First time here. I had recently moved to the area and been off work for 6 weeks(with no income) due to an existing injury getting worse from an MVA. However I could not let what felt like a piece of filling breaking off go unattended so I left a message at night asking them to call me back and see if they could help me out considering my situation and bad timing. The following morning I got a call and could see them that day. Very good location, Beautifull decor and plenty of examination rooms. Clean and plenty of seating area in 2 split waiting areas. Free parking. Free-standing building. Reception Ladies such as Rose-Anne were all so very nice and friendly. Within 10 minutes of paperwork, Ashley (Dental Hygienist )took me in. I received a friendly warm greeting from both Ashley and Dr. Rayan. The Dentist offered me a 3 month payment plan as an option and I got my 1st exam discounted which was very kind and helpful. There are 3 owners and 3 associates which is great! Also open on weekends if necessary. Thanks again Staff and Best of Luck to All others looking for a place to receive Great Dental Care.????

My Care Dental is fantastic. I have been a patient of Dr. Bob's from the time I was 3 years old. Fast forward 37 years and I am happy to report that even though the practice has grown, service levels and compassion have not. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bob et al at My Care Dental. I have been going here for a good year now. All of the staff is awesome and super friendly. They make you feel comfortable no matter what! My personal dentist Dr. Habib is by far the best dentist I have been too. I would 100% recommend this dental office to anyone looking for one. Also just attended their "My Care Day", which is a day they will take patients for completely free, and I must say it was great, the staff were awesome, treating everyone super quickly and professionally. They did an amazing job taking over 100 patients for free on varieties of different needs and took care of everyone, including myself and did a fantastic job. Even the people who came for the " My Care Day", to have the free work done were great. Overall, awesome experience, would deffinately recommend to anyone in need of dental work!

Recently had a cavity filled by Dr. Rayan. I voiced my questions and concerns regarding the drill, and he made sure I was comfortable with the process and completely numb prior to beginning. Rayan and Ashley were very efficient and thorough, and remained cognizant of my body language to ensure I was not in pain. As Rayan was aware of the fact that I did not have benefits, he did his best to keep costs down. I also received a follow-up call the next week regarding any pain/discomfort I may be feeling.

Dr. Rayan and the My Care Dental team are absolutely exceptional! I had never been to their office before, but I called them needing an emergency exam, and they were able to squeeze me in that day. Turns out that I needed a root canal, which they were able to get me an appointment for within the week. As someone who has a severe fear of needles and has not had great experiences with dentists and fillings in the past I was of course terrified to hear this, but Dr. Rayan took care to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Rayan was so patient and understanding with all of my concerns, and was very gentle throughout the entire procedure. I really appreciate the time and attention to detail Dr. Rayan and his assistant Ashley took to make sure I got a “beautiful” root canal. 10 out of 10 would recommend Dr. Rayan and the My Care Dental team!

Not being from the area, I relied on Google reviews to be the deciding factor as to where I was going to go when my filling fell out of one of molars. So I called a 5-Star rated dentist office located not too far from my hotel. They, were closing soon and being so close to Christmas they had no openings in the days to come. I asked them for a recommendation, and they mentioned My Care Dental, in which I had previously skipped because of their current rating. I was promptly booked in for the next morning . I was greeted by the super friendly staff, and within minutes sitting in the chair. Dr. Habib Tarzi was absolutely stellar in not only his gentle demeanor, but incredibly capable with his skills. He walked me through the process as the best way to handle it, asking me whether I wanted a temporary fix (to wait for my home dentist to repair) or a permanent solution. Always worried about not having insurance, I wanted to know what the cost difference would be between the two procedures. The price difference was nominal, and seeing his degrees from Queen's and Boston University displayed on the wall I was pretty confident that things would go well. After a painless freezing, and 15 minutes later it was a good as new. But, Dr. Habib Tarzi noticed the gap for flossing was not perfect, so another 10 minutes of his expertise led to a perfect fix. I would also like to mention that his dental assistant was fabulous! I wish this clinic was closer to where I lived. So, never judge a book by its cover, this is the place for all of your dental needs. This should definitely a FIVE STAR rated dental office!

