Going to the dentist doesn’t have to be a scary experience. Because I was afraid, I didn’t go to the dentist for years and had a lot of work I needed to get done. In my initial consultation Dr. Chan put together a plan to get all my dental work completed over a period of time. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chan for a year and a half now and always look forward to coming in and seeing the professional and friendly staff at Inspire Dental. Sandra is always there taking care of the office, Leo has assisted through my orthodontics and Kesha did a great job cleaning and scaling my teeth. Now I love my teeth and get compliments on them all the time! If you’re on the fence about seeing a dentist or scared and have a lot of dental work to do like me, I recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Chan, you’ll be glad you did!

Appointments not on time. Was called to come early as there was a vacancy but ended up sitting for a half hour as the hygienist skipped over me and I ended up at my regular time. Not good! The first time I was there I sat and waited an hour past my appointment. I had to complain to get service.

My old dentist closed without notice and I was looking around online for a dentist with good reviews that was also in the general downtown Buffalo area. I was happy to find all of that (plus the ability to schedule appointments online) at Inspire. The downtown office is on Delaware right across from the Embassy suites and there was plenty of street parking available. The interior of the office was clean and modern and full of up to date equipment. My hygienist, Tierra, was on time, very thorough, and was super friendly. My last dentist was giving me the express cleaning before they closed, so it felt very nice to get a nice thorough cleaning. Without hesitation, I will be back in 6 months. Also I got a free sonicare toothbrush before I left, no complaints about that!

By far the best dentist I have been to. Staff is super friendly and Dr Chan treats you like a friend. They make sure you are well informed about your treatments and quickly accommodated me when i had a rush issue. My husband and I have had both regular dental work done and Invisalign through this location and we are super pleased with the results.

The dentist I had was horrendously rude!!! He told me...TOLD ME...to raise my hand if I felt pain. I raised my hand, HE SAID, "I don't care if you raise your hand"! He started talking to his DA about me while I was lying there, I went to talk, HE SAID, "I'm not talking to you". I was in TOTAL SHOCK! I switched my insurance plans, and I never went back there again. I called the insurance company and the ADA to complain, but it took a minute for the root canal to heal. Reception wasn't that nice, and I should have taken that as a precursor of what was to come, but it was an emergency so I moved forward. The most pleasant thing about this place was the Cuban hygienist. His story was interesting to say the least, and he was quite sweet. He could do better than that place. Nevertheless, that's my two cents.

Not at all pleased with this visit. 13 hours after a filling, I'm still in as much pain as I was with the drilling at 7:00am, with no numbing in advance. The filling is too high on one side, with excess material on the other side. Also the filling material is gritty and gross. Would NEVER recommend Dr. Lee and am NEVER returning.

I don't know about the doctors or the cleanliness. I thing people who have had the services can tell better. One thing that I experienced is that their billing and scheduling department is not professional. I had an appointment scheduled 2 months ago for today and had given my insurance ID number on their website when I scheduled the appointment. Then I called and asked the call center representative about my appointment schedule. She confirmed my appointment also said that they take Fidelis Care insurance. They did had my DOB and they better know I was not below 18 years old or comes under children insurance panel. I went to my appointment today at 11:00 a.m. on 199 Delaware Location. and the receptionist didn't find me on schedule. The insurance lady called me on 11/22/21 for insurance verification, but I am unable to understand what was that she needed from me when she had my insurance ID number given over the phone to add in my chart + you give your member ID number when you schedule your appointment online. However, she told me billing dept cancelled my appointment because I didn't pick up my phone. I called back the very same day to verify insurance. NOBODY picked up the phone and I LVM. Anyways, my concern is if you can send messages and emails out for confirming appointment why not send out messages after cancelling appointments. I had to literally rush from work for this appointment 25 minutes away from my work. had to put in PTO request for 3 hours because was not sure how long it will take. all for nothing. So thanks for the good customer service

I recently moved to Langley so I needed to find a new dentist, a friend who works at Inspire in Vancouver recommended Dr. Chan. I have since been 3 times in the past few months for my consult, cleaning and most recently 2 filling replacements and 1 new filling. I normally don't freeze easily but Dr. Chan was able to freeze the 3 areas the first try and inserted the needles with care and I didn't feel anything. I was amazed, this was the most pain free experience for freezing that I had ever had. His assistant Melanee takes a personal interest in her clients and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Chan also followed up personally a week after my last appointment to make sure I was doing well. 100% recommend!

I have enjoyed everything about Inspire and am completely satisfied. I have a sketchy dental past and with a new job in recent years that includes good dental, I sought a permanent and consistent dental provider to finally address cumulating issues as well as to stabilize and maintain future health moving forward. Making my situation a bit more complicated than it needs to be, I had a special concern over a long established dental technique which I absolutely forbid. I don't want to get more specific as I don't want to besiege any particular dentist with people just like me -- it would drive any dental practice insane - but suffice to say my dentist in this case worked to first accommodate me and then gradually and comfortably loosen me up over it. Having called around prior I was unable to find any other practice in Buffalo willing to take this time, and, in one case I had to up and leave one dentist in the chair when they frivolously discounted my concern and turned animostic . So it was a relief to find Inspire. Today my punch list of dental projects is met and I am eating and smiling happily for the first time in years. As long as I am in Buffalo, Inspire is my dental provider, period. Every member of the staff is pleasent and detail oriented, employs humor and communication positively to get things done.

