I have a rough and complicated dental history and dr. Bakshi is the most honest, transparent, and responsible dentist I have ever had. He really goes through the effort of advising you to do what's right, regardless of money lost on the clinic's part. Every dental surgery I've gone under here (quite a few) has healed quickly without complications under his hands. If you need something big done, like an implant, a bone graft, or wisdom teeth extraction, I can't recommend this place enough.

Harvard Dental Centre is by far the best practice I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The receptionists are exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful in regards to helping patients navigate their concerns, the hygienists are consistently welcoming, professional & considerate. Harjit is my all-time favourite; remarkably gracious and superb at what she does. During my visits, I will usually see Dr. Payman Hashemi, who is equal parts professional and friendly, always with a smile on his face and ready to help his patients to the best of his abilities. I must admit that going to the dentist has never been high on my list of "enjoyable" things to do, but growing up in the dental profession, it is very nice to see the experience of your dentists and staff, and the way you all gel and work together. It almost seems like you are reading each other's minds which, from a patient's view, is calming in the middle of a possible chaotic situation. Finally, the bedside manner portrayed by both your dentists and staff are some of the most knowledgeable, courteous and sympathetic mannerisms I have ever had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of. I never thought these words would ever come out of my mouth, but I must say I am looking forward to my next dentist appointment, in a couple weeks. Thank you again for all of your help!

Ryan is an amazing hygenist. He is the only one I will let clean my teeth(oddly we have the same name lol). My teeth are super sensitive so usually I will go as far as to ask for freezing, always have had tp at other offices but Ryan is the only one I have ever had that can clean them withought freezing and withought causing pain. It obvious he is a pro at what he does and honestly it is hard to find people that take alot of pride in their work but when you do it's amazing to see. So if ypur like me I would recomend going to see him....just leave a spot for me. :)

I just switched to Harvard dental and all I can say is that it was the best thing I could do for myself for my oral care. The employees are all so friendly and truly care for your health and well being. From my first two visits they talk to me as if I’ve been there for years, asking about my needs and wants and exceeding at helping me with them. It’s very clean and a great location. They taught me many things other dentists never brought to my attention and made sure I understood what I need to do to keep a healthy and great smile. Dentistry is difficult during covid, but more so for the dental staff than for the patients I think. I had my teeth cleaned today and had no concerns in that regard. Everyone at this clinic is always so friendly. My family has been coming here since my boys were little (26+ years). Actually, my husband's family have been going here for about 40 years! Dr Shepert is working his way toward retirement, but the other staff are fabulous too.

I highly recommend Harvard Dental Centre for any dental work. Dr. Hashemi is so awesome, explains everything in detail and makes the experience of going to a dental office that much better. The safety protocols around COVID were being followed by all staff at the office, felt very comfortable and safe during my appointments. The office is really clean!!! There has never been a problem with processing insurance or payments. Karen, the dental hygienist is amazing!! She does a thorough job with cleaning and always gives the best recommendations with the treatment plan or general tips around cleaning!

I have dealt with a few dentist offices over the years. This place is by far the easiest to deal with. Today I had front tooth pulled and a temporary bridge put in. Pain free and I am completely amazed at my new smile. Can't believe I had the ugly smile that I had for so long. Even my friends and family love it. Can't say enough about them. Had my wisdom teeth extracted and everything went way better than I expected. So glad they offer sedation, no complaints. My hygienist was very gentle, doctor was super nice, and the girls at the front had no problems figuring out my insurance info. Will definitely be bringing my whole family here. Thanks

I have been terribly anxious about dental visits all my life (I'm 60 yrs old). I found Harvard Dental and my anxiety has subsided immensely. I'm still a bit anxious to go but, once I get there the staff is very calm and helpful, no long wait time to let the anxiety build! Dr Hashami takes the time to let me know what he is doing (no surprises). He is very reassuring (just his presence) and reconfirms everytime that "no pain in his chair" is acceptable. The office is clean, bright organized and Covid friendly! Overall I have had a lot of work done at Harvard Dental and am more than happy with the care I have received there! I would highly recommend this office to all that need dental care

The staff her are phenomenal. I had so much anxiety going in and that dissipated quite quickly upon meeting them. Super informative, super gentle, and super kind. My only wish is that they took a payment plan. Sometimes even a small bill is difficult to handle for some of us. Some of us are doing our best, but going it alone and with little ones in tow. I know that pretty much no dentists allow payment plans anymore, but I really wish they did. Even if a credit check is required. Other than that one thing, this place is amazing. Highly recommend.

This is by far my preferred place to go. I originally went here as they are one of the only places in the lower mainland that doesn't vastly overcharge for sedation treatment. However I've stayed as a regular patient because their staff are incredibly exceptional. The front office staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable (especially Stacy). All of the hygienists I've dealt with are super kind and great dealing with any anxieties. Dr. Bakhshi and Dr. Zahedi are by far the best dentists I've ever had. I can't recommend this place and all the amazing people here enough. Especially if you deal with dental anxiety or need sedation treatment.

I travel from Victoria to Delta just to have my implants done by Dr. Bakhshi and his staff. Everyone in this office is knowledgeable, efficient, kind and friendly. I have had a bone graph, a dental implant, and am getting my second implant done as well. Both were a much easier experience than expected. Even after the dental post being placed, there was very little pain, which is amazing. He makes sure you have the medications needed and they are filled right away, no waiting. They even accommodate me by allowing my dentist in Victoria to do an X-ray to check the progress of healing with the new post, which saves me a trip to their office. All this and Dr. Bakhshi charges less than any dentist in Victoria, while using the same implant products. It is also very simple and easy to get to the clinic, two buses and you are there. I highly recommend this office, you will not be disappointed.

Friendly staff. Things were clearly explained to me. As my dental problem came with various options I was given quotes and received paperwork outlining cost associated with each option. This was all done on my first visit, x-rays were also done and I have chosen my option and have an appointment to get things started by next week. I'm really looking forward to seeing my new smile.
