I am going to start writing reviews when I feel I have not been treated fairly. Last week, I stopped by your clinic because I broke my tooth and it was very painful. I went to your clinic to see if they can help since I leave near your locations. After explaining that I have a tooth ache and if I can get some relief, I would be happy to keep this office for my new Dental needs. The dentist Kaddy looked at my tooth and put some "pudding" over the broken tooth in the hope to subside the pain until my next appointment which was scheduled for today at 10am. I show up for my appointment on time and explain to the dentist that pain is still there. She said "yes, I need to take x-rays and measurements and I will look at your painful tooth". She did all that. After 1+ hour of taking at least a dozen x-rays, and in conclusion the Dentist told me the remaining of the broken tooth needs to be extracted as she believes the pain is emanating from there. The only problem She will not do it now as she is running out of time. She wants me to come back next week and leave with Motrin for another week!! I feel so frustrated with such a service! I told the reception that I will never come back to this office since you prefer to make money first before relieving your patient(s) from pain. Given this painful (literally) experience, I will rate the service provided to ONE STAR.

I have been attending this clinic for almost 2 decades. I've known Lori for almost 3 decades. She is the most professional and pleasant person, I've met in the medical field. She is friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Dr. R. Hassanein, a great dentist. He knows his stuff. His staff are also exceptional. One specialist of mine, stated this clinic has done a wonderful job on my teeth and that speaks volume. I would recommend this dentistry clinic & co to anyone.

Village Dental is a wonderful practice. Modern techniques and facilities, free parking, and a happy and helpful staff. Dr. H is always available to answer questions and discuss treatment options (he has followed up with us after hours and on the weekend when we have had issues or emergencies). He is very approachable and interacts easily with kids & adults. My whole family goes to Village Dental. I would recommend him without reservation.

Dr.Hassanein is one of the best dentists in the industry he is one of the most knowledgeable and patient dentist in his profession he treated me with kindness and respect when I walked into his clinic. The staff at Village Dental are amazing! As a new patient who had not been to a dental clinic in a very long time- front line, dental assistants & dentist were so friendly and welcoming, they made a very nervous patient feel extremely comfortable. Hours of operation work well for my 9-5 schedule as they have one night a week that they work late to accommodate. I have recommended them to friends and family who have the same thoughts as well. My boyfriend and I have been coming here since 2011. I have never had a dentist and staff treat us more like family than here. In any sort of emergency they are very accommodating. Absolutely amazing staff this dental facility has. They take the time to remember your name, they accommodate the best way they can to work around your schedule for follow up appointments. The staff checks on you every so often to make sure you are doing okay or if you need a break when doing a procedure on your teeth, I have only been a customer with this office for about six months maybe and I highly recommend this office to new comers.

They've helped my teeth and my mouth feeling better after a cleaning, as well as letting me know the work that had to get done. As well as processing my benefits card through my employer and dealing with the payments directly from Great West Life. Such a hassle free for myself and relieving. Also sending me reminders for my appointments is fantastic.!!!! I'm glad I chose to be a patient here. On top of it all they call and let me know when I'm due for a cleaning just as a friendly reminder. Love it and stress free. Thanks again for all of the work that you guys had done on my teeth. Village Dental has been my home dental office for several years now simply because the people are amazing!! to start you have Lori who handles all of the customer care (and much more), she takes customer service to the next level. Next you have Claudia who cleans your teeth with professional precision. Lastly Dr Hassanein provides a comfortable relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed. I have moved over an hour from the area but I continue to go to Village Dental because of the service and cleanliness but most importantly the professional staff. Village Dental went under some renovations and looks super modern and clean. When you go to Village Dental youre welcomed by the nicest receptionist in the world, Lori. Lori brings a happy and positive vibe to the office. She is very good with kids and can easily make a childs experience a fun one by making them laugh and make it seem less scary. Klavdija is very educated and passionate about her job. She is very precise and keeps my teeth feeling super clean. Dr Hassanein is easily the best dentist in town, he makes scary procedures easy. He is very relaxed and confident while doing his job, which helps you stay calm. Michelle assists Dr Hassanein and shes younger but knows how to do her job right, shes easy to get along with and very relatable. Ill never go anywhere else!

This is the best dental office in Etobicoke, and if you're looking to make the switch, I highly recommend Village Dental!