Over the weekend my front tooth was cracked and I contacted My Care Dental. The receptionist (Andrea) got me into the office within a couple of hours to see Dr. Joe. Dr. Joe fixed my tooth perfectly and I was really impressed with his care and with the entire staff. I'd recommend this dentist office and Dr. Joe. On April 24 I woke up with incredible tooth pain . I called this dentist who got me an appointment right away. The dentist I saw was very kind however he was unable to pull the tooth as he does not extract??? I was given antibiotics and a pain killer as I had an abscess.. I was told I would I would be called for an appointment.. two days later I was in excruciating pain and went to a medical walk in clinic who prescribed a different antibiotic and told I should see the dentist BEFORE I toOK the antibiotic I called the office and the receptionist advised I Could take the antibiotic and if it got worse to go to Hospital. My face swelled right up and I couldn't take the pain. I went to hospital and was given antibiotics by IV. I called the dentist again and was given an appointment. I met with another dentist who was again nice but couldn't help me due to a connective tissue disease I recently have been diagnosed with.. he gave me 5 pain killers to hold me over until MONDAY as he said he would find a Surgeon to pull my tooth. The IV antibiotic worked and the abscess broke. I wasn't hurting anymore until a week later. I called the office again to say the abscess was back and that I am again in pain and need antibiotics. The reception called back and left a message saying they could send antibiotics but nothing for pain. I was made to feel like I am a drug seeker.. I can assure you I am not and ANYONE that has had an abscess knows how terrible the pain is.. I received a call stating my surgeon appointment is June 25!! More than a Month away with an infection that keeps coming back!!! I called the surgeon on may 23 and was advised I would be put on an emergency list and that no appointments had come available. Today I am in a great deal of pain as the abscess is back.. I stopped in the office as I was near the office. I was told that the surgeon had been trying to call SEVERAL times with no answer and that the antibiotic will be in my system from may 12!! The same antobiotic that the first tine around did not kill the infection!! If it was still in my system pretty sure the abscess have returned. I feel that I was made to feel like I was making this up.. obviously I Have an infection and I'm in excruciating pain.. with an infection for a month. I checked my call logs and I can see the surgeon did call yesterday however I was at a funeral and my phone was off..I also have lost several days of pay due to this tooth infection. So in conclusion my insurance has paid for 2 emergency visits.. xray's and I have another month to wait?? I would not recommend to ANYONE unless you want to be made to feel like you are drug seeking and also antibiotic seeking?? Having almost lost a family member to a tooth infection that wreaked havoc on his body I really hope that this doesn't happen..I mean the antibiotics prescribed clearly helped with infection after all with a 4th round if an abscess. I will try to find another dentist and will be looking into being reimbursed for the xray's and 2 emergency appointments my insurance won't pay for now for another dentist..

Dr. Ian Cheng was a more than we could hope for when we needed it most. He opened the clinic late afternoon on a Sunday, near the holidays, to help us because our 2 year old daughter had just broken her tooth. He was quick and honest, gentle and considerate with our daughter and, without an assistant, he was able to temporarily repair her tooth, buying us the time we needed to go back home and see our family dentist for a final treatment. I had not been to the dentist in quite a few years since being off a plan. Mycare's cleaning and examination special pulled me in and I completely believe in dental health maintenance, but i'd got off track. what can I say? The special pulled me in and the service and quality of care kept me coming and will keep me coming back. From my first call to the clinic to the end of my last dental visit, the service has been superb. The smiles have been ever-present. I have felt completely safe there during the pandemic. I have been seeing mainly Dr. Frank and Celtie? Keltie? Not sure on the spelling, for hygiene. Everything people say about Dr. Frank is true but he also has a great sense of humour and he genuinely cares. My Care Dental is my forever dental clinic.

Never used to go to the dentist because of bad dentest as a kid the dentests and staff here are very friendly as for money hungry ya i can see that they want you in every like 2 or 3 monthes but i got benifits so everythings free so i dont really care not really a negitive for me just something to be aware of if you dont have them

The first time I went because I got a filer in the mail, I thought it look nice and the reviews were ok. I went and the dentist was a woman, I'm pretty sure she was a student. Personally after she said she was done filling in the cavities, they still kept hurting. When I returned after 2 months (because the same teeth that the dentist "fixed") the dentist that i had there was gone so I had Dr. Habib. At first I liked how he worked and he was and he was fun to talk will but then I think he did everything to fast, He said that one of my baby tooth would fall out in less then a month, but it didn't, so after 6 months I came back and he had to pull it out.