As I’m sure most people do, I hate going to the dentist or having to gat dental work done. Walking into the office dreading it, I was immediately greeted by a smiling face and warm comfortable atmosphere. Allison was first to take me back into the office, and despite being quite self-conscious about my teeth, she made the atmosphere quite comfortable and stress free, even offering insight into different things I could try given my specific situation. Dr. DeRose was also very pleasant. Quick, clearly knowledgeable, and flexible schedule wise offering next appointments within a week if needed. Coming from a past dentists office with a month long waiting list, staff that you could tell hated their jobs, and a crowded dirty waiting room, inspire is an incredibly welcome change. I’ll be referring them to anyone I meet who needs dental work or even a cleaning!

I was able to schedule a short-notice appt within a matter of days which was important to me given the unpredictable nature of the 3rd trimester. I had Dr Lee and his assistant, Rene. Both were absolutely amazing! So very kind and patient. They helped keep me and my mountainous belly comfortable during the procedure. Dr Lee explained everything to me before it happened and gave me many opportunities to say if I felt uncomfortable. He took time to answer my questions and made me feel very at-ease. I have always been terrified of the dentist. I’ve had soo many dentist be mean and rude to me. I have severe anxiety, and usually need to be extra extra numbed. Dr. Lee was SPECTACULAR. Excellent excellent dental office ! Had my kids to be treated here and we had a great experience after shopping around at 2 different dental offices. One had done a crown that came off few weeks later, then covered with a filling that also came off a week later and at paediatric office that wanted to dope our kids for some simple fillings not to mention the extra 20% and up they charge per filling. At inspire they were professional, patient, kind, honest and very kid friendly my son didn’t even need local anesthesia. I will recommend this office to anyone especially with kids ????

My dentist, Dr. Chan, was incredible, funny and super informative. I transferred over to this location after moving to Langley and so far the experience has been great. Dr. Chan treats you like a friend and he is extremely easy to talk to, normally I’m more intimidated by dentists but I actually have been getting excited for the future of my teeth under their care. The receptionists are really kind too, and if they can’t answer the phone, you can just leave a message and they get back you within like 10 minutes, which makes handling appointments really smooth. Dr. DeRose is friendly, professional, and informative. He saw me, fixed a chipped tooth on the spot, made recommendations for care, and also coordinated x-rays and a much-needed cleaning with Chad (who's also amazing), all in the same visit. I couldn't recommend a dental group any higher.

Short story time: I cracked a molar a few weeks back, super uncomfortable, lots of pain. My Dentist was on vacation for the month, his receptionist said I should schedule an extraction and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. Whew! Just yank the tooth and no more pain! So I call the referral, and they will perform the extraction... 7 WEEKS FROM THE DAY I CALLED. 7 WEEKS OF PAIN. 7 WEEKS OF GETTING ANXIETY WHENEVER I THINK ABOUT EATING. They urge me to go see a dentist in the interim. What can I do? I schedule it for the end of November. I go into the office, and moan about my tooth/distant appointment to my coworkers. Jen perks up and says, "Try Inspire, they're great." Thank the heavens she did. I call them, why not, couldn't hurt, my DDS is on vacation and I should have someone take a look anyway. I call. I explain my agony. They can see me that day. I had to have her repeat it, I was in disbelief. "Sure, does 3 o'clock work?" Oh it works. I leave work early and head over. The office is beautiful. The staff is welcoming. They see me immediately. The dentist knows what needs to be done. I explain that I have an extraction scheduled for the end of November. He says: "Why not get them out sooner?" Well, I didn't know that was an option. "How about Monday?" he says. I'm dreaming right? Monday? This anguish could be over by Monday? Book it. He tells me I'll be seeing Dr. Charles. I'm over the moon about this. Monday comes along, I'm nervous. I'm the nervous type anyway. They prep me. Everyone is amazing. All friendly, all putting me at ease. I start to relax. In comes Dr. Germain Charles. He shakes my hand, ask me how I am doing. I explain my nerves. He puts me at ease in seconds. His confidence really made me feel calm. He explains everything. We get started. 15 minutes later. The problem molars are gone. I felt nothing. It was painless. All I see is Dr. Charles smiling at me and telling me what a great job I did. I can' t thank this man enough. I wish all my dental related visits could be this smooth, this professional, this....easy. I mean, I've had cleanings that were more uncomfortable than this man pulling two molars! He's a genius! Inspire Dental, Dr. Charles, Thank you. I'm Inspire for life now. I can't thank you enough. P. S. Dr. Charles called me that night! Just to see how I was doing! When has any medical professional ever done that? It warmed my heart.

