I was sorely disappointed with our family experience with Dr. Chan. My youngest daughter was told by the dentist that she should have surgery to correct her "Butt chin" then she would be much better looking. My eldest daughter was berated by the receptionist when she tried to book an appointment and Laurie said "are you gon'na make it this time?" When my daughter questioned the comment, the response was "oh, wrong customer". I don't believe we will be returning to this office.
