I came for the first time to have a cleaning and very impressed. They have strict Covid policies and staff were very friendly. The dentist was really gentle and gave good advice for my weak gum. I bought a waterpik as per her recommendation and rinse mouth with salt water instead of listerine and can really feel my gum is getting better now. Also received a welcome kit when heading out. As a client with Dr. Yuen for over 20+ years, finding out that he was moving in to his next journey in life was happy and sad to hear. Dr. Yuen and his team were my dental family since I was a child and having to adjust to a updated family came with questions and anxiousness. I called at around 1:45 for a dental cleaning. The first question the confused receptionist asked me: "Which office are you trying to reach??". I replied: "Excuse me??". "She said people call about other dentists!!". No idea why i would be calling The Summerhill dentist to look for another dentist. I asked about a dental cleaning and she she gave me different pricings for different X-Rays. She used unknown medical terms that i did not understand. Eventually she offered me an appointment a week later. "A Week??" I replied. I got so turned off and said i would call back. I called after looking at the reviews, but unfortunately was not impressed. I called another dentist with great reviews and got an appointment in 2 hours and the receptionist clearly explained everything.

Would loved to give more than 5 stars if possible! I was in a lot of pain the entire day and reached out to several dentists' offices throughout the day but because of the pandemic nobody was willing to see me, even when it was an emergency! Thankfully when I called Silverhill, they were kind enough to accommodate me even though I had no prior appointment for the day. I am truly grateful to the Silverhill receptionist who took me in today and the dentist who despite a busy schedule today worked beyond her normal hours to relieve me from my pain. When I reached I was offered some orange juice and an advil to ease my pain. Seeing the excruciating pain I was still in despite that, the dentist also gave me an anesthesia to ease my pain before she looked at my teeth which I found was very kind hearted and touching. After working on my teeth, knowing that the pharmacy could be closed before I got my prescription, they also gave me some advil should I have pain. This might be the most considerate and kind group of people I've ever met at a dentist office! Thank you for your wonderful and tireless service!

I strongly advise you not to use Silverhill Dental. My daughter had a Root Canal done by Dr. Laleh Rahmani and it was done 7 weeks ago and my daughter is still in severe pain and unable to chew or sleep comfortably. I contacted Silverhill Dental numerous times and all they do is reccomend their clients to go to EMERGENCY for their errors. When it comes to being an Oral surgeon it is important that you follow the necessary procedures and ensure that the client is satisfied and happy. Now my 12 year old daughter is terrified of going to a dentist and still in excruciating pain. Bad service overall

this has been the worst experience of my entire life. I was told multiple different quotes and after they fixed my teeth it ended up 3x what I thought the cost would be. They were extremely aggressive on my teeth and I feel I have long lasting issues because of what they did. I tried calling them to fix the issues and they refuse to get back to me. Unfortunately, my experience here was not the greatest. I went in to get a filling done. I was in pain for more than 2 weeks, i went back to them twice and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with me. I had to take pain killers every 4 to 6 hours, which is ridiculous. I had to get another consultation with another dentist and they had help me, but they did tell me my recovery time shouldn’t take this long. They did say my filling wasn’t done properly as well. They did call me a few times to check on me, but the damage was already done, i don’t want to go back to this dentist again. I had to pay out of pocket,and this shouldn’t have happened to begin with.

Firstly, I would like to point out that I am a very frequent patient here in spite of the fact that I live a fair distance away from this clinic. The fact that I willing to drive all that way, pays testimony to the fact that this dental clinic is superb. Let me explain. The receptionists are very kind and professional. In particular Rosa (receptionist) has gone beyond expectation to assist me with my financial concerns, often making suggestions. The dentist, as well as the atmosphere she creates is very soothing. The dentist however delicate in manner is yet in fact efficiently meticulous. She once extracted 4 teeth in less time than it took me to realize I was done. And I experienced minimal pain if any. She is also quite flexible with patient preferences when possible. Thanks to all the staff at Silverhill Dental.

She could not fix and did not let me know. I was shocked when I saw cavity was not removed and did something else. If you can't fix just tell that you can not fix it. When I got there everyone was very pleasant and polite,cute office very clean. Had a x-ray done was told I needed a root canal done .Dr.Laleh Rahmani was very polite,friendly,knowledgeable very affordable prices,I booked for a root canal few friends told me it would be painful but on May 10 I got my root canal done with Dr.Rahmani with no pain at all and she was so cute to ask me always if I was okay.From now Silverhill Dental will care for teeth.

I have been a patient for many years and I like most am petrified of dentists BUT Dr. Rahmani is amazing! This is her true calling. I just had a bridge replacement which required a lot of work and patience. I am a full blown gagger and Dr. Rahmani suggested laughing gas to relax me and to help with the gagging. Absolutely fantastic! It worked, it not only helped me relax but it help with the gagging which has never every happened. The staff is the greatest people you will find anywhere - they are all kind, compassionate, there to hold your hand, to help you with your insurance claims, to walk you through your procedures. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Very nice staff. Dr Laleh and hygienist Pani are professional, knowledgeable, very patient-friendly, fast, gentle and respectful. I will never go to any other dentist except this one.

Had an emergency dental issue with a cracked molar.The team made me feel at ease. The Dentist was very intuitive and absolutely the best experience one can have under the circumstances. The entire office practices safety measures for all of our health. Mask and no overcrowding in the waiting areas.. Thank you feeling much better. Ill be back!
