By far the best dentist I have ever seen: Professional, punctual, painless, thorough. She saved an abscessed tooth and two cracked ones. The cleaning was fast and excellent. Our experience at Strive Dental, Dr. Meenu Sapra and the reception desk was less than one star! Both the doctor and the receptionist lack experience, communication skills and are poorly trained. We searched them online and decided to take my mom for consultation. Our consultation was scheduled on December 4th with Dr. Sapra. Consultation went as expected and she was referred to a specialist in Burnaby for assessment of pain in her root canal and crown. As a result, the specialist referred us back to Dr. Sapra for tooth extraction and thats when we things went downhill. We called immediately to make a appointment for my Mom but the receptionist kept delaying scheduling our appointment as she said she would speak with the doctor and call us back. We kept waiting and for a week or so and then we followed up again she mentioned that the doctor doesnt do extractions !!! So we requested her to make a appointment with any other doctor in the clinic but she never called us back. We have just fallen through the cracks here! We paid for the consultation at Strive dental, then at the specialist and now we have to find another dentist and go through the entire process! This is waste of everyone’s time and resources and above and beyond a patient is left suffering for 2 weeks now!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Don't buy their automated response "we've never had you as a patient" HOW COULD ALL 1 STAR RATINGS BE LIARS yeah because you quoted me 1600 for 2 wisdom teeth extractions even though I filled out the patient application, took time out of my day to come in only to be quoted and rejected when I was told your office would for sure help me, What a joke! There was definitely not a welcoming vibe in the office either, I wish I had a 5 Star experience but I didn't. Update I got it done under my coverage at a place in White Rock furthering my TRUTH I was turned away and they over quoted me!!!!

It was a a very quick, comfortable and easy service provided by Dr. Ali. Through professional and made my son's tooth removal process very easy going and not painful. He didn't even realize that he had been taken care of. Highly recommend this place for any problem relating to teeth and dental needs . The whole staff especially Harpreet at reception was so friendly and professional. I would visit them anyday for any dental needs.

I had just gone in to start the work on my teeth, including a tooth extraction. I have high anxiety and Doctor Belrup Patrola was beyond helpful. He gave me a prescription to help calm my nerves and then walked me through everything step by step. While administering the anesthetic needles he made me focus on something else (wiggling my toes in whatever order he told me to) and made everything so much easier for me. He is the best dentist I have ever been to and I am no longer afraid of going back to get the rest of the work done. Amazing ????

Updated: Strive dental now charges more than Canadian pension or. Ministry allots! This is very sad! Where do the poor people go? So happy I found this dental service. They are so gental ???? I never felt the pinch of needle bc they use outer gel freezing first. I am 59 yrs. young and I had a fear of dentists for many years. I used to have to use laughing gas and valium before letting a dentist near me. I cant say enough about this great group of people. Also proud to be the first Google maps guide to put in review for them. Please note ; this is a five star review and I have heard some peaople r seeing less and thats incorrect!

Difficult to reach. Despite the online reservation utility showing there being many appointment slots showing as available, my first two attempts at reserving a space were declined, after numerous (about 6) phone calls, I finally got through to a lady who indicated that their earliest available appointment was days later than my requested dates, a Tuesday as opposed to the Saturday I was trying to schedule. Very disappointing to have spent about an hour trying to get an appointment to discover this. The single star is critical of the reservation system and telephone answering problems, and not indicative of the quality of work performed here, I couldn't comment on that unfortunately.

Just had a tooth extraction done. The dr. Was super friendly and took her time with the freezing and with the extraction. Didn't make me feel bad about it and I will be going back for sure. With my insurance they covered the other 20% so it cost me nothing! I have already scheduled my next appointment. These guys are my new dentist for sure!

Quick and painless wisdom teeth extraction job actual job done in 45 second just like she promised. Dr. Ali was gentle and took her time even though her office was full of other patients. Her dental assistants were great too. Overall, wonderful experience and I would recommend this place to anyone! I highly recommend Dr. ALI .. She is really an awesome dentist. Just had a cleaning done and they charged me for 4 units (1 hr of scaling) and I was only in the chair for less than 30 min. So much for 20% off it they are going to overcharge you. Time to find a new dentist.

Wow, wow ,wow. There is finally a dentist that has dared to break the fixed pricing monopoly that exists in B.C. I am an entrepreneur and don't have dental coverage. I explained my circumstances to team and we found a workable solution that was truly half of what my first dentist quoted. They are as promised 20% cheaper than anything out there. But the teams approach of how we could do the work safely and affordably made all the difference in why they ended up being half the price of what I was quoted in Ocean Park. I will end with, this the facility was top notch. In fact, Strive has more modern equipment than the first dentist I went to! Bravo O ladies, you did a great job at a great price!

I want to start by saying I have SEVERE dental anxiety. My anxiety was so bad I put off going to the dentist for 5 years.. I found Strive on Google and decided to check them out. I have now been for 3 visits and my dental anxiety is almost gone. Dr. Ali is very quick, focused, and nice. I will not go anywhere else for my dental treatments. (I also come from Coquitlam to Surrey to see her, so that must mean something haha).

The staff was decent, but seemed rushed and hectic. The biggest disappointment was the pricing. I was quoted an outrageous amount. They advertise 20% discount, which I was informed I qualified for. But I was quoted less at a place not advertising a discount, which makes no sense to me... I've had much better experiences at other dentists. Overall very disappointed and felt this was a waste of a trip. Would not recommend.

Dentist was great! I get very overwhelmed with dentist procedures (I was getting a root canal) but the Dr was super kind and made sure I was comfortable. All staff are very nice and professional. Also it was the cheapest root canal I could find, as a foreigner with not health care this was important. My favourite part was the great music that was played for my procedure which kept me calm and entertained, would recommend strive to anyone.

I just left I had a few cavities to take care of. Again it was amazing visit. The girls out front are so nice and welcoming it puts you at ease. I was in and out in no time they make sure you are comfortable and ok the hole time. I can't recommend this place enough. They have a customer for life. If I lived in chilliwack I still would come to cloverdale to have my teeth cleaned and check over.
