The staff at 32 Dental has always been kind, welcoming and responsive to my needs. I do have quite a bit of dental anxiety which lead me to avoid going to the dentist for a few years. I am glad I chose to go to 32 Dental to begin caring for my dental health again. At 32 Dental, I didn't feel any judgement regarding my dental health and worked out a dental treatment plan with Dr. Buchkowsky that was right for me. I was also referred to a specialist on my request, which I really appreciate as well. I would definitely recommend 32 Dental to family and friends. Mirella

I was initially looking for a dental office and when I had asked a good friend of mine, she highly recommended ThirtyTwo Dental. The initial call, I was greeted by a very kind voice and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment before my insurance renewed in the coming weeks. She offered clear instructions on how to get to the office and where to park. This office is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. The team there was all very friendly and made sure that I was completely taken care of in all aspects. The entire office and team is friendly and truly, it makes me feel at home when I go there, which isn't common for a dentists office. Starting from my introductory phone call with Joyce, I was instantly greeted with kindness. She was also amazing at accommodating my appointment at super short notice, for which I am grateful. The clinic is modern and clean, and its downtown location is incredibly convenient for me. Upon arriving at the clinic, I expected to have to wait quite a bit given them squeezing me in on their last week before the Christmas break, but to my surprise, I was taken in almost right away. Dr. Buchkowsky and Doris were amazing and thorough, and very helpful in getting me the treatment and care I needed. After my visit, Joyce even gifted me with some homemade shortbread to take home. I've been with 32 Dental for a few years and I've always had a wonderful experience there. All of the staff including the dentist are caring and attentive. I'm self employed and don't have insurance, they always advise me ahead of my appointment about the costs and provide me with the information I need to make an informed decision about which services I choose to accept and where I can save money. I never feel they're up-selling me or being opaque about what I need and what is more 'optional'. Their facility is spotless and during COVID I feel very confident in their precautions and consideration of the risks.

Being my first time there, the dentist really took her time to chat, go over scans and discuss personalized options. If you check it out, head to the building's parkade and go straight to the top floor as they have a direct access door, and it's free to park in one of their marked spots.

I had been to a few other offices during my search, and was recommended by my father-in-law to go visit ThirtyTwo...and I'm so glad I did. What an incredible experience from start to finish. Pam and Joyce always welcome you with open arms as soon as you walk in and make you feel right at home. The hygienists are gentle, skilled and very thorough, and Dr. Buchkowsky is extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease at every examination. I recommend ThirtyTwo Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in Edmonton. I've been going for 5 years now, and I've always had very positive experiences. If you work downtown, the location is super convenient, as are the hours - you can fit an appointment in before work since it opens at 7:30. The whole ThirtyTwo Dental team is helpful, accommodating and very personable. Anytime I've had an emergency, they have been able to find a space for me. I trust the advice of Dr. Buchkowsky; I've never felt pressured into work I didn't need. Visiting the dentist isn't a comfortable experience for most people, including me, but I genuinely enjoy my visits to ThirtyTwo Dental.

I used to be one of those people who was petrified of the dentist. I have had okay dentists in the past, but always felt rushed and just like another patient to get through. I've also had some quacks who have done some damage and emotional scarring. However, after my initial check up at Thirty Two, I actually looked forward to my next appointment. So much so that I made two more appointments and actually was excited for them! I have quite the amount of anxiety on a day to day basis, and it's only heightened in clinical/doctor type situations. I have never felt more calm than I have at Thirty Two. When you're in their chair, they converse with you as if you're a long time friend or family. You feel welcomed, you feel comfortable, you feel taken care of. Also, no matter what they are doing or are about to do, they explain everything in detail just so you're aware of what they're doing and why. You'll never just sit there with your mouth open while they poke and prod and you sit there wondering "What's going on in there?" They explain every tool and the reason behind why they're using it the way they are at that moment. If there's any change in pressure or vibrations, etc. They will tell you. They also constantly ask if you're okay, making you feel safe and comfortable. I had to get some freezing done, and those needles are my least favourite. I am so scared of them I begin to feel faint and warm. Not only did they talk me through it, they held my hand and tapped their fingers in a rhythm which I found really calmed my nerves. They truly CARE. The ladies at the front desk are extremely warm and welcoming, and in general the entire staff. You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and care about each person that goes in. I have been recommending them to everyone I know, and I look forward to having them as my dentist for as long as I possibly can!

The women that both work in and run this dental office are nothing short of Angels. I hadnt been to the dentist in shamefully 26 years and I was recommended to see them. I had extreme anxiety about what was going to be wrong with me and the whole entire visit they made me feel safe and comfortable. My second visit was today to have 2 cavities filled and Dr B. Well I have no idea how she did it but I did not feel the poke from the freezing needle at all! In all my experience with any health field I have never felt like an office cares about their patients as much as this one. I 100000% recommend this place to anyone. I just switched to ThirtyTwo Dental this year as my husband said it was great. Joyce and Pam at the front are very friendly. I have an allergy that I told them about and they went further than any business to accommodate - I was touched. I saw Dr. B in the summer for an annual check up (1st meeting) and she made a huge difference. I had pain between my teeth in one spot for 5 years now (I stopped chewing gum and chew only on the opposite side) and she is the 4th dentist I have mentioned this pain to. She fixed in less than 20 minutes. I started to think I was crazy, but she wanted to try something that only took a few minutes to do to rule out. The pain is gone and I am very grateful. All round I feel like all the people I came in contact with in this business is very focused on customer satisfaction. Overall, I would definitely recommend going here if you wanted to feel like a valued patient. NB: I have only gone during the pandemic, so the parkade/parking was highly available and there is exterior access on the roof, but parking would not be full when everyone is back to work. I did not look forward to a downtown dentist due to parking and traffic, but my two visits so far have been worth it.

