I had been a PT in this office for years, I had no complaints. But I had another dentist who had never seen Dr. Hesson, it was the worst experience of my life, I had an infection that she did not find until I kept insisting that I had pain. Her answer was that I had to take out my front teeth. When I asked for a second option she said no, and she got upset because I got emotional and cried. She didn't want to give me anything for the pain and gave me antibiotics because I asked for them. It's Dr. Hesson has no ethics. I went to another office for a second opinion, there they took away my infection and saved my teeth.

My wait was like 45 minutes so if you want an in and out place this might not be for you. The staff was nice especially my hygienist ( a black lady with short natural hair) . My only other issue are the 2 crazy loud ladies in the waiting room.. But i guess thats location not their fault.

I had a really great experience the best yet through all the dentists I've been to my whole life they were on point and Gwen was amazing informed me about everything that was going on in my mouth and did a really good job with doin the initial cleaning can't wait to go back and finish my treatment and it's unfortunate that people had a bad experience or maybe they just were finding things to knit pick about and weren't really listening to what they were informed thanks aspire yous did awesome and I referred my brother to yous!!

I used to go here and I thought they were great until I found out that the 2 cavities they claimed I had , I actually dont have. During the pandemic , i tried to schedule an appointment with them & couldnt so I found another dentist who told me I had 0 cavities & the only reason I am in pain now & have an infected tooth was because someone from Aspire thought it would be smart to give me a filing when I actually needed a root canal. & now the filing was so deep into my tooth its caused an infection. I will definitely not be returning here again. I should have read the reviews prior & its true that they claim that you have cavities just to make money off of you!

While waiting for my appointment check in, because they were talking I overheard them talking about people in a not-so-nice way, I heard the woman say to the other woman make him suffer these people need to learn that they can't just keep cancelling appointments so make him suffer. I know no one on the planet wants to hear that in the dentist office worst ever use caution if you go here. My friend had a cleaning here and it hurt so bad afterwards for days and she cracked one of his teeth.

go for one thing and they wanna do all this work.. i feel like they take advantage of their paitents and insurance. so unprofessional, terrible at explaining ANYTHING and they were many problems i experienced here in the last month. go somewhere else! there were even a couple times i came in to be told nothing could be done that day

So you have an appointment for a Friday and then you call office to make sure you appointment is still on and then they say ow we are starting to close on fridays and they never call to tell you anything

The staff there is great with children! They are warm and patient. There is also a tv in each room that helps distract the kidos. The front desk was very nice too.

Since last that they filled my teeth i still have paine I can not drink coffee in the morning and water during the day and this today they made me wait for doctor to see me. after 1 hour and 10 minutes a Lady came and asked me to wait more (doctor J is busy; she said)and I just left no respect just because we do not pay cash money???????????????????????????? and use medicate shame on you this doctor J was so rude he was like (no no no do not lie to me you don't brush your teeth) I was like ????????????

I, as well as my children are patients at this clinic. Today was my son's very first visit (he's 2) he's usually shy and very reserved and was a little skeptical at first but meeting his dental hygienist Magda was like omg! She was nice, kind , laughed ALot, and interacted with my son the entire time and still got her job done! She even pulled out a coloring book and colored with him just to make my son feel comfortable before his cleaning, who does that????...we love Magda, she's amazing!

I followed Sue and Dr. McLanahan when they joined the staff of Aspire Family Dental. Having known Sue for many years, I trust her knowledge and compassion that she has for her patients. Sue is very friendly and I consider her a friend to me and to my family. I think that it is important that a patient is able to build a relationship with people that provide care to them. I would also like to mention that Dr. Chronister, Gwen and Ashley are very professional and friendly. This office needs to add off street parking. At times, it has been difficult to find a parking space.

Worst dentist I've ever been to. I had a server tooth ache for almost 6 months. Fist they said it was a infection, then they said I needed a root canal, more than a month after the root canal they filed the tooth down and gave me more antibiotics, even though I didn't have a infection. The last time I went back they said they forgot to put a crown on my tooth after the root canal. Of course they charged my insurance every time.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Gupta and his assistant Kelsey. I couldn't be more pleased. The tooth looks great and the whole process was pain free! I would absolutely refer both of them if you need any dental work done!

When we first started going the whole staff was helpful and nice then after 4 or 5 months everyone switched. All the receptionists are different and I don't even have the same dentist I've had the whole time. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before someone even noticed I was there, which would have never happens before the switch. I should have been in and out within 5 minutes but I haven't even been seen for over an hour pasted my appointment time.

Grrrr my daughter paid for my particials for my oldest.daughters wedding will the tooth which th e hook was on was a crown cracked and i had the rest on the tooth removed my particials on one side are loose because there is No tooth to hold that side as soon as i get my stich out of my mouth im lookng for someone else veryyy disapponted i guess brittany knew that was a bad tooth from the start why would them hook that wire to that tooth wasted my daughters money. .no teeth for the weddding

Amazing customer service. Greeted with huge smiles at the front desk (Sue) and taken care of, while in the chair (Gwen). Sue was able to answer any billing questions and I was surprised to learn Gwen knew Spanish! Will absolutely recommend Aspire Family Dental, especially this particular location.

I got a filling that felt very rushed, the tooth is more sensitive now than before the filling and I can't even floss between that tooth because the poorly done filling is blocking it so the floss just breaks anytime I try to get it in between there