I had a dental emergency on Saturday, July 14th. I chipped my front tooth during lunch. Knowing that my dentist was closed on Saturdays, I googled dental clinics that were opened so that I can get my tooth fixed before work at 3pm. I called My Care Dental Centre as this was the only dentist office opened in the Niagara Region. I spoke with Laura and explained my situation. She was very professional and took my phone number as she need to check in with the doctor to see what he could do as I was not a patient at the clinic. Laura called me back in 10 minutes and told me to come to the centre as soon as possible as the doctor was available. Dr. Ryan and Victoria took care of my chipped tooth. They were both very professional and quickly took to task in fixing my tooth. Dr. Ryan explained step by step the process in fixing my tooth and what to expect. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Both Dr. Ryan and Victoria did an amazing job and worked so quickly to get this done. It doesn't even look that i had chipped my tooth. Thank you so much My Care Dental! I greatly appreciate how you took care of my situation even though i was not a patient! I highly recommend My Care Dental!!

My experience at My Care Dental was beyond 10/10. I broke my back molar on a Friday and was able to be seen on a Saturday morning. Dr. Dave couldn't have been more amazing. He explained everything to me step by step to make sure I understood everything, and was very thorough with his work. Dr. Dave, along with hygienists' Shannon and Samantha, did a world class job, and made me feel very comfortable. I have had very bad experiences with dental offices trying to bleed me dry, but My Care Dental restored my faith in humanity! It will be the only dental office I will be going to moving forward.

It was very unpleasant experience, mentally and physically. I went through x-ray and consultation where I was told and shown pictures of 2 teeth that need fillings. I agreed to do the fillings later the same day that would cost $282/each and I was asked to find out what is my maximum for a year with my Insurance. I have a letter from my Insurance company that MyCareDental quoted the amount with them. The procedure was very unpleasant, Dr Rogers gave me 2 needles of pain killer that was unnecessary, I still keep biting my cheek inside and feel sharp angles of the teeth after my mouth unfroze. My Insurance maximum was $1,000, that probably why 3 teeth were treated. My mouth was frozen, I could not say anything and Dr. Rogers damaged my 3rd healthy tooth, just to make his money. Discussed fillings also went up to $349 each to reach my Insurance Company’s maximum. From $564 that were discussed, they charged me + my Insurance $1,294. I read MyCareDental ridiculous comments unfortunately only after I went there. Don’t even try to tell me that you don’t know who I am, I called you as you requested before writing the review and you found me. For the $450,000 donations you are making, how much money you are getting as tax break, tell the information to the middle class families that you take advantage of. I will never tell a dentist that I have Insurance until I will receive a final bill. I would like to add to my review on how the MyCareDental office and Dr Rogers in particular handled the issue. First of all, I never received a return call from the clinic before I wrote the review, I waited a week. After the review Dr Rogers personally started bombarding me with angry, disrespectful emails full of irrelevant information. Basically saying that if I would of wait for his call he would be able to help me with the prices as he is saying he did not know that money was an issue for me. The review system doesn't give an opportunity to a patient for a reply on untruthful statements from My CareDental. I would like to say that I wrote already all the information about the visit and it is very wrong of MyCare Dental to say that they have something else in their records and cover it with privacy policy. Stay away from MyCareDental and Dr Rogers in particular!

I can't say enough good things about this office. It's clean, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Our whole family goes to My Care Dental. I am not the easiest of patients. I absolutely love Dr.Joe and my fav hygienist is prob Kat (although I haven't had a bad one yet ;) They have flexible hours and I highly recommend this office. I had one dental emergency while pregnant and they were so kind and accommodating.

