This place definitely deserve 5 stars. I come here regularly to do my cleaning and they have been nothing but amazing. I used to have some issues with my gums for the longest time I can remember and they are the first who were able to actually help me. On top, they are very friendly and very diligent an answering emails.

Dr. Lexi is incredible. She was patient, kind, gentle and very accommodating of my neurotic nature. I’ve had a traumatic dentist experience so am very scared and nervous and she answered every single question I had and explained how everything worked. Didn’t catch the dental assistant’s name but she was very lovely as well! Really great chatting with her, both the doctor and dentist made me feel very comfortable about the experience. Highly recommend if you’re terrified of dentists!

I took my 13 month old daughter to Mimico Creek Dental today and I was amazed by how friendly and nice the staff was. They called us in at the time of our appointment with no delays. The ladies at the front desk were very acommodating and had a smile for us at all times. They went the extra-mile to make my little one feel at ease. Very questionable clinic. Was told by the hygienist and dentist I had 2 cavities in January 2020. Was very suspicious of this because I did a full oral exam 6 months prior and was told my teeth are not prone to cavities and that I did not have any cavities. Since that time I have done multiple full oral exams with x-rays at two different dentist clinics and was told that I have no cavities and do not need any fillings.

I use to live above but have since moved 45mins away, i still make the trip down for my regular cleaning because the level of service and the office has a nice vibe. Mimico Creek Dental - Dentist - has been very good for me. I have been going there since they opened their doors. In those couple of years I have had several appointments including one unscheduled urgent appointment to which they were very accommodating. They listen to you and continually work to your satisfaction. Appointment reminders are very helpful and they go the extra mile to assure you don't forget about your scheduled times. The entire staff are so friendly from reception to doctors and everyone in between...simply wonderful. Thank you, to all who work there!!

Fantastic experience here today. Agatha was lovely, she did a very thorough cleaning and answered my questions. I really appreciated the care all of the staff took with regards to COVID-19, they changed their gloves several times I was there and explained the measures they were taking to protect me and the staff (using suction tools to eliminate aerosol spray from spitting mouthwash, etc). I felt very safe and Agatha was fantastic to chat with while she cleaned my teeth. Excellent service today and every time I visit. See you guys next time for my appointment in May!!

Had the pleasure of having teeth cleaning done by the hygienist Bilal. Very professional; always explained what he was doing and observing, and respectfully provided recommendations. I felt my comfort was his priority, which I really appreciated. Visiting the dentist usually brings me a lot of anxiety, but I feel that Mimico Creek Dental does a lot to mitigate that. Receptionists were not only friendly, but also very knowledgeable. I felt very informed during my appointments.

I moved to this area and decided to switch to this dentist as they were the closest one in walking distance. Since then I have been so happy with their service. They are great at explaining everything as they treat you and always take the time to make sure they answer all of your questions. They also make sure I am given what I need and suggest specific things for my needs. In addition they always check with my benefits to see what I am covered for before giving me the treatment. If I am not covered and need to pay out of pocket they are honest with how important or not the service is. If they don't think it is important, I can then make the decision on my own if I want to get the service. Lastly they take the time to go out of their way to make my life easier - reminding me ahead of my appointment with text, emails or calls and are great at rescheduling my appointment as needed. They are super flexible and compared to other dentists I have had, they have great hours. Thank you Mimico Creek Dental Team!

In 1986 I chipped my front tooth. At the time I got a filler on this tooth. Since then every few years since that time I have had to get it fixed. I was never really completely happy with the result but was told I would eventually have to get it capped. This morning I went to see Dr Lee. She did the most amazing job. This is my first visit and I'm thoroughly impressed with Mimico Creek Dental's dental service. The ladies at the front desk (esp Nicole) handled my inquiry very professionally and with kindness. My wife is a senior & was refused entry before her 11am appt. She was told to wait outside in the howling wind, despite telling the girl that it would be too difficult because of her current health condition. The receptionist was dismissive & uncaring. Then they made her wait 20 min. before the dentist saw her with barely an apology. There are dozens of other dentists in the area that we can go to for more respectful and compassionate treatment. We will not go back to this one.

My girlfriend came for a root canal fix and ended up paying over a thousand bucks. Within a week this very tooth broke... No refund! Not recommended, unless it's simple cleaning. I wouldn't trust them to do any serious job.

A little over a year ago my family went to this dentist because our daughter had a cavity ( she was 4). The dentist that first spoke to her (a male) was super nice explained everything to her made her feel comfortable, she was happy and cooperative with him. So he said to comeback the following week, to try to have her filling done, that he wasn't going to be there but they had a nice female dentist to do it. the following week my husband took our daughter to have a filling done with this female dentist that I don't know the name but I wish I did, she was Asian. my daughter was nervous but cooperative on the chair to do the dental work. And then without any previous notice NOT EVEN TO MY HUSBAND, you would think that this lady would explain at least to the father of a 4 year old what was going to be done but she didnt. She went in without a word and gave her 2 injections for local anesthesia. Leaving our daughter completely traumatized. She didn't do any dental work, cause she didn't cooperate anymore. We had to spend thousands in general anesthesia to treat her teeth.now she trusts no doctors.

My dental hygienist Fatima is probably the best dental hygienist I have ever had. I had to get deep cleaning done and she constantly checked to make sure I was not in discomfort or pain.

