I have been prior I can't even open my mouth after just from the freezing needles.. During the whole process they checked on me to make sure I'm okay multiple times. Tell me what they are doing. Just overall best dentist I've had. I would definitely recommend them here, especially if they do kids because they are so gentle, I forgot to ask but I'll be bringing my kids there soon for their check ups if so.

Love it or Quit it

Niagara Falls Dental Clinic is the best there is! They are located at the corner of Morrison and Dorchester with lots of free parking. I was wowed from the moment that I first walked in their front door straight through to the end of my second Dental Appointment with them. As I am going through a separation / divorce and having to relocate and such, I had to find a new Dentist. I just walked in one day when I was in the area to see what it was like, and right away there were two staff members, Pat and Karen, who both stepped up and worked together as necessary to answer all of my questions and helped get me all signed up... When I decided that I wanted to sign up, they prepared some of my information for me so that I had to just either answer some questions with Pat / fill out my information as necessary with an ipad myself. If you are not good with computers, they will help you of course though. There is a lot of staff on site from Dentists to Dental Surgeons, Denturist Specialist, Periodontist, Dental Assistants, Hygienists and office staff. Everyone in this Clinic on the 3 occasions that I have been there so far in total, including my "signup day", are very friendly, helpful and made me feel perfectly comfortable. The whole place right straight through is very clean, modern, organized, thorough and operating with the latest technology. As a "detail-oriented" person, there is not a single thing that even I could find wrong or that needed improvement! You should go and check it out and you will be wowed just like me as you walk through and see everything they have to offer from their waiting room to the offices to the exam rooms. I have already emailed everyone I know that live in the area about them as if anyone is not going to this Clinic, then they should be!

I was shown that the clinic was well sanitized, that there were air purifiers in all rooms (air purify every 5 minutes) and all without exception wore their masks. Ian- From the moment I called with a dental emergency that needed addressed Niagara Falls Dental Clinic was wonderful, the phone call was polite and precise. They booked me in the next morning after explaining my issues. Amazing 10/10 team right a crossed the board the receptionists were professional and caring. They helped me with all coverage paperwork involved and made me feel very comfortable! Upon entering I noticed it was a very clean, well organized and up to date facility. I was guided to my room and the Dentist and his assistant were with me immediately. He was knowledgeable, informative and transparent with me. I was offered a few different strategies and approaches for how to deal with my dental issues as well as predicted pricing , once a decision was made on how to move forward the procedure was gentle (as gentle as dentistry can be anyways) and professional. Amazing bedside manor from the dentist and his assistant, their calm demeanor, professionalism, kindness and information about what to expect from the procedure put me at ease. ( I have anxiety) After the procedure the dentists assistant took extra care to make sure I was ok before I left the chair room (she even got me a glass of juice to normalize my sugar level!). Upon leaving the receptionists had all my payments and receipts sorted with my insurance ready to go immediately. I arrived at 10 am and was leaving the office by 10:35 am! All of that happened in under half an hour! I was so impressed I promised I would wright Niagara Falls Dental Clinic a good review upon leaving so here I am keeping my promise. Thank you Niagara Falls Dental Clinic team! I highly recommend Niagara Falls Dental Clinic and will be returning to them for my future dental needs. 11/10 6 stars out of 5

Been looking for a new Family Dentist and tried many in NF for the4 past couple years, but the wife found NF Dental clinic and took a chance. Very glad she did as they have been awesome! The office is super clean, very accommodating for children, and the staff are all very nice and professional. They do all the leg work for you and do their best to not surprise you with hidden fees. The fact that they send in estimates to your insurance before doing the work speaks volumes!
