Went in for fillings. They left my mouth clamped open for 10 min while they went to answer the phone. You would think for the price you pay for service that the person they are working on would take priority. My Fiance went in for dental work. The hygienist came in half way through working on her cleaning and told her that she just finished eating a tuna salad. She then asked if her breathe was bothering her. When everything was said and done, the hygienist forgot to floss her teeth. Instead of quickly finishing it she to tells my fiance that her shift was over and she would have to send someone else in to finish flossing. Every time we go in, there is always some type of unprofessionalism that you would not get at most dental offices. Would not recommend. Changing dentists! Edit in Response to Owner** Clearly this is not my actual last name. So it would make sense that I am not on your records with the last name Wobbles... This is not slander. This is my opinion. And everything that I wrote happened word for word. Im sorry you don't like the facts. Some times the truth is hard to swallow. Update - Switching dentists was a great idea. I noticed that Tamarack also seemed to be over charging for services. Fillings were half the price at my new dentist. And the result was amazing!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I went here 2 years ago, I was very clear about the fact that I had a full set of dentures and was looking for a new set. The nurse not only did not believe me until I literally took out my teeth and showed her, she gave me a look of disgust was then very rude about it because no one my age should have dentures. Thanks, I'm 36. I've had them since I was 26. Then the dentist didn't not even look in my mouth. She simply came in, looked at the xrays, said my level of deterioration was such that they could not help me and would refer me to a denturist who specialized in the elderly who could help and then left. I was never referred. I found a new dentist who was very kind and helpful. However TWO YEARS AFTER THIS SINGLE HUMILIATING APPOINTMENT they still call me regularly to book a DENTAL CHECKUP because its important to get my teeth checked regularly. Despite me telling them over and over that 1) I have no teeth 2) to please stop phoning me and 3) I wouldn't go back there if they paid me. And yet, they continue to phone me for a check up. Regularly. For TWO YEARS. I also have a friend who went there and despite him telling them he no longer lives in alberta, they continue to call him as well. The only way to stop this is to literally block the number.

Awesome experience! I thought of the worst lol ???? but it was the best experience with Dr. Arashdeep Kaur. She has the lightest hands that I almost fell asleep. I would highly recommend this dental clinic at Tamarack. All the staff are also very kind and accommodating!

I've been going to Dr. Dahela for over 5 years. I find her consistently warm, knowledgeable and has excellent client care. The front staff are very competent, efficient and friendly and take care of all my adminstration needs re: benefit payments, etc (always goes smooth and seamless). Would highly recommend it here.

Had an accident and knocked out my front tooth. I forced it back into place (good idea or not) and called. Got in right away and had it adjusted into place then needed some root canal work. All discoloration of the tooth was whitened and the tooth is back in place. Service was really good, but they saved my tooth and it's looking great (and that's awesome).

bad experience ,two times I been there today and the quality of work is very poor, i have an appointment around 4 pm today and they pushing too many appointment between 4 to 5 pm as we are three people in the family ,should be enough till 5 30 pm because they have only one dentist in the clinic and they have 4 other appointments ,they are in so hurry with my kids and the quality of work is too low .When doctor was with my family ,she told us to wait 15 minute and she wont come back even half an hour ,finally they start on me and doctor leave me in the half way and never come back then decide to leave and they are smart as soon as i leave the clinic they process the claim throw direct billing so nothing i can do ,so even they never cal me back and charge on my benefit , i talk to the reception and she was nit interested to talk so i will say poor service and greedy for money thanks The worst thing happen when she start the cleaning procedure on me ,she told me to the suction pipe because the assistance was busy to please the next patient ,when i ask dentist why i have ti hold by myself she gave excuse , she said you not opening your mouth wide and i ave to use my both hand then i side where is the assistance , no answer , you can imagine that the poor quality of work the dentist is working without assistant , not recommend this place , they are taking RISK ON YOUR SAFETY , DENTIST DO NOT REQUIRE A ASSISTANT ,SO GOOD TAMARACK DENTAL NOW OWNER PLEASE DO NOT SAY THAT I WAS NOT THERE , I HAVE MY INSURANCE PROOF THANKS ?.. .

They have friendly, qualified staff (shout out to Cecilia and Vivek!) and a clean and welcoming atmosphere PLUS they have evening and weekend appointments available.

Kind people but poor quality and bad communication. I find it quite weird that all 4 teeth I had filled by the dentist had chipped within half a year. I ended up having 1 root canal done, one tooth was pulled and the other 2 teeth have been grinded down to almost nothing. The last tooth I had filled by my denist (also a previous tooth she filled) I asked if she could do a filling and she said yes, but after she was done more than half my tooth was grinded down, not including the fact that she had taken so much off the tooth that it is now so sensitive to anything hot or cold, even though I've never had any problems before with sensitivity with that tooth. I have so much anxiety going to the dentist now where I'm almost in tears because I honestly cant even trust my own dentist to do a filling without at least communicating that the majority of the tooth could be possibly removed. They are very kind in the facility but in all honestly probably is not worth your time or money.

The doctor was very arrogant & rude. They offer free whitening if you go for the checkup to the clinic. But, for the whitening doctor doesn't even come to have a look. They send the assistant to do the whitening and whitening is just for the name. It doesn't work at all.

Continuation of my Root Canal!! OMG you got to go to a really bad dentist to know what a good one is. After my nightmare last week Rosie told me about Tamarak Dental. I went there to have my root canal finished. The lady dentist sent me to the clinic where they do their root canals. Smiles on 34 ave and I saw a Dr. Dhawal Mhatre. It was like going from a butcher to a surgeon. I can't say enough good stuff about Tamarak or Smiles. Everyone so friendly, gentle and caring. It was like that warm blanket you get put on you at the hospital that makes you feel so relaxed and not scared. After it was done I had some aching pain so he gave me a prescrip, however I am not going to get it filled because I am home and the ache has almost gone. Monday I go for the perminent filling and I am not worried in the slightest. My experience with the other dentist almost made me want to have the tooth pulled (I thought about pulling it myself...lol) but after being at Tamarak and Smiles I have no worries about going back to the dentist (well at least them). Thanks Rosie for recommending them.

Quick and efficient. Polite staff. My Dr. Was very theral with explaining. Gave me all options and recommendations. Will not do anything that isn't necessary! Left me feeling very confident and well looked after. Answered all my questions. And was engauging with making sure I had no sensitivity. My husband took my daughter here a few times, the last time was really bad, I'm not sure if it's changed owners, my 9 year old daughter came to have her teeth cleaned, they checked 10 minutes and cleaned within 10 minutes, they cleaned my daughter's teeth in 10 minutes, unbelievable, spent 20 minutes they charged $270, I don't think it's worth the money, worst service I have ever had in our life.

Went for a cleaning. The dentist took 15 minutes to finish Had filling done and 3 months later I had severe pain and they tried to say I never had a filling there and said it was from my 10 year filling.the assistant is rough and started gagging me when I tried to move her hand she got mad. Found a new dentist and they at first didnt want to send my xrays. My new dentist hygenist thought it had been over 5 years since my last cleaning.
