Best dentist office I've been to. They are always so friendly, helpful, and honest. Going to the dentist can be a scary thing for a lot of people, but everyone here will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They are also great for providing you with time and space to think about procedures you might need to get done. They don't force anything onto you like some dentists do.

I recently switched to Impression Dental. Nobody likes the dentist, but Impression Dental made the experience more comfortable than any other dentist experience I've had. When I went in for my cleaning they were very gentle and it was the first time I didn't leave with my gums bleeding! I ended up having to go back for fillings and the freezing needle is the scariest thing in the world to me. They applied a numbing cream prior to the needle so I could barely feel the needle and during the filling the dentist checked in with me multiple times to see if I was doing ok. 5 stars!

You simply could not ask for a better dentist. Her staff are delightful- also skillful, kind and a pleasure to interact with. I started with Impression Dental since 2014. My favorite dental place of all time. Friendly staff members, attentive, always respond to my requests and concerns timely. They make huge efforts to help me understand any potential issues and remedies regarding dental hygiene in the simplest way possible. I can't think of a second place in Garneau area where you receive the same standard of service. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bowker is such a genuine, patient, and ethical dentist - she prioritizes patient needs over the selling of services, which is a stark contrast from another dentist that I saw for TMJ Botox consultation. The clinic staff are also very friendly and polite! 100% recommend :)

Everything was done efficiently and was very organized. Also you get your own TV to keep you occupied while they work :) Would recommend.

Also explains clearly what is the problem and status kindly. Her assistant, was informative and professional too. Appointments setting with Jessica, she was professional with 48hr reminder call before the appointment and clear costs, insurance coverage,... info that i needed to know I ve done 5 teeth here and i will go there again for sure

Being here second time and had again wonderful experience. Clinic is equipped with up-to-date toys and they won't cause you any pain or discomfort. They sent SOMEONE ELSE'S x-ray to the surgeon I saw to get my wisdom teeth out. THANK GOD they took a backup x-ray at the surgeon's office and that I noticed that "hey there are more wisdom teeth on that x-ray than I was told I have"... I can't even imagine what would have happened had they gone in blind.. I can't believe it!

I've recently got my wisdom teeth pulled out and I was incredibly nervous about the procedure since I chose the anesthesia over sedation. Dr. Bowker and her assistant really put care into the surgery and made me feel calm during the procedure. She is the most caring dentist I've been to. I'll definitely be back in the future.

I am so happy with the service I received today. Hassinah (hope I correctly spelled her name) was amazing. She thoroughly cleaned my teeth and explained everything. I tried Smile Zone and Twin Dental before for cleaning, but they are not as good at service as the one provided at least by Hassinah. I am in the process of reffering 5 friends of mine to go to do cleaning with them. I hope I get a discount or something next visit lol.

By far the greatest experience I’ve had at any dentist. I was referred by a friend and I am more than pleased with the service that I was given. First off, they were able to schedule an appointment quickly and around my work schedule. The establishment is amazing; very professional looking and clean. The receptionist Kandice is very friendly! I’ve booked the appointment with her over the phone and called back later on and she remembered my name, which made me feel important. Also, Janet was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She as well is very friendly and knowledgeable. And, they do direct billing with the insurance companies which is plus for me! I haven’t been to a dentist in years (really, really over due, which they knew) I was afraid of outcome.. that they would of told me that I would of required alot of work (especially with all of my history and my concerns)... it turned out that I had one minor cavity! I’ve always had bad experiences at the dentist, as I was always told that I need a whole bunch of work. If I would of known, I would of went earlier. For the first time, I’ve walked out of the dentist with a smile on my face. I would highly recomend Impression Dental to anyone!!!

Completely a fraud, one day they gonna to say that you have four cavities, and one week later, after they fix those cavities, they will say that you have two more cavities. I’m an international student and they technically suck up my whole insurance.

Really thorough cleaning, after 4 years of braces it felt like a nice itch being scratched. The music was boring Christmas music on repeat...but everywhere is like that. I think I was hoping for Tool or Pearl Jam. Still, Venus did excellent work. And she was nice and didn't ask me questions that I couldn't answer with my mouth full of stuff. I'll go back if I have the chance.

This clinic has been nothing short of amazing. Today, one of my front teeth cracked off (it happens occasionally because of it being knocked out 20 years ago and it being an awkward break). It happened around 2pm, I called in right away. Despite being fully booked, they managed to fit me in at 3pm. I was home with a fixed tooth by 4pm. I've seen all of the dentists there and everyone has been incredibly kind and done amazing work. The hygienists and front staff are also amazing. I can honestly say this is the best dental clinic I've ever been with. I had no idea going to the dentist could be so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.

I am not sure why I don't have an option to respond back, but if you are implying that I may be confused.. I will explain. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Please take a look at your records and see how many teeth were in the x-ray you sent, it has 3. Hopefully you did not send the other person off with my x-ray, but that might be something you want to look into.

Great office, clean and new with excellent receptionists. Dr. Eng is gentle and takes her time. After a root canal became complicated, she was very helpful in recommending a great Endodontist (Dr. Yu) to finish the procedure and just finished installing a permanent filling that lines up with my bite perfectly. Direct billing and specials on free whitening too!

Recently went here and saw Dr. Eng - she was fantastic. Literally didn't feel a thing and had to ask what she was doing because I was confused as to what she was doing. The front staff was pretty good with dealing with my insurance, they seemed to know about it and deal with the company often. Before booking anything they even laid out a couple of different timelines to match when my insurance plan would renewal to let me pick the best one for me. I'd recommend Dr. Eng to anyone with children or anxiety over dental stuff.

Excellent service! Kandace the receptionist is so friendly and helpful and she gave me the best advice on how to utilise my insurance effectively for my dental treatment. Earlier today, I had a wisdom tooth extracted and I was absolutely terrified going into the procedure. Dr Erin Bowker was so patient and kind to me and explained the whole process as she was cleaning my teeth and when it came to the wisdom tooth extraction, she did it so efficiently and effortlessly! The dental assistant (unfortunately I forgot to get her name) was amazing as well! She gave me great advice on flossing techniques as well as on the after care necessary for a wisdom tooth extraction. Thank you so much!

Been there twice with my son who is 7 yr old. Everyone we encountered was very warm and welcoming. Dr. Chan was great with my boy, I was nervous he might give the dentist trouble over the numbing for his filling. But nope he was very reassuring as was his assistant.
