Dentist is very knowledgeable, offering a wide range of service. There's a comfortable waiting room with WIFI access and the staff is terrific!

They don't even deserve 1 star. Thanks to them my daughter has to get a tooth pulled out because they did a filling on a baby tooth way to deep and killed her nerves and she also has an infection. She had to get put under for it and they were terrible. Kept her from me while she screamed for me for 20 minutes after waking up. What I'm saying doesn't even do the experience any justice. Never going back.

Great dental practice in Fort Erie! They have a sister office in Ridgeway as well. This office is currently undergoing construction and I'm sure it will be gorgeous once it is done. The wheelchair entrance is in the front and other entrance in the back. They were able to sneak me in for a last minute appointment to get a new mouth guard before my benefits ended and it was so appreciated. Definately consider Bertie Dental if you're new to the area.

I went to Bertie Dental for the first time this year and had a very good experience. I needed a root canal and crown, and I was terrified to go (I have severe anxiety of going to the dentist and put it off for years). My dentist, John Inigo and his assistant made me feel super comfortable, reassuring me, and were very kind and knowledgeable. His assistant helped me relax and was always making sure I was okay and would update me on what was happening. Every staff that I encountered were all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this dental office If your looking for a new dentist, or need work done and haven’t been to a dentist in years. 5 stars!

I had the best dental experience here I've ever had. I only came for an initial checkup so Dr. Inigo can get an idea of the work needed to be done and I got the most extensive checkup I've ever had! The staff really made me feel welcomed and I'm looking forward on going back because I know my teeth along with my oral health are in good hands with these guys.

Great experience at Bertie Dental recently. Put off procedures for 2 years due to fear of pain, finally got it done and Dr Inigo was so quick and I had no pain. Him and his assistant that day made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Glad I finally got it done, wont hesitate next time.

Over the past ten years, Dr. Inigo, and more recently, Dr. Black and Dr. Shaya, have provided myself and my family with exceptional dental work. I have had the opportunity to not only receive treatment from them, but have also assisted alongside many of their dental procedures. Each dentist takes the time to explain procedures, ensure their patients are comfortable, give painless local anesthesia, and provide high quality dental work. I also look forward to my cleanings with Sharnie or Sue. It is truly a pleasure interacting with the front desk administrators, assistants, hygienists, and dentists at both the Fort Erie and Ridgeway offices.

My husband and I are new to the area and it's taken us a long time to find a good dentist. After my first appointment I was completely pleased with how I was treated. Dr. Inigo was given a huge task having me as a patient. He's been asked to take on a huge amount of work and despite the one difficult visit, I was still pleased with how everything went. The Dental Assistants and staff are very friendly, extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and my husband is now thinking of going to him. Since I’ve been coming to Bertie Dental Office for the past 3 yrs. I’ve been very happy with the staff who have been so helpful and friendly. They give you options and proper information to help you get the best possible solution for you. Sharnie is my oral hygienist and I love her. I so enjoy our talks. She does an amazing cleaning job on my teeth and I feel great after leaving there. As of recent I had a broken tooth extracted by Dr. Inigo and again it was an excellent job done. No pain. No problems. Told me what to expect and what to do afterwards and so I am definitely pleased to have a great dentist to go to here in Fort Erie.

This was my first visit to the office. They did a very detailed inspection of my teeth, measuring gums, looking for decaying and infections. They found a small white raised area on my tongue, sent me to a surgeon who did a biopsy. The surgeon removed the raised area everything seems fine now. On my second visit they cleaned my teeth, not to uncomfortable. My teeth feel clean and fresh now. I would like to thank the wonderful staff for the great service. RonHeighington

Last week Dr. Indigo replaced a crown for me. I’m writing this review to share probably only the second good dental procedure, including fillings, I’ve had in my not short life. If you live in the Fort Erie area and like myself have had mostly negative dental experiences call Bertie Dental the staff that have treated me have been kind, thoughtful and gentle.

We moved to braces in grade 7, and in 2019 we did veneers just before Christmas and thanks to all the hard work and many appointments I now have a perfect smile! 2019-04-01, scheduled Root Canal, No Fooling. Promptly brought in for my 1130 appointment and caringly prepped with a smile and a laugh by Kelly and Korie. As always Dr. Inigo provided fast and professional service with excellent chair side manners. Korie was diligent in her assisting duties and kept me comfortable. Pain was managed perfectly and before I knew it I was as good as new. I highly recommend Dr. Inigo and his services but as always, behind every good man is a better group of women. Extra props to Korie and Kelly, the dynamic front desk team of Julie and Amanda and special shout out to the best hygienist there is, Sue.
