Dr. Dyck is an amazing man he has been gentle with my mouth and has been straight up honest with no beating around the bush on my oral health. He's definitely someone who I'd recommend if you are tired of the sugar coating things type of dentist you will not find that with Dr dyck

Im Terrified of dentists and I have to say I had one of the most pleasant experiences yesterday.. I've never had a dentist be able to freeze my lower jaw and Dr. Dyke did it in one go.. cavity took 10 minutes maybe 15 and I was out in 30.. definitely recommend this clinic!!

Fantastic customer service and extremely kind staff. HIGHLY recommended! This was my first visit to Esquimalt Dental on 25 November,20201. The entire staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. Dr. Pooja thoroughly explained the issues I needed to deal with and she was been really great communicator throughout the visit and explained everything as she carried out the various x-rays and showed me the results. I was given a treatment plan with all the services detailed and priced out. I really felt very comfortable there!

I have never had the best teeth, and due to lack of dental coverage in the last ten years I needed a lot of work done. I went into Dr. Huynh's office expecting to end up with dentures at 36. He has done amazing work on my teeth, saved some that I thought were past saving, done root canals with very little pain during or afterwards. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful and I would recommend him to ANYONE who asked with out the slightest hesitation.

I posted a scathing review of Dr. Dyck a few weeks ago and it is nowhere to be found! I guess they don't like negative reviews and remove them. Dr. Dyck is lazy and incompetant . Let's see how long this stays up.

DYCK IS UP FRONT , TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS NEEDED & ANSWERS " ALL " YOUR QUESTIONS , HE LEFT ME FEELING COMPLETELY INFORMED & SATISFIED AS WHAT MUST BE DONE & WHAT NOT NECESSARY EXCELLENT LOCATION / DIRECT ACCESS TO BUS & /OR PARKING A VEHICLE WARM CARING STAFF MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. I wish I could rate zero stars. They are rarely open, and when they are they cancel your appointment with less than an 30mins notice. The adminstrative is unwelcoming and have a hard time filling claims to insurance companies or to the patient in a timely matter. My suggestion is to go anyway else, it could take them two year to figure put you are no longer their patient.

My experiences at Complete Dental, mainly Dr. Dyke have always been very easy going and a clean and professional atmosphere, to be quite honest I am truly lucky to have him as my Dentist, why because even though I had missed 5 appointments in a row 5 years ago him and his kind staff still allowed me to come again to another appointment. Thank you Dr. Dyke for your good dentistry and good heartedness.