Wonderful experience from entry to exit. Update: My son had 3 cavities. They were able to get him in for fillings within 2 weeks. Upon entry, he was in a chair within 5 minutes. Less than 15 minutes later he was finished. He told me that the needle was a little pinch, no pain with the actual fillings, and no subsequent pain (he didn't even have enough numbness for his brother to make fun of the way he talked!) Staff as always was friendly and informative when I had any questions. After 35 years, I may be getting over my fear of dentists!

Tuesday I had all my teeth removed. To some patients think this might be a very scary proposition but from my consultation all the way up to when my procedure was complete i knew i was in good hands with Kaylynn and Dr DeRose. Things were explained to me to a T and as an inquisitive individual they answered all of my additional questions. I'm not a dentist so i do not know the ins and outs but i'm sure with the amount of decay and bone loss that it had it's challenges but a 3 hour scheduled procedure was completed in an hour and a half with minimal discomfort and swift work by the two of them. For anyone out there concerned with having this type of work done on yourself i can assure you that your fears will quickly disappear in the capable hands of these two. Also at both the West Seneca and Downtown locations any interaction i had with anyone was nothing but pleasant to say the least. From the first time we met, Dr. Chan was friendly, reassuring, and patient. His knowledge and skills quickly made me feel confident about his work, and his kind and caring manner helped me feel comfortable. He is very caring and always checking to see if you are doing ok. All the staff are like that - friendly, caring, and always trying to help. I was so impressed with Dr. Chan that I decided to take care of my upper teeth through having him do a "smile design" This involved 10 veneers and a lot of work. Believe me, I was very cautious and nervous about this. Dr.Chan was so patient with all my questions, and always available to discuss my concerns. He worked so hard, and the results are amazing! It is like a miracle to see my teeth looking so good again! Thank you so much Dr. Chan and all the staff. I am the first to admit, I have a big fear of dentists. That was compounded when I learned recently that I had to have a root canal. However not only do I no longer fear dentists, thanks to Dr. Lee and the staff at inspire I no longer fear root canals. Dr Lee was terrific, he calmly walked me through the entire process making me feel completely at ease. He was meticulous and his bedside manner was top notch. I would have never thought I would be saying that a root canal was an overall very positive experience.

My dentist (Dr. Lee) and his assistant (Renee) were great. Best dental work I’ve had done in a long time. But the way Inspire goes about quoting for cavities, in particular, was rubbish. They declined to inform me that my insurance would only cover a certain amount if the cavity was not silver filled. I have a hard time believing they didn’t know this was the case. So it left me owing about $45 more for each cavity than what I anticipated. I understand the quote is just that - an estimate, but they don’t even offer silver cavities, so this should have been discussed, or they should just quote the higher price, in my opinion. Communication with patrons in this manner needs to be improved. Update after review written - Janine from the office called me and stated that they were going to make a better effort to inform all customers of these issues. I do hope they follow through with this as I think it will greatly strengthen their practice. I would definitely recommend Inspire, but as with all places, be vigilant about these issues! Thank you to the clinic for doing right by me.

I called Inspire's downtown office for a painful condition and they were able to see me the same day. I was seen my Dr. Lee who was able to finally give me an answer to the pain I have been experiencing on and off for 6 months. I was seen previously, at other practices, by 3 different dentist who couldn't find the problem or source of my pain. Dr. Lee explained my condition, what my options were for treatment, and the office itself gave me a print out of the costs of treatment with my insurance. I was impressed and relieved to finally have an answer and by this office's and Dr. Lee's willingness to help and professionalism. I would recommend this practice. My only concern would be I don't believe they have a plan in place to deal with dental emergencies.

He has been patient and professional throughout the process which has produced serious results from a minimally intrusive device. Inspire are transparent with the process throughout, which was not the case when I tried orthodontic treatment in the past. Today I saw tears of joy rolling on my mother’s face. After nearly 25 years of using a denture for her front tooth. Today Dr. Jay Chan placed a temporary Implant crown and replaced the denture. Dr. Jay Chan and his amazing assistant Leo, took care of everything beginning to end. Made the entire process super easy and explained every single detail. (No surprises) my mom suffers from dental anxiety from bad dental experiences in the past but Dr. Chan makes sure she is at ease every time making my mom laugh and feel super relaxed. This was a well planned treatment that at the beginning to be honest I thought it was not going to be possible, because there was barely any bone to work with and place an implant . But Dr. Chan had a plan and we decided to trust him and it was the best the decision ever. And today that implant is beautifully placed. My mom travels all the way from Vancouver to Langley just to see Dr. Chan, that’s how happy and confident she feels about him.

Friendly staff, a comfortable & efficient appointment experience in the chair. They were knowledgeable in regards to working with our benefit company at checkout. I switched to this practice for my family and I am happy that I made the switch for several reasons. #1 The ease of scheduling appointments online. #2 At any of the appointments we have little to no wait time between arrival and being seen. #3 The staff is wonderful. I see Chad at the downtown location. He is always aware of my comfort and has a great attitude all around. At the West Seneca office the staff has been great with my rowdy and fearful twin toddlers. They really know how to put them at ease and have plenty of patience when dealing with them.
