They don't even deserve one star. The worst dentist clinic and she is not very good at her job are very irresponsible and probably doesn't spend time with patients. The doctor doesn't explain properly and let the assistant talk with you.

Dr. Savita was so nice and very accommodating as well she always make the best for the client.Last year second week of December my tooth was so much in pain and I called the office,I don’t have the schedule appointment but with all the help of Dr. Savita and the staff they were able to accommodate me and do the root canal and i was so happy. I would like also to commend the hygienist (Rupalee and Sarah) they are the best.Thank You to all your good work and help so the that my teeth was always clean and health. The receptionist calls me on a Saturday morning to schedule me for a cleaning, when my last cleaning was done 4 months ago. I told her I’m only covered for twice a year but she still insisted that I’d come in. When I told her I’m busy and I would check my schedule and get back to her, she insisted that she would stay on the phone until I checked. I kept telling her I’d call back, she was very pushy and I had no choice but to hang up the phone. Also, when she first called (Saturday morning) I saw that it was from the dental office and I knew the purpose of the call (to book me in), since I didn’t know when I could come in, I ignored the call thinking she would leave a voicemail. To my surprise, she had BLOCKED her number and called me once again. Very unprofessional and pushy receptionist. Dr and the hygienists are very professional and I highly recommend them just not their receptionist!

Dr Savita Chaudhry is the best Dentist have ever seen in my life. She is simply one of a kind ,hardworking, compassionate and caring about her clients. I had a serious pain with lower jaw despite having a crowded schedule, she called me and listened to my cry by prescribing the drugs to use in order to relief of my pain. Was at the shopper drug mart immediately & was given the drugs prescribed by her and was relieved of the serious pains have been experiencing. Despite not being booked for 10am the following day , she booked me for the time. Dr Savita Chaudhry, is the best Dentist Doctor have ever seen in my life and I will forever recommend for an client interested in her. She is just too compassionate, intelligent and hardworking professional.

One of the most disappointing dentist I ever visited. I went for the root canal treatment and she botched it up so badly that it was extremely painful for 1 full week. I could not focus on my work at all. I was given pain killers for almost 1 more week and finally the pain subsided. However after 2 months I feel the tingling near by lower right lip. I took second opinion and was told that the procedure was botched up. I would strongly advise anyone not to go to her. She can spoil your life forever due to her incompetence.

My husband got dental cleaning done here and they haven't stopped calling him every few days to book his next cleaning. He ignored their call one morning and they called back immediately with a blocked number! Extremely unprofessional. He let her know that he was only covered every 6 months and she confirmed this and still said he should come in more frequently as "each patient has different needs". She didn't say whether the dentist recommended more frequent cleanings for my husband specifically and he doesn't remember being told this at any other time. After being fed up with the pushy receptionist, he said he would check his schedule and call back to book when he thought was appropriate and she insisted that she would stay on the phone with him until he checked his calendar for availability some time this week. He had to hang up on her just to get back to what he was doing! I've worked in several dental clinics for 8 years and have never witnessed such absurd and pushy behaviour by staff book clients. Customer service skills = nil. It was really embarrassing to listen in on how desperate she was to book the next visit. I haven't personally been here but rest assured he will not be returning.

Had a minor/discomfort issue and was in today for an examination by Sarah. This was my second appt. with Sarah and she continues to show the upmost respect for my dental health. Sarah demonstrates a very high level of professionalism and caring. She has a great attitude and is always smiling and extremely bubbly.

This clinic messed up my teeth. They had assistants working on my teeth without the supervision of a dentist. I went back many times to complain of pain but she kept saying no it’s fine it will go away. I finally went to another dentist who found out that my teeth were badly infected. Paid him less to fix the problem that this “dentist” created. I do not recommend her to anyone.

I was looking for a dental office to deal with a serious dental concern that was progressively getting worse, and this was the first office to take it seriously enough to make time to see me in an already packed day. Once I got there, everyone was so kind, from reception to the hygienists to Dr. Chaudhry herself. They helped reduce my anxiety, answered all my questions thoroughly, asked me what I was comfortable with, and made sure I was comforted throughout. They did an amazing job and the results were like night and day. I was very impressed with their professionalism!

Patient's Review: I had my first appointment at your dental clinic today, September 23 rd. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist welcomed me with a warm smile. The hygienist is very professional and did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays. She put me at ease as I have a problem with gagging. She is very patient and caring. Dr. Chaundry welcomed me and examined my teeth. She explained what concerns she had with my teeth and said we’d take it slowly. I had a very positive experience at your clinic.