The ladies are all absolutely amazing, they're so competent at what they do and they are exceptionally careful to let you know when something's going to hurt. My childhood experiences with dentists are the exact opposite of this place... none of that awkward "YOUR GUMS ARE SO BLOODY, YOU SHOULD FLOSS YOU DUMMY" attitude that some hygienists I've been to at other places will give, because someone's fingers in your mouth is already kind of awkward without the snarky remarks! I was initially persuaded to go to the dentist by my sister...believe it or not. I am the type of person who considered teeth as a lower priority task. Well...Not anymore! She recommended Dr. Buchkowsky and i initially set up an appointment to go check how my teeth are doing. Well... of course i need a lot of work. As a general rule it does not matter if you take care of your teeth, maintenance is needed... just like on your car. I was, and still am amazed at how well they all work and how well they can explain to you what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Dr. Buchkowsky is very careful and patient with her customers. She makes the whole experience painless. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. You can tell that their first priority is your experience and their quality of work. I appreciate the fact that they give you options but als make recommendations based on your needs and budget. I still have a long way to go before I'm at a "proper dental level" but i completely trust that 32 dental will get me there efficiently and with as little "trauma" as possible.

I've been going to Thirty Two Dental for a few years now and it's been a wonderful experience. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with warm welcoming smiles from Joyce and Pam. They'll put you in a good mood and quickly run through the necessary paper work. You may then have the privilege of spending sometime with Doctors Jaime or William. They will spend quality time with you to make sure everything goes smoothly. However, I'm not sure they would be able to hold such a strong reputation without the help of Brenda RDA or Judy the Hygienist. They never fail to make sure you're looked after. 100% recommend this dental clinic to all my friends and family. Parking, pain or price are not an issue. Go for it!

The front office staff are kind, friendly and considerate about payment and submitting claims. Their treatment of my daughter since she was very young was fantastic - she wasn't overly anxious about attending hygiene or other appointments. I never thought I would ever say thanks for the root canal, but, "thanks for the root canal." Dr. Jaimee Buchkowsky is so aware of how I am doing as a patient, and Doris, her Dental Assistant is constantly checking to make sue everything is OK. I don't freeze well, and Jaimee takes all of the time necessary to freeze slowly, avoiding that uncomfortable process of getting stuck. She took time after my visit to explain what just happened, what to expect, and a bit of a plan of action for the next visits. Even gave me her cell number to text in case I had a problem or question. I have lots more to be done, and I have no misgivings at all about coming back to ThirtyTwo Dental, as I normally have been with other dentists in the past. My wife and our adult son are making appointments to see Dr. Buchkowsky very soon, based on my rave review at a family gathering on the weekend. Dr. Buchkowsky is best. I've always been a bit terrified of dentists. Despite my best efforts to avoid them, with brushing and flossing, I've always had a mouthful of cavities. The pain of dealing with my mouth of problems has been extreme. I was told I had deep roots. Perhaps I do. I'm now at the root canal stage of life. Such fun. Past dentists have been absolute hell. The pain I endured overwhelmed my entire body. The procedures always felt like I was being tortured for secret information. If asked, I definitely would have given up state secrets or info on a surprise party for my brother in-law. I did not want to visit a dentist every again. But another toothache hit. Then a friend recommended Dr. Buchkowsky. I don't know how she manages her magic but her root-canals are near painless - at their worst midly uncomfortable. I do not know Dr. Buchkowsky's secret. I do know she seems to be on the patience's schedule. Her and her staff were always on my schedule. I never felt like she was trying to get to the next patient as fast as possible. One observation, her application of the pain killing needle took 5 or 10 times longer to inject - and I barely felt it. Up until visiting her, I did not know there was a right way. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Buchkowsky.

I have been seeing Dr. Buchkowsky for about a year. I am not the easiest dental patient as I experienced trauma at the hands of my dentist when I was younger. The management staff are helpful and super efficient. They know so much about billing and eligibility it's scary. I find it difficult to put my trust in someone that I don't know, have just met and are putting myself in a vulnerable position. To say that I am pleasantly surprised would be a gross understatement. I had 3 old fillings repaired yesterday. Spent 2 hours in the chair. Did NOT feel ANYTHING during, or after the procedure. For me that is huge. I engaged in Invisalign therapy 10 months ago. Not only was I cared for in the most professional and caring manner, the results were astounding. I literally had teeth in places that teeth should not have been. The gentle, methodical and progressive movement of my teeth exceeded ALL my expectations. I will not go anywhere else.

Best dentist ever. The staff is so friendly and they offer you coffee, bottled water, lip balm, the TV remote while in the dentist chair, and they are just so nice. Dr. Buchkowsky is the friendliest and so knowledgeable. She explains everything in detail. The hygienist doesn't shred your gums or anything either (just the opposite!). The office is bright and warm and clean and all the x-ray imaging and everything is modern. I've been going for two years now and am so happy I switched from my old dentist. The whole experience is just so comfortable and everyone puts you at ease. ThirtyTwo is the best. I love the text message appointment reminders and how you're emailed all the costs beforehand. Also very affordable compared to other places. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Buchkowsky and the whole practice! So great. Really happy with all the results. You never feel rushed and they clearly care so much about what they do. Amazing team.

Dr Buchkowsky and her team are amazing. I went in for my initial appointment yesterday, all staff were super friendly from the moment I walked in until I left. All the processes were explained to me which was greatly appreciated. I was a little nervous as I have not visited a dentist in around 4-5 years but all staff made me feel welcome and at ease. There was even a cancellation for a cleaning when I finished the initial checkup so I got right into a cleaning session which was a nice surprise! I look forward to my next appointment.
