Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist! I hate going. Always have. Kathleen was my hygienist and she was patient and understanding. She could see I was under stress and made me feel like I was in good hands. I have to go back in a week to get a cavity filled :( but I’m not freaking out about it because I know I’ll be in good hands. I highly recommend this office to anyone feeling anxiety about the dentist!

My husband has always hated the dentist, I used to get irritated text messages from receptionists trying to get ahold of him. Lots of dental anxiety and would make any excuse to reschedule. Now that we’ve switched to Lorette Dental he never misses an appointment and more often than not falls asleep in the chair. I wish for both of our sakes that we had found the Smile Co group of dentists years ago. Pain free and high quality care makes such a huge difference.

I had the pleasure of a first visit at Lorette Dental a few weeks ago. I came in for my annual cleaning and the staff was helpful. I returned the next day for a few fillings, and received great care. I tend to faint at times when I am in high anxiety situations, and Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen was AMAZING. She recognized my distress and handled it without making me feel uncomfortable. During my visit, I also discovered she was doing to be volunteering her time in another country, doing free dental work on underprivileged children. Does it get better? YES - a few days later she called me personally, to ask how my face felt, and if I was having any problems. I was surprised and pleased with this extra courtesy. That extra touch (policy or not) was appreciated. I have already recommended her to my family, and several coworkers. Thank you Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen.

Chloie at Lorette Dental just converted me, she’s the best! 5 stars all day! Best dentist I have seen. I was so scared! The combination of her calm, patient and professional demeanour, with her gentleness and efficient work pace made getting a crown feel like a breeze!!! My 10 year old also loves her. The office is clean and modern. I would definitely suggest Lorette Dental to a friend.

I have been going here for my dental cleaning since they have opened. I have always had a great experience but my favourite part is when I get to talk to my dental hygienist Kathleen. Kathleen is always so nice and welcoming and she makes conversation very easily which makes the time go by much quicker. The receptionist is also very friendly and greets you with a smile when you come in and when you leave. We have had multiple dentists but they have all been very nice. Great place!

They must have changed ownership because they NO longer have great service. I was not informed that my procedures were not done back to back and I had wait an half an hour in between. Also they did not inform me that they no longer do pay-direct claims with my insurer and had to pay out of pocket until my insurer reimbursed me.

I recently retired from a job in Winnipeg so I no longer wanted to drive there for dental appointments. I just went to Lorette Dental for the first time and was beyond impressed. Everyone is friendly and fun. My cleaning was completely painless (unlike some previous hygienists I've had). I also needed a filling and I got an appointment the very next day. This was also a very good experience. My only regret is that I didn't start going here sooner! I may actually start looking forward to going to the dentist to see all these wonderful people.

I hated to leave my dentist of many years, so I was apprehensive when I went to Lorette Dental Care, but there was no need to worry. This was our first time at Lorette family dental & I was very impressed. More importantly my kids were at ease! The entire team was professional, personable calm and reassuring. The technology and care far exceeded any dental Center we had been in past! There was no beating around the bush and did not sugar coat (no pun intended ????) the health and caring of our teeth/mouth. They took every step to ensure we felt cared for and at were very knowledgeable and serious about our dental hygiene. Was a comfortable experience all around and look forward to being regular clients! Now you Can’t say that about many dentists!

First time coming here and I must say the experience was amazing. I had issues getting an appointment at the Winnipeg square location and the options that were provided wasn't very helpful, luckily Dr Millette and Crystal were there that day and they suggested that they could get me an appointment at the Lorette location and right away my issue was resolved! I was sceptical about driving 30 plus minutes outside of the city and not knowing if the experience would be worth it however after my appointment I must say it was definitely worth it.The staff there is amazing,customer service at it's best. I would recommend this location to anybody that is looking for a great dental experience where they feel valued as a customer!
