Omega Dental has been my dental office since I was a child, and because of them, I actually LOVE going to the dentist! They are super friendly, very thorough, and they won't recommend anything you don't absolutely need. I always recommend them to anybody I know that has had a sub-par experience with the dentist, and they have always left this dental office with super positive feedback. They use top-of-the-line technology, have a very comfortable office, and do their absolute best to make your trip to the dentist the least 'painful' as possible. I am NEVER changing offices!

After moving out of the neighborhood we thought we would try a couple other places and there was no comparison. It's worth the travel for a good dentist.

Nervous?? Don't be! There is so much care and attention paid to details that keep the patient comfortable. In one appointment they managed a cleaning, a filling and two wisdom teeth pulled. The freezing didn't pinch at all...I usually hate this feeling the most, but Dr. Andreou's technique is perfect. The filling needed extra care and attention, no problem...done and done! The wisdom teeth, they were out before I knew they were being pulled on! Everything was explained to me and the time was taken to answer my questions to my satisfaction! I'm the only one that made me nervous. Well done Omega team!!

I’ve been with Omega for fee years now and my recent visit, I left the clinic feeling my teeth were not properly cleaned or serviced by the dental hygienist like before. It was just a little disappointing and might rethink to look for another clinic. She was poking my gums and was not that gentle and was not communicating properly with me unlike the previous hygienist I had from the past.

MY THOUGHTS ON MY INVISALIGN EXPERIENCE HERE: Im glad I found this place and their deal, I was being quoted upwards of $7000 at other places but this place has a really good price (I think its 4 or 5 thousand flat for the full treatment which includes the retainers). It is even cheaper if you just want the express package which is like 12 trays or something totaling $1k-$3k (I dont remember the price.) Things to know: -You don't go in for periodic check-ins throughout your treatment, you just get scanned, pick up the trays, and come back when you're done your trays. Unless your attachments fall off, thats about it. Ive heard other places do monthly check-ins throughout the treatment to check the progress but for this price it makes sense why this isn't done. -The receptionists are nice which is a plus. However, I wish they used texting to book like other places instead of just phone calling to book but I heard they were understaffed so I understand. This could be a very nice addition. -The dental assistants are very kind, I really appreciate that. -Because COVID occurred during my treatment, I received a call saying they were closed with no other instructions about what to do with my trays. I was nearing the end of my treatment. I had to google it all myself and use the Reddit page r/Invisalign (very useful for anyone doing Invisalign) to find out what other people were doing since the trays are supposed to be worn for max 1 or 2 weeks at a time. I had to extend my last tray wear for almost 3 months (it got really gross) until the government allowed dental practices to operate again for non-emergency reasons. Wish this was handled a little bit better. I understand that COVID was a huge thing but I wish I got a bit more direction regarding this from a doctor and not just a call from the receptionist with no information about how to proceed. However, I persevered by finding information online. This doesn't affect my view of the place but it was something that was a bit confusing to me during the time and I felt like it could've been handled a bit more better and personably. All in all, for this price you do miss out of a more "in depth" Invisalign treatment process since its sort of a trade-off but the price is worth it. I drove almost an hour to get here every appointment since I live in Delta/Richmond area but it was 100% worth it because I saved thousands due to their cheaper price. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants Invisalign and is not comfortable with the high end cost other orthodontists charge for it OR for people who dont have insurance plans that cover orthodontic work. I will tell anyone I know who wants to fix a underbite, spacing issues, etc. to go to this place if they don't want to drop thousands of dollars more at other places. Thank you Omega Dental! 4/5 stars.

All of my visits at Omega Dental have been wonderful. Doctors Panos and Sharon always do a great job. I'm so comfortable there that I fell asleep in the chair during a root canal procedure. They are on time with their appointments - I rarely wait more than a few minutes before they bring me in. I'm very impressed with Omega Dental and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr Andreou is a very honorable persson. I had a few dentists before him, they would suggest the repairs that not necessary, one dentist suggested my 6 years old to have fake teeth saying because once she lost teeth, her friends would laugh at her. I was shocked, and I didn't go back again. Dr Andreou is the opposite, he would put my benefits first. He just turned down a $6000 service I asked yesterday, he analyzed the cost and benefits and told me it did not worth it for me to spend the money. I have been with Dr Andreou for 9 years so far, have gone through major repairs, I trust him enormously.

Went for a checkup, consultation for my mom and during the checkup, doctor went to attend a meeting. He left for 20 minutes. Very unprofessional. Do not schedule clients if the doctor has a meeting to attend. For payment, I was told twice that the price would be $30, but they ended up charging $42. Not organized. Do not recommend this place.

I was recently told that they will no longer be direct billing for major dental work such as crowns and bridges. You will have to pay ahead for all major dental work. They only have one office lady and she does not have time to do direct billing. This is completely ridiculous. Who has the money to pay all these things upfront. Dental work goes into the thousands. So ridiculous to punish your clients because you don’t have another office assistant.
