Both my wife and I were Dr. Tremblay's clients and we did a few cleanings, one teeth removal over there. The experiences there were not up to standard. The time duration of my very first cleaning was longer than expected so I was informed at my appointment that I will have to make another one and pay extra fees for it because it takes the hygienist extra time to clean. I still remember that when my hygienist was cleaning my teeth, the doctor came in and said you do not need to finish all the cleaning today.....I understand maybe the cleaning was difficult but I have never been asked to pay twice for one cleaning. Overall, compared with our past/and present clinics, the cleaning service we received is below standard, and the doctor did not show enough care to his patients. It is not only about finishing his task and get it done. There was even one time when the hygienist told me I have one more gum after the doctor examines me. We do not think these were comfortable experiences for us. We do respect his professionalism but we do think the attitude and the service could be improved.

Excellent experience with Dr Tremblay this morning for my first tooth implant. His professionalism was incredible and he made sure he looked into every detail clearly before I left the office I was a bit nervous at first but he reassured me, and I totally felt safe in his hands. Nadia his assistant was very kind and wonderful made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do when I got home, also she left me her phone number in case of emergency over the weekend if needed. The good news is that I did not feel a single thing during the surgery! It’s really not as bad as we think! I want to thank especially Norma Malaab, as she was the one that explained to me everything that I needed to know about implant surgery. She really knows her stuff and is so dedicated to her profession! With her calming voice she made everything so clear and understandable to me and ultimately it is because of her that I ended up at this clinic. I have not been lucky, I paid $5614.00 for my implant and in a year time. It got infected. Right now I have no implant. While the process was going on, I had prescription confusion and appointments were cancelled without me knowing about it. I had second implant ($4274.00)in process too with too many mistakes with payments. The first implant is under warranty, and when I did it surgery again I was in pain for over a month because no one bothered to ask me about my diabetic problem and the guess was I was not healing maybe because the sugar was not stable So that was a painful fail. And if you don’t do the cleaning with them on time . Then you are to be blamed for the failure of the implant I was reminded quite a few times that I was lucky that I went to see them about the implant pain right on the expiration date of warranty and they never hear me saying that I was in pain for the last two weeks and my unfortunate that they were closed for two weeks of vacation . There is so much more to this but I can’t even write everything down. The pain, the embarrassment, the money and time sent for having no tooth implant in the end ????imagine sending total of $9888.00 for two implants and having only one half way. By the way, the staff is very pleasant and the place is very clean.

I did go for another opinion , however I returned to Dr Tremblay as I felt very comfortable and cared for. I have completed the first surgery with very little discomfort. After cracking a bridged tooth while eating corn on the cob, the impending thought of losing all my upper front teeth was unthinkable and catastrophic for me. Three different dentists gave me a weak prognosis for saving my dentition. Dr. Gilbert Tremblay was willing to provide me with a fixed bridge on five implants (All-on-4 Protocol) provided my 82-year-old body can generate enough bone to secure the implants in place. He explained to me the success rate for bone generation is at 75%. I agreed. With his technology, skill and expertise the treatment was successful. Now, I can eat anything I desire with no concern – incredible! Not to be discounted, was the very satisfying competence of his staff from the receptionists, to the coordinators, to the dental hygienists, and the dental technicians – they produced a final product with minimum inconvenience, pain and time consumption. Dr Tremblay is incredible. The procedure to pull 2 teeth and prepare one for a graft was painless. He took the time to ensure all the infection was removed. He even used the extra bone graft for the other tooth at no charge in the event I decide to put an implant there one day . His nurse was great as well. Was not oversold on any procedure here. There was no need for an implant on the other tooth pulled. This was my 2nd opinion and by far the best (not just for $ but for what the best procedure should be) his staff, Norma and client services are professional and accomdating.
