My family and I have been with the East Mall Family Dental team as long as I can remember. I've always been a bit anxious about my teeth but the entire team is amazing! From the ladies at reception, all the hygienists, and Dr. Steve, I always feel super comfortable, welcomed, relaxed, at ease and taken care of. Feels like family!

Took my daughter there for the first time for a clean and staff and Dentist was friendly and professional and would recommend anyone who is looking for a kid-friendly , clean and accessible dentistry location. I only give this post a 4 because I wish they had more availabilities on Saturdays especially when it comes to children,. Overall, spectacular place.

Like a lot of people, I am always nervous and uptight when I went to the dentist. I have to say that everyone in that office is professional, friendly and informative. I've had dental work done as well as regular cleanings and I feel pretty relaxed!! I have recommended this office to my family and friends. I love the warm and inviting atmosphere at East Mall Family Dental. Dr. Steve, the dental hygenists, and office staff are not only professional but friendly and accommodating. I needed an emergency appointment to replace glue on a wire and was fit in right away. My regular appointments are always on time and I feel that my dental health is in good hands.

I have been going to East Mall family dental for many years. Maggie is the best hygienist...she is kind and patient and always provides the best cleanings. Dr Steve has been the greatest dentist !!! He was able to recommend and perform procedures that in my 50 years of going to dentists no other dentist had even suggested. For this I am grateful!!!! The staff are all amazing. Dr. Michaelidis, I appreciate both the professionalism and the excellent customer service and care given by the entire staff at East Mall Family Dental. Dental paranoia is something that I suffered from since I first went to the dentist as a child. Then I discovered dentistry anesthesia and dental appointments became easier because I was totally 'out of it.' It was a big step (and I am grateful for) to discover your practice and 'gentle dentistry.' I truly enjoy coming to your practice. I fully appreciate my hygienist visits with Anna - I have never looked forward to any kind of dental experience, but I come out of my appoinrments with her actually laughing (and no laughing gas either). Her level of professionalism, and the TLC she gives all her patients is great, but she goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and carefully explain all my questions and concerns. For this I am grateful, and I thought you should know.

Dr. Steve makes going to the dentist a little less scary. He's fast and efficient while still being compassionate and friendly. The hygienist, Dr. Anna is great at her job. The best cleaning I've had. On top of the dentists and the assistants being professional and friendly, the receptionists are always warm and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend to others!

I've been going to this dental practice for many years and have never had a bad experience, everyone is friendly, welcoming and professional. Maggie is my go-to hygienist and she is amazing, always very gentle while doing my cleaning i am never worried about her accidentally hurting my gums or teeth and a bonus is that I get to keep myself occupied watching some netflix shows while i get my cleaning done since they have screens on the ceiling:)

Since I switched over to East Mall Dental a few years ago I have had excellent dental experience and services starting with the friendly outgoing receptionists, My dental hygienist Anna always takes her time to explain the process of whatever she’s doing to my teeth and lastly both Dentists are thorough in their examinations. This is a great dental practice. Have been going for many years. I take my grandson there as well. The dentists, assistants and staff are all great with kids. Overall they are friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Good location, lots of parking. Highly recommend this dental office.