Thank goodness for Dr. Frank, Stefania, and all the staff I met at My Dental Care, McLeod Road Niagara Falls! After having an implant crown placed at another practice in Fonthill I found myself in a jack pot. Days later I called saying I was in distress. Since the dentist who placed it had sold the practice and simply was finishing up jobs I had to see the guy who bought a great practice. His skill and ability left much to be desired, he pulled into the parking lot ten minutes late for my appointment (total disrespect) and started off justifying to me how safe the room they constantly placed me in was. All the other rooms but mine flapped. The new guy was all thumbs, took an x-ray and couldn't read it. I told him what was wrong which he confirmed after looking at the film a second time. I was sent packing in the same pain I entered in, being told to come back and that the root canal crown should fall off on it's own but it was actually crammed between two implants. I left crying actually. What kind of a dentist does that? So I had a friend arrange for me to see their dentist. He was kind, and could see the issue but didn't have the tools to take the implant crown off. So; he referred me to a prosthodontist. After submitting all the information, including x-rays, chart and particulars for the Hiossen implant I was assured I'd get relief. I waited almost three lousy weeks for that appointment but was reassured if they got a cancellation they'd call. When I showed up the assistant commented "you're here for a consult". I said, "hopefully she can help me I gave her all my particulars". Well after having to repeat the story now a third time I was sent home 183 dollars poorer and in the same jack pot I walked in with. All that nonsense and the secretary who knew why I was referred only booked an assessment. The prosthodontist ALSO didn't have the tools for the job. A waste of two hours and 183 bucks I will never get back. I called My Dental Care. I explained to Stefania the entire issue. I emailed the documents and conveyed to her that someone needed to take that new tooth off, enlarge the margins and make sure I didn't now have a vertical fracture in my painful root canal tooth. Believe me I looked at the CV of Dr. Frank, and his associates. Stefania conveyed to Dr. Frank exactly what my issue and expectations were. Dr. Franks clinic is set up for Covid, it was clean, and all of the staff were not only friendly but knew what their role and responsibility were. Dr. Frank quoted the job before I showed up. He did his assessment, and concurred with my laymen diagnosis. He clearly knows what he is doing. I've seen so many dentists and know someone who has the knowledge and dexterity to perform competently. He actually found that what was documented in my chart in Fonthill didn't match what was in my mouth. Yet he managed to get that tooth off without ruining any of my porcelain crowns. Dr. Frank is amazing. Skilled, direct, competent, and compassionate. The guy actually cared. Well I am happy to say that I'm improving in the pain department, though the root canal tooth is still sore the improved margins are giving it room to breathe and hopefully resettle. The clinic thank goodness made good on their word. Finally a practice who does what they say they will do. First impressions matter, and the front desk staff set the tone. I was lucky to have a good dentist in Fonthill but like all good things that too came to an end. Dr. Frank and Stefania, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I left your practice a happy patient. I believe I've found a new dentist who has a practice with hours like I've never heard of! And I reviewed the CV of your fellow dentists and think even if you are not available in a pinch one of them will be able to help me.

Today I came there for my First visit in this clinic. I have no teeth problem and I just came to clean my teeth. They made up reasons to take test and cleaning. After everything, they charged me $370 dollars to they said I have to visit again to complete the cleaning. Only first half of the cleaning was done and they said I have to pay $260 dollars extra for the second visit. In my 6 year experience in Canada, this is the first time I ever a dental clinic cheated me and charged me this much. I will NEVER go back to this clinic. I am going to share this bad experience to my community.

She has always gone above and beyond to answer my questions and adress my concerns. Always amazing customer service. ????

Went for my 1st visit at My Care Dental. I was absolutely terrified because I haven't seen a dentist since mine had passed away. My teeth are pretty rough from a sweet tooth, my love for caffeine and 3 pregnancies. I do need quite a bit of work and I can accept that. Dr.Joe was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Talked calmly and assured me I can have my smile and confidence back! Highly reccomend him if your anything like I am.

Today I nervously went to have my 2 wisdom teeth pulled out by Dr. Joseph (Joe) Rogers and his assistant Jen! I have to say I am absolutely against having any needles in my mouth (my own phobia) and had always thought, having teeth pulled was terrifyingly painful! To my SURPRISE, the procedure was very fast and I amazingly did not feel a thing! Nothing I always believed would happen, happened at all! This was the most AMAZING procedure (and my first dental extraction) I have experienced. Dr.Joe was "God-like". When he gave me the needle to numb my gums I was totally unaware! I felt nothing! I couldnt believe it! And when he extracted both my teeth, again, I felt nothing! I was AMAZED and in SHOCK that it was that simple....... in the right hands of course! I would absolutely, positively and most definitely recommend Dr.Joe to anyone! I can not THANK him enough (and Jen) for making this entire process painless and so overwhelmingly comfortable! God Bless!!! If I ever need anything in the future.... I have found the PERFECT CLINIC!!!! Thanks Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found our new dental health centre. Greeted by Deanne at the front desk, some paperwork and voila, she got Sandy in to see Allie and I went in to see Ashley. Now not only did I get x-rays and pictures but a great spit and polish. I spit she polished. The gals were great, good humour, gentle with the probing, prodding and cleaning. Settling the bill with Deanne was a hoot, she looked for and gave us the introductory, senior, just moved to Niagara, bald headed guy discount. New to Niagara, thinking about a change, want an early or late appointment, need to see someone on a Saturday or Sunday? The place is open 7 days a week, shuttle bus service if you need it and I think they might even offer a laundry and car wash service while you wait (well not yet but maybe one day).

