Eatonville Dental is clean and conveniently situated close to the TTC station. I don't mind admitting that I was a little nervous at first but I soon relaxed as the staff were so nice and they went above and beyond to help. I was overwhelmed by the attention and care they gave me. Dr. Kovbel and Dr. Kovbel are truly the most caring dentists I have ever met.

By far the best dental clinic I’ve been to. The staff is amazingly friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They were so great dealing with my 2-year old as well as my own dental needs, even going so far as to give proper education on proper oral hygiene techniques of simple things like brushing and flossing that I wrongly thought was “common knowledge.” Perhaps that speaks more to my lack of knowledge, but nonetheless, they gave me the education piece that I so sorely needed and in a manner that made me feel unashamed to not have known and grateful that I can call them “my dentist” from now on.

I am sooooo afraid of dentist and they played soft music for me, they gave me a stress ball to calm my nerves and they explained every step they took with me. I discovered this practice when I had an emergency situation during the lockdown and my regular dentist told me to seek help at the hospital emergency. So glad I found Eatonville dental. I’ve switched to them now for good - offices are clean and the staff are courteous and professional. Easy access and no long waits. I like the fact that there are several dentists at this practice. Always makes for better outcomes when you have a group who can take care of your needs vs one dentist running back and forth between 4 or 5 rooms while they are treating you. Highly recommended!

I had my whitening done here, and it was quick, and no discomfort, although they say you may have some. The machine they use is some new German technology, it works like magic, I couldn't believe the results, and I didn't even need the full hour, and this was my first time. I am really satisfied with the results. Dr. Kovbel was very polite and was knowledgeable and helpful in all the questions that I had. Great Dentist, wouldn't have it any other way.

Going to Eatonville Dental is a great experience in every way. Drs. Leo and Oresta Kovbel are both fantastic dentists as well as warm and personable people. Let me start of by saying that this is a very modern and elegant looking office. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and genuinely happy. I think the office carries its own team togetherness spirit which makes coming there much more pleasant, and the work done very good, collaborated and with no discomfort whatsoever. The office also followed all COVID19 safety protocols to ensure their patients are safe. Had my first appointment/cleaning yesterday with Amanda. Its been such a long time since I've been to the dentist but Amanda made me feel very welcomed and explained my x-rays and any questions that I had. Joanna and Maria were also so very great (women at reception) at welcoming me there. They processed the claim on the spot so I only had to cover my deductible which is a big deal for me as it cuts out that inconvenience. Amazing dental office!

After reading a bunch of reviews for dentists who treat children (and adults), I decided to go with Eatonville Dental. All of the positive reviews about Eatonville Dental could not have been more accurate. My son’s first visit to the dentist went extremely well. The staff spoke to my son in a very caring and age appropriate way and took the time to explain everything that was going on. The receptionists are very kind and courteous, and the hygienists are very attentive and they provide great service and care. I highly recommend this dental practice, as a new patient requiring emergency treatment. I found the reception staff to be most welcoming, approachable, and professional. The dentist and nurse work well together, you feel instantly at ease with them. This practice is “top of the line” in every meaningful way. Timely, courteous, attentive, flexible, respectful, practical, competent, caring. Very responsive to dental emergencies. Everything is explained in clear terms. Nothing is pushed on you or rushed by you. A dentist that demonstrated great competence with the diagnosis and treatment of my dental problems. Parking is easy, too, right out front, and steps from the door. They are definitely worth you checking them out.

