I love my dentist♥️ My family have been seeing Central Dental for over twenty years. I only have one complaint as of late and that is the parking. Please have a designated handicap spot with a marker on the wall not just the pavement.

I’ve been going here for years and I always receive the friendliest service and quality work. The cleanings with the hygienist are a breeze and the occasional fillings and crowns were fitted to perfection. There was no adjustment period to get used to them. I love this clean, friendly clinic and look forward to each visit. Doesn’t everyone?

My Daughter had quite a few severe cavities, we have been trying to fix this issue instead of thinking of what she could have done. every dentist we have been to have just judged us etc. At Central Dental they were there to resolve the problem amazing staff really glad we found this place.

It was our first time to visit this clinic and we could honestly say that this is an amazing experience. Staff is good and friendly, the clinic is clean, and the young dentist is a good experienced doctor. It was an urgent case and we could take a very soon appointment. I have been a patient at Central Dental Family Dentistry for over 25 years. The staff are friendly and accommodating and they direct bill to insurance. The area is not the best but they employ a security guard that monitors the parking lot which makes me feel safe and secure! The staff here is like a family which is hard to find these days. They have evolved with the times and have implemented a paperless procedure using iPads. I recommend Central Dental Family Dentistry to anyone looking for an affordable, honest and wonderful experience.

Had a dental check up for a painful infection, the team immediately set up a time for a specialist. Also gave an estimate of the cost and type of work needed. The person who cleaned my teeth was very thoural and gental. All the people working there are helpful, kind and respectful.

Amazing I had four teeth left in my mouth sad but true I went to Kingsway dental and the dentist said he couldn't pull them without breaking my jaw and I needed to go have them surgically removed well thank-you central dental that most certainly wasn't true it took a little longer for the dentist to get that one with deep roots out but he did an amazing job really cared about if I could or could not feel anything and did like I said an amazing job , respectful and kind also I'm on Aish and they were professional alll together a great dental experience 5 stars ^_^

Central Dental Family Dentistry is one of the best dental places. I have have been to a number of dental offices around and the services here is top notched. The staff all listen and figure out a way to help. On one occasion I asked them to ensure by checking with my insurance on a quote, they responded with precise information. I would totally recommend them for all your dental works.

I had a tooth removed by Doctor Kuang and his assistant Nina. They were both as professional, polite, knowledgeable and understanding as one should expect from those in any medical occupation. I barely felt a thing during the surgery and they took semi-frequent breaks throughout to make sure I was still doing okay. Afterwards I was given thorough instructions on how to prevent the extraction site from becoming infected or becoming a "dry socket". All in all the visit cost me a little over $300 ~$250 for the surgery and ~$50 for the anti-biotic and painkiller prescriptions afterwards. As I was told before my surgery: "you're in good hands"

I would give this place 5 stars if my 2nd appointment was as good as the first one. Let me start off by saying that I am one of those rare people who actually enjoys going to the dentist. In fact, I love getting needles and having my teeth drilled. My first appointment for replacing my old silver fillings with white ones was flawless, the older lady was a pro when it came to putting in the dental dam and applied a pina colada flavoured numbing cream. No complaints there, I also told my boyfriend when I came home that it was my favourite dental experience of my life. The freezing went away after 2 hours. I came in again 6 days later to have the second half of my fillings replaced, only to have a new dental assistant who seemingly just started working there. I get it, we all start somewhere, but in saying that, we must also learn from our mistakes. I hope she reads this and take what I say into consideration for becoming better at her work. For one, she didn't install the first dental dam properly, which resulted in it springing off my teeth in the middle of the dentist drilling out my fillings, which then shot foul smelling liquid into my nose, which travelled down into my sinuses. I had to sit up and get them to take a block out of my mouth so I could clear my sinuses (hard to do or even communicate with the insane amounts of freezing they gave me). Then after the bottom was done, they started on my top teeth, and this young woman tried installing the top dental dam. I am telling you I had so much freezing that my ear canal, my cheekbones and entire side of my head was frozen. Even with all of this excess freezing, the dental dam she installed was so excruciating that I could feel it through everything. I told her I needed her to take it out of my mouth because it hurt, and she ACTUALLY snapped at me and said 'well, I'm not going to know it hurts you unless you TELL me"... ... Seriously?!? B.... I'm telling you now! Anywho, so she takes it out and they work on me without a dental dam, which is fine. I was told the freezing would go away within 2 hours, like the last time. It didn't. I WAS FROZEN FOR TEN HOURS. I am not even exaggerating. I looked like a had a stroke and had to work looking like that. Dear God. Also, I RARELY bruise. I have had wisdom teeth cracked out of my jaw and didn't bruise. From what this dental assistant did with her brute force bruised my cheek in a 1.5x1.5 inch spot. I also have headaches. Like I said, the first time was great. If I return here, I will make sure that my dental assistant is the older lady because she is a pro and was very sweet. I will also end this by suggesting that the dental assistant not immediately talk about personal affairs as soon as the chair goes down. I'm trying to sleep or at least relax during my appointment. Thank you.

Always a great experience! I have been coming to this dentist office for years. The front staff are always friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are very personable and always remember the conversations from your previous visits. They seem to take time to get to know you. Dr. Kuang is very kind and knowledgeable. He listens and does his best to explain things as he goes. Always takes time to make sure you are comfortable and that he addresses any questions or concerns you have.

Brought my 5 year old daughter to Central Dental Family Dentistry for her first "official" dental appointment. We had an amazing experience. Staff were exceptionally kind, gentle and explained exactly what they were doing in a way that made the experience fun and stress-free. I have been to this office twice now. The staff are extremely professional and very friendly with adult and pediatric clients. The clinic is able to accommodate appointments that work best for my schedule. The dental hygenist was so gentle with my cleaning. There are no problems finding parking. I have been to about 4 different clinics over the past 10 yrs and I have finally found my forever dentist office.

Dr.Chang knew I had insurance through my work and got his assistant to tell me I had four cavities. After he filled the non existing three cavities (I only needed one done) his assistant tried to tell me I had six more cavities. Not believing this, I went to a second dentist for a second opinion and was informed that I had what everything has on their teeth and that if those were considered cavities then the entire population would need fillings. So basically Dr.Chang charged up my insurance a good unnecessary 800 dollars or more. People out there avoid this clinic at all costs!! This manager responded that she wanted to make things right but once she received my credit card information to charge me even more money I haven’t heard from her since. Went to yet another dentist a year after Dr. Chang told me I had twelve cavities just last week March 2019 and it was confirmed for a second time that he overexaggerated have only one. He just wanted to charge my insurance. Do not go to this dentist.

The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. My hygienist today (they are calling her Emily as an inside joke) is the best I had, she has perfected her cleaning techniques for a painless, comfortable and thorough cleaning. I've had many in the past that could not demonstrate her skill, so past appointments made me a bit apprehensive, which was clear to Anika for the first minutes in the chair. As a side note, it is buyer beware in the province of Alberta when it comes to unregulated pricing differing between dental offices. They are fair in comparison and help those who may need to make payments over a period of time. I had to leave my old dentist who depleted my benefits all in one procedure I had to finish with the good folks of Central Family Dental!

My family have been patients of Central Dental for a number of years. The staff are friendly and are willing to address any concerns that may arise. They get us in to our appointments on time. The hygenist/dentist work effectiently to ensure the work is completed within the scheduled block. We are not crazy about the location however there is free parking which is appreciated.
