Extremely kind and professional staff. Only minor complaint is the wait time. I had an appointment for my wisdom teeth removal at 10:30am, I was brought to one of the chairs and I didn't get frozen until 12am. The actual procedure didn't begin until 12:30, two whole hours after my actual appointment time. Dr. Pon and his staff did apologize, but I just felt like if you book an appointment for 10:30, the freezing would at least get done 15 minutes later, not an hour and a half later. I do appreciate the care they all provide though. His assistant for my procedure was so kind and he was very reassuring and informative during the actual procedure.
