Dr. Chang was amazing. He is professional, respectful, smart and conservative. He never urged me to get anything done to my teeth except for a cleaning. Coming in to a new office I thought they would recommend me get multiple needless things done but all he recommended, which all I wanted, was a cleaning. Bobbie is the receptionist and she’s very polite and respectful. She knows what she’s doing. My Hygienist was Dmitry. I probably butchered his name but I’m sure he won’t mind. This was the part that I was most nervous about. Not a big fan of having my teeth touched, poked, and scraped. Every time I went to other cleanings I would get excessive bleeding and the procedure would always be painful or very irritating. Dmitry however was a master at his craft. Did not feel ANY pain at all and the cleaning was done less than an hour (haven’t cleaned my teeth in years). I highly recommend this office. After you get your teeth cleaned stop by the TD and get yourself a free coffee ;) Cheers

Whilst visiting Canada on holiday I encouteted a problem with my tooth .I was very nervous and aprehensive about visiting a dental surgeory especially not from the same country I come from.The service I received was amazing .All the staff were great and the dentist who treated me was superb !!!! He really took time to explain the treatment he was going to do.The charges were very reasonable and they gave me the necessary paperwork which was needed to recover the costs from my travel insurance .Thank you !!!you sure eased my tooth pain so I can now enjoy the rest of my holiday .

Had a cavity fixed and I’ve never been in so much pain. The way the dentist administers the freezing was extremely rough and uncomfortable. I’ve had a lot of cavities filled before, but I’ve never experienced such a painful dental experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jae Chang for 15 years. He has done a great job taking care of my teeth and gums. This year he did a major restoration for my upper jaw, including bone grafting, implants, crowns, and bridge. HE HAS DONE AN AMAZING JOB! My teeth look great, and I feel better than ever. In addition to doing a fantastic job and being an expert in all dentistry areas, he and his staff are very friendly and make the whole procedure seem easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this dentist office. Friendly staff, easy to book, change and cancel appointments (by phone or text), and quick and painless service. I've been coming here since they opened and they are fantastic. No regrets switching dentists. They take great care of you. They taught me more about my teeth than any other dentist I've ever had! My whole life dentist visits were dreadful and painful and on my first visit here they noticed I have very sensitive teeth from using the wrong brush and toothpaste, they recommended i switch and since then I've been coming back with painless visits. No more sensitivity!