I check other people's reviews often before I choose a service but not one to leave reviews. When I do, it's either great or really bad. This is my first review on google, I'm amazed by the fees they pad in! I moved to Etobicoke less than 2 years ago, and this is the 2nd dental office I tried. The dental hygienist at the first one made it a quite painful visit so I never went back. But she was new, and with time, there would probably be improvement so I left no review. I visited Eatonville Dental 3 times since Jan 2018. Before my visit, I called a week and half ahead to schedule a consult about dental braces. When I arrived, they suggest me to do a full exam with X-ray. I refused, saying I just had one done less than a year ago, I don't need it and my insurance won't cover it, and provided them with my original dentist contact if they need any info. When I got to the exam room, I was told the dental orthodontist wasn't available, but his wife is also a dentist and could take a look at my teeth. She looked at my teeth and talked to me for less than 5 minutes and left me with the dental hygienist. After about 50 mins of cleaning and polishing, the hygienist gave me a less than 2 minutes instruction on how to clean my teeth and said thanks for coming in. I returned to the reception and was given a bill for $372.00! Including a $135 exam fee that I didn't ask for and didn't get, $47 for the teeth cleaning instruction, 3 units of scalling and 1/2 unit of polishing. On my second visit, I was very specific that I don't want any exams or instructions, just teeth cleaning and polishing. I watched Netflix while the hygienist was doing her job and didn't pay much attention to it. The Netflix and close proximity it is to my house was the reason I returned after their outrageous charges. 6 month later last week, I called again to schedule another cleaning. I was originally scheduled for 10:50am today, I thought the timing was odd and asked again, the receptionist confirmed it was 10:50 and I put it on my calendar. Yesterday, the office called to confirm my 11am appointment today, I answered saying I was told it was 10:50. The lady on the phone saying they changed it to 11am. I said no problem. I arrived there at 11am this morning, breathing hard as I just ran across Dundas street because the light was turning yellow and I was almost late. I gave my name to one of the ladies sitting at the reception and waited in the sitting area. Few minutes later, a hygienist came out calling my name, I followed her to an exam room, took off my jacket, got comfortable and asked her to turn on Netflix and find Murdoch Mysteries. She started cleaning while chewing her gum and I started watching the show. But then I got distracted, she wasn't doing much cleaning but kept using different scalers probing my nerves, from left to right, bottom to right, and then once again and got me up and asked me to rinse while she was typing some notes on the computer. I thought we finished but then she put me down again, doing the same thing, not much cleaning, more checking, over and over. Second time she got me up on the chair to rinse, it was 11:26 and cleaning was over. I rinsed a few more times and waited for her to finish something on the computer behind me. Then 5 mins polishing and rinsing. I was in and out of there in less than 45 mins. However, when I got home and looked at the bill, it shows 3 units of scaling and 1/2 unit of polishing. When I called the office to ask if they have a minimum charge for service or billed as time of service provided, the lady answered the phone said as time serviced. When I mentioned my bill, she heisted and said they schedule their patients as "10 mins per unit"! So either she was lying to cover for the hygienist or they're just the most expansive dental service out there! Though it's only 1 unit of scaling of $57, a much smaller discrepancy than the fee I was charged for my first visit, but their repeat dishonesty bothers me. Not to mention because of her continued probing, my gum is still bleeding 4hrs later!

Just had my teeth whitened (Zoomed). Having read numerous reviews, I was rather nervous. So many reviews posted pain and great discomfort both during procedure and after. Well, I don't know what kind of teeth or gums these patients have, but my experience was great. Yes, there is some discomfort due to the apparatus needed to keep your mouth open for 60 minutes. This would be normal for anyone. But other than a little gum sensitivity I had no pain. I would recommend this procedure. I only wish I would have done it sooner. P.S. I've posted this on my son's website.

Dr.Oresta was very patient, caring & always asked if I was comfortable. At first I was nervous thinking that its my front tooth and my smile but I am very happy with the final result. Her work ethics are very professional & she is a perfectionist-evaluating each angle of the crown of the tooth to make sure that is looks natural & perfect! Money hungry business. Was my orthodontist for at least 2 years sad I'm having to rewrite this review as I was talked into taking it down by one of their front staff. The place at first was very kind when they were getting money from me monthly for my braces. My uncle passed away during a time when I was making payments and I was at a point when I was unable to make every payment on time I thought they would be considerate but instead they were far from that. I would never recommend anyone I knew to this business.

I had the whitening (zoom) procedure at Eatonville Dental done recently for my upcoming wedding. The procedure was roughly 2 hours long and for me nearly pain free. The staff told me, however, that how much pain you experience depends on the patient. I must say that the staff was both efficient and caring, always asking me about my pain level and in general how I was doing. As it was a longer procedure, they even had Netflix on for me to help me feel as comfortable as possible. As for the results, I couldn't believe how white my teeth had become. We took before and after pictures and there was a remarkable difference. It will definitely add brightness to my wedding pictures. I will show off my beautiful smile to everyone at my wedding thanks to Eatonville Dental!

I just want to thank the staff at Eatonville Dental for making my smile brighter! I had in-office whitening done a few months ago and it was such a fantastic experience. Besides the fact that my teeth are super white, the overall experience was great. The hygienist Joanna made the whole experience to feel like a spa day. At the beginning of the appointment she explained the whole procedure to me step by step, handing me a mirror to be able to view each step of the way. She offered me a pillow for behind my neck & offered Netflix or a channel of my choice. She was asking very often if I was comfortable or if I had any concerns. I am so pleased by the customer service as well as the final result of whitening...I finally got the beautiful smile I've always wanted!

I don't normally post reviews but I definitely want to give credit and appreciation to Eatonville Dental. I was in search of a new dentist and came across Eatonville Dental from a list of other dental practices around my area, and because of the reviews on Google, I decided on Eatonville Dental. Boy, was I happy they were my first call!! I had an emergency situation during lockdown and they were able to accomodate me last minutely. They even followed up to see how I was post (emergency) appointment. The staff is super friendly from the front office (Maria and Joanna) to the dental assistants (Amanda) and dentists themselves. They eased my uneasiness of going to the dentist (in general) and they are well organized, accomodating, communicative, and on time with their appointments.
