I live in Vancouver, but the 30-minute drive out to Dr. Tham's office is always worth it. I never sweat about a cavity because it strangely/magically doesn't hurt like you'd expect it to. But, even better is that my daughter is getting great care! It's great to get advice on how to brush a 2-year old's teeth and learn tips about preventing cavities. She also loves visiting the puppy there!

Dr Tham and his team are amazing. You know you are in good hands when the team share a strong bond. My family and I enjoyed every little details, from regular coffee/tea and refrigerated bottle water to a quick snack and toys for keeping little one occupied! The office also smell great, not like your typical dentist office where the kids want to run as soon as you walk in. Staff explained procedures to parents and kids alike, very friendly yet professional. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

Worst customer service, they change the appointment time without consulting you and then when you reach at the time of appointment they tell you that you don’t have an appointment at this time. Plus the lady at the reception is so rude and unprofessional, when I showed her the text message on my wife’s phone about the appointment, she refused to acknowledge it, instead of accepting the mistake she asked us to get out and when i tried to show her the appointment message, she told me she don’t want to see anything and told us to leave and when i said her to email us the x-ray done by the doctor on the previous visit she said that she will send the release form to us. I was shocked by this behaviour. Is this the kind of service we expect from the office of a well reputed dentist.

Dr. Tham and his staff are personable, professional, and efficient with everything they do. Going to the dentist is probably the last thing on my list of enjoyable experiences, but these folks make it as quick and painless as possible. Highly recommend!

The presence of a dog in the clinic wasn’t disclosed to my wife at the time of booking appointments for my two toddlers. It turned out to be a novel way to associate a negative experience with a dentist visit. My 3-year-old daughter tried to climb my 7 and half month pregnant wife to escape, as the employee inched closer with the dog (to try to reassure my daughter- but this made things worse). This situation was unrecoverable and the only reasonable option was to leave without visiting with a dentist. I am sure many love having this seemingly pleasant dog around, however my kids don't like dogs at the moment and we would have avoided the visit had we been informed.

We have been regular patients here for many years. The arrangement was insurance pays not me. When a procedure was done on my child that wasn't approved by me, i refused to pay. I was told my credit rating would be affected and the collection agency would be involved. So I paid the $34. The manner in which this problem was handled was not professional. Of course they would not own up to their mistake or even forgive the small bill of $34. Most business are very welcoming in the beginning...They want your money they don't care about you.

Dr. Tham's team at North Delta Dental was fantastic! I just had my wisdom teeth removed there, and from the girls at the front desk to the hygienists and Dr Tham himself, it was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Everyone who I interacted with made me feel comfortable with the process every step of the way. Dr Tham was very good at making sure I knew exactly what to expect, as it was a local anesthetic procedure, and the actual extraction could not have gone more smoothly. Highly recommend this place if you are searching for somewhere for anything! Whether it's a cleaning or something more involved Dr Tham's office is the place to go!!!
