I’ll never go back there! Got ripped off i was charged over $1045 for cleaning and check ups!!! The most expensive service in North America by far. I don’t recommend this place they won’t go through their rates $$$ until service is done which by the way illegal. Money grabbing and dishonest. I’ll file for a formal complaint since they’re not willing to reimburse me and for over charging my insurance

I want to express my greatest gratitude to this amazing group of people! My visit started off by filling out a quick but detailed medical history before we even got to the appointment (which they actually read. Surprised, I know). I appreciated how inclusive and respectful they were when asking about marriage status and gender status. When entering this beautiful clinic, we scanned a QR code and had our temperatures taken (Covid), and we were off. Each staff member greeted us with friendly smiles. They walked one of our children through everything that was happening because he wanted to know. And respected the other child who didn’t want to know anything but just wanted to watch TV and “chill”. Once everything was said and done that staff walked me through some tips and tricks, and happily answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or that I was wasting their time. The little things make a difference. I was able to text when booking, to ask questions, and received reminders. I highly recommend this clinic for adults and children (ADHD child, and complex medical child).

By far the best dentist in Edmonton. Dr. Nguyen and Isabelle are so professional they work great together. Dr. Nguyen explained my dental issues and concerns with me in such away that I actually understand. I have a large family of 5, 3 children and two adults and the office was willing to work with my scheduled and provided care to all of us. I highly recommend Legacy Dental.

Due to the retirement of my current dentist this office was recommended by a friend. My first impression upon arrival was that it is a very clean environment with thorough COVID-19 protocols. The space is modern with the most current equipment being used. My initial visit included a routine cleaning, x-rays and a checkup. I found Dr. Jen and her staff to be friendly and they seemed to anticipate any questions or concerns that I had. Following the examination they took the time explain their findings and propose a treatment plan with options. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will be returning for all my future dental needs.

Very convenient location off Gateway Blvd. The office is clean, comfortable and staff are always available to fully communicate the dental work and expectations. My previous clinic had me in for multiple cleaning appointments in a row and still wanted me in for more within the span of 1 month. I decided to go to Legacy for a second opinion. Their knowledgeable staff was able to see the problem right away and had me cleaned in one appointment. The staff are friendly, very understanding, and are eager to help you feel comfortable if you have any questions or feel nervous.

Dr Jennifer is the best dentist I've ever met. She is really gentle during dental procedures, and explains everything I need/ want to know. Also, she would let you know the options you have, so you can decide. This office follows Alberta dental fee guide, so the fees are open and really reasonable. The office is super modern and spacious. When you walk in, Dr Jennifer and staff always make you feel welcomed!

Recently, I booked an appointment to see Dr. Jennifer Nguyen of Legacy Dental in Edmonton. Dr. Nguyen was incredible. Not only did she take absolute good care of my teeth, by examining them but she scaled, deep cleaned my teeth and filled my broken tooth. The doctor was professional, kind, and so gentle with the job that I feel asleep while she and her dental assistant worked on my teeth. Hard to believe but true. The doctor and the staff was great - they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. I am very happy that I chose Legacy Dental and would highly recommend the clinic to my family, friends and anyone.

Best cleaning ever! Usually there are several "ouch" moments when the scraper of the plaque hits too far on the gum but with Dr. Jennifer that was not the case. Also, they took colour photos (in addition to the usual x-rays) so I could then see the issues she was describing to me. That was a welcome first. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

I've been to several dentists throughout the country and Dr Nguyen's dental practice provides an exceptionally good experience. She is very personable and explains complex concepts in lay terms. I was even more pleased when I got my bill and couldn't believe the price. Unlike most dentists, Dr Nguyen follows the Alberta fee structure and thus has the most reasonable prices I've even seen at a dental clinic. The clinic also followed up with me two weeks after my appointment to see if my issues had resolved. I've never received this level of care from a dental clinic. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen.
