I have been a client of City Centre dental for as long as I can remember. I am a serious jaw clencher and grinder and have required above average problem solving skills to help with the imminent destruction of my mouth guards while I sleep. I don't think anyone would believe the hoops city centre dental has jumped through to help me. They build custom guards that have evolved over the years. Jade is the best hygienist and Dr. Soin has a lovely demeanor.

The staff, hygienist, and dentist at City Centre Dental are all incredibly nice, very supportive, and helpful. I've been seeing Georgina (hygienist) since the start and she'd great: cheerful, chatty, gentle, and careful. The work I've had done has been good quality and done with care. Most importantly, while they will tell you when you need to change habits, I have never felt lectured or shamed by anyone on the team.

I used to go there for cleaning, the moment they know you have good insurance coverage they want to do all kinds of un-necessary procedures, I was their patient for more than a year, the hygienists did a good job of cleaning, but they forced me to do the X-rays , apparently I can have some terrible problem that I don't know about. My teeth are healthy not giving me any pain, they have an X-ray machine they want to use and pay the technician, so they must do X-ray and if my insurance covers it then they must , I refused to go for X-ray , twice and they shamelessly and blatantly told me to get lost and find another dentist just for refusing to go for X-ray when I did not need them. But they say dentists and doctors are God like creatures what they say must be right but I know better.

From beginning to end this was one of the most pleasant trips to the dentist I’ve ever had. The receptionist is probably the nicest lady I’ve ever met. My hygienist ensured my comfort and also taught me so much about my teeth and hygiene that nobody has taken the time do in all my years of going to the dentist, and Dr. Soin was awesome as well. I need to go every 4 months and it's always easy to get a time that works for my schedule. I've also had night guards made here with great success and I've never had any problems with full coverage for all services I received.

Worst ever, will never go here again, most of the staff is nice except for front reception older staff. The staff will look up insurance policy for social assistant clients ( they must know, that if not covered they will never get their payment) but they have other terms for insured clients, The dental assistants are more then happy to do the work and then...... wait till you walk out and the older women in front tells you that you owe over $350.00 because they are to lazy to call your insurance company and see how many visits are covered. Not even mechanics will do things to your car and have you walk out, then tell you your bill. ( they let you know how much before you put your car in ) Even they see what insurance will cover. We have now found a new Dentist that will check before the work is done. What a concept, they also have a full office must be a sign of a great Dentist office.

The staff at City Centre Dental are very professional and I am very pleased with all the services I have been provided with, through the office. I had a concern with a root canal, done by another dentist, and Dr. Soin sent me to a specialist, straight off. My root canal was redone, and then Dr. Soin and her staff redid my crown. It turned out perfectly, and there was even a bit of savings on the quote I had received. Georgina, my dental hygienist extraordinaire, has given me dental hygiene direction and assistance that I have never received at other dental offices. Needless to say, City Centre Dental is the only dental office I will be visiting, from now on.

Its a rip off I go there for crown re-fixing .. but they asked me to go for Complete Examination, I don't have any other complain. but they immediately took all X-Rays what ever they can do and available with them. Remember you only have 1 X-ray limit per year for most, even for some X Rays 1 for every 24 months. After that they started to diagnose and gave me estimate for more then $15000 which is not even 10% covered under any kind of insurance policy. for which they refer many surgeons and orthodontist. and that's all for I don't have any issue just a crown thing and nothing fixed yet.

Dr. Soin is an excellent dentist, very friendly and knowledgeable. She has gone out of her way to "save" a tooth that has been on watch for years and never does anything until absolutely necessary, so I feel she is very ethical. My regular Hygienist is Georgina and she does amazing work. My teeth are always sparkling and impeccable after a cleaning with her. She is also super friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. The front staff are always friendly and personable. I have been going there for many years now and it is like seeing old friends whenever I go for an appointment.

I have been a patient of City Centre Dental Clinic in Edmonton since 2013. I highly recommend this dental clinic! The clinic is clean and well-maintained. All the staff are great, hospitable and professional - Georgina, Dr. Soin, Christine, Kerri, Lisa and the rest of the team. I never ran into any problems making appointments. I used to have dental concerns/problems before but they were already been addressed by this clinic! Now, I only go to the clinic for my regular dental maintenance - scaling, polishing, annual dental check-up, etc. My teeth and gums are healthy now - thanks to Georgina (my awesome dental hygienist!) and Dr. Soin (my dentist)! Georgina is the best! She really makes sure my teeth is clean every appointment. She also gives me valuable tips to help maintain the health of my teeth and gums. I originally chose City Centre Dental due to the convenient location with working downtown. I have been a patient for the last few years and would certainly recommend this clinic to others. Jade is a wonderful hygienist who is aware that going to the dentist causes anxiety for me and does all she can to put me at ease. During my most recent visit for a regular cleaning, Jade hand- scaled to avoid using the Cavitron (which is the worst part of any cleaning for me) —— I was seriously drowsing off! I also find that the staff do an amazing job explaining what something is/ what they are going to do which helps me understand what to expect and again, helps with anxiety. My mom found an amazing dentist, and my dental hygienist. The staff are all friendly, the office is so clean. I have been seeing dentist and my dental hygienist for over a year. I am nervous about going to the dentist but not anymore since i met this two amazing ladies, namely Dr. Simi Sion and dental assistant Lisa. My dental hygienist( Georgina ) she always make me feel very comfortable and very gentle and while cleaning my teeth and same with Dr. Simi Sion and dental assistant lisa. Watch out for unexpected fees. Six months ago I was assured that my next cleaning wb covered, and I took this literally, but was charged an unexpected fee. Today the same thing happened after a filling. It would be nice if the receptionist is up-front and caution us about possible fees (which she didn't do - the short-haired receptionist). No wonder she couldn't make eye contact today. I've never experienced this at any other dental office.