I finally made the switch to Mimico Creek Dental after driving for 1 hour in traffic to my dentist in North York for one year. I was adamant on sticking with my old dentist, but I finally got the courage to switch. I am pleased to announce that I am extremely happy to have made this switch. They have most up to date technology and also offer very specialized services like root canal treatments. I had to go to numerous specialists due to my dental problems, but they have a specialist on staff. Also, the billing is very transparent. The receptionist Inna has also been very pleasing to deal with. Thanks for offering great service in Humber Bay.

Dentist are like mechanics to look for ways to make a extra buck, I came in for wisdom tooth pain, the Dr ended up finding 3 cavities in an unrelated section on my mouth costing me well over a Thousand dollars including cleaning because I don’t have insurance, which isn’t the main issue I understand it needed to be done but the dentist didn’t care to correct the issue I came in for, so now ontop of the original tooth causing me pain 1 of the cavities the dentist filled in hurts more than it did before I came in, RUINED my Thanksgiving weekend I couldn’t bare to chew any food

I began dealing with Dr. Mangat over five years ago and there are no words that could adequately describe the amount of pride he takes in his work. Dr. Mangat is precise, knowledgeable and has an eye for cosmetic details as they relate to teeth. I decided to get braces as an adult. I was nervous about doing so, however, Dr. Mangat was patient and answered all of my questions. He was able to provide me with all of the pros and cons of invisalign vs. braces. My braces have since been removed and I cannot describe how happy I am with my smile. Thank you for the wonderful smile and thank for the entire team for always being so welcoming!

They are very professional and organised, Darice (the dental hygienist) does an excellent cleaning and is wonderful. BUT, this place, unfortunately turned out to be a money gram. When Dr. Taeyoung Lee did a “dental examination”, she completely ignored the concerns I raised to her and proceeded to tell me that I had multiple cavities (which 3 previous dentists within that same year “didn’t notice”), I have to likely get my widsom teeth removed, and that I should be replacing my night guard immediately. That seems like a lot of “new information” Dr.Lee discovered that accumulated all in 3 months since I do regular visits in various clinics. I further went to a different dental clinic which suggested none of those procedures and told me I had great teeth.

UPDATE: Shortly after my review, Dr Mangat called to apologise for my experience. He promised he would address the issues. Generally he sounded genuine and concerned. I appreciate his sincere effort to reach out. Subsequently I gave this place another shot. I visited with the same dental hygienist who worked on my husband and was very pleased with her gentle nature. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I visited with a dentist here and I found her (Asian female dentist) to be very rough. She filled a cavity on my molar, which is a relatively basic dental procedure, during which she shot the high pressure water jet onto the inside of my cheek. This caused a big tear on the inside of my cheek. There was a raw, wide hole like a bad ulcer. It hurt so bad and I was not able to chew on that side for days. During the procedure, I asked why there was so much blood but neither the dentist nor her assistant responded. They just asked that I rinse my mouth. The gauze that they inserted between my teeth and cheek was soaked with blood. It was slight traumatic for me. Even after this episode, I was going to give them another try because they are new and close to where we live. Also my husband goes there and convinced me to give them another try. So I showed up at my appointment this morning only to find out that they didn't book me in even though we had confirmed the appointment over the phone. Seems the person I spoke to didn't book me in. Maybe I should have checked that they sent a confirmation email, maybe I was just unlucky but our family won't be going back.

This is rare and so incredibly appreciated. I will never go to anyone else for my cleanings. SHE WAS AMAZING!!!

I use to go to their location at Mystic but this was more convenient. Love everything about this office from its front desk staff, to the Dentists, and the Hygienists. My experience has been great so far for cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign.

I had my first dental appointment after almost 2 years. I moved to this humber Bay Area about 5 years ago, but was hesitant to change dentist. I am so glad I made the switch. My dentist was so old school, but Mimico Creek Dental is very up to date. My Hygienist was also great and very gentle. She thoroughly explained the treatment to me. I walked into the office twice and both times didn’t get the chance to book a appointment. The first time I walked in it was busy in there so I decided to come back another time. The second time I walked in the receptionist with the European accent rudely told me to have a seat for a moment so I waited for 10 minuets watching the other Indian receptionist stuff her face with food and playing with her cell phone and the European one talking on the phone in a foreign language. Nobody acknowledged me even when they weren’t busy so I took the hint and left. I won’t be making any more attempts to book a appointment with this dentist since their receptionists clearly don’t care about the customers It’s too bad coz I live upstairs and this office is so convenient for me.

I love this place. They are accommodating, they relieve the stress by bringing smile and comforting works, and they seem to be happy all the time. They talk to you like a person. The staff is absolutely nice and warm, from the Ladies at the front desk to the staff who do my teeth. Darice who does my cleaning is super great. She is gentle and always checking in on me when she is doing the cleaning because I do have lockjaw and very sensitive. She is amazing. The doctors there too are great and explain everything to you what they are doing. I had been with one dentist for many years but a circumstances lead me to go somewhere else and I am so happy. I don't regret the upgrade in finding this place. Great location (down by the lake); parking is good, shopping if you need and a NICE CLEAN HAPPY OFFICE. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND YOU. My brother goes to their "sister" office and he love them there. We both have great experiences in either location. Keep that warm feeling going. Thanks everyone.