I had a consult with dr frank Bojcic as a second opinion from my regular dentist. My regular dentist informed me that I would need a gum graft for some sensitive teeth. After a consult with DR Bojcic he has informed me that all I need is a filling and a night guard. This has saved me a lot of money and pain.

After switching to this dentist office my anxieties of going to the dentist have decreased tremendously. The receptionists are always so helpful and welcoming. The dentists I have received care from are exceptionally skilled and always provide the best care. I have had most of my dental procedures with Dr. Habib, I really appreciate his welcoming and positive attitude. He is a very knowledgeable and I trust him with my dental care 100% which is hard for someone who has had very negative experiences at other places in the past. Shelley Tharen really does go above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of. Her excellent assistance and kind demeanour towards patients is the reason I continue to go to this office and the reason I always recommend this dental office to friends and family. It is incredibly satisfying being able to trust completely this area of medical professions as apart of my healthcare team. Without any hesitation I recommend this office.

Dr.Frank is my husband's and my dentist since we moved to the falls 5 years ago and we love him. Great service that is until you are no longer using benefits. It was like a switch went off...my fiancé had a routine cleaning and his mouth was in pain for a day and a half. I was told to pay $20 or would be sent to collections. Waiting for my next appointment to pay was not an option. Lol truely pathetic service....staff should keep in mind there are plenty of other options that will now be explored.

Rudest place you could ever go for dentistry. I called for an emergency procedure and the girl receptionist on the phone said why are you bothering calling here I don't know why you're calling. Do not recommend coming here ever, I will be moving my and my family's business else where and will be spreading the word on how horrible this place treats its customers.

As usual I was anxious for my dental visit (as most people, I do not like going to the dentist), more anxious than usual, as this visit would be my first at My Care Dental. I’m happy to share my experience, as I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Ghandour and team! Deanne first greeted me at the front desk. She’s wonderfully personable, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful but most importantly welcoming! She has a knack for making you feel as if you have been a patient of the clinic for years! I was not left to wait long before being ushered into an available room. Ashley was first to assist asking the preliminary questions - she really listened to what I had to say. Her effective yet hilarious icebreakers put me right at ease! I would highly recommend Dr. Ghandour. Early on I was impressed with his enthusiasm and skill. Everything was explained in layman’s terms and all questions answered. I was made to feel very comfortable all while my concerns were addressed. Dr. Ghandour is professional, yet personable and genuinely seemed to care about health and smile. The entire office is very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend My Care Dental if and when within the Niagara region.

Dr. Frank and staff are professional, friendly, trustworthy and above all calming. He said no pain and he was right. He treats you as if he was in the chair getting the procedures done himself. They quote you a price and do their best to match it even when unexpected issues occur. They listen to you, validate your concerns and are as accommodating as possible. I moved to Niagara Falls recently and family highly recommended him. I do too!

attended the my care free dentistry day, it was overall great.. very busy but the line moved fast! i had my 3 year old daughter with me, she was great for the most part, got a little hangry, so i told the staff that we were just going to head out, they bumped us to next spot so i could still get my teeth cleaned ! i thought that was really awesome of them!! great job and great day thank you so much ladies :))

Staff in My Care Dental are superb in customer service and dental care! I took my son here for checkup, fillings and cleaning. They have a mouth guard to help him open the mouth while they are doing the procedures. Very clean comfortable environment. Schedule is accommodating even in the weekend. I have never experienced a more money hungry dental office in my life. They will "repair" something, only to have it fall out the next day. Then they will agree to repair it again for free, only to charge your insurance company another $130 for a fix they said would be free. When questioned they will tell you that the charge is "only temporary" and will not be paid, which is a flat out lie. Thank goodness we had insurance, I couldnt imagine them doing this to us without insurance. As well they will tell you to come for a cleaning once every 5 months, which again, is not necessary and just a money grab.
