I'm impressed. Appointment was very easy to set up and availability was perfect. They have all kinds of equipment for whatever they need to examine locally, so you don't have to go out of your way to find an x-ray specialist. Very convenient. Front desk was extra nice and I did not wait 3 minutes to start my appointment. Very detailed and careful examination by Dr. Chen's assistant. I had an ache in my lower right teeth for ages and went to 2 other dentists that misdiagnosed what the real problem was. It took Dr. Chen a few seconds to correctly diagnose the problem and offer me solutions. Very satisfied with the overall service and highly recommend you give it a try.

I was referred by a friend as she got a discount for cleaning. I was told that I could not get a discount because the condition of my teeth is too good. They told me that I probably won't go back to "check" with them very often so they can't apply the discount. I would not complain and be happy even if they could give me a better explanation such as no more promotions/discounts for new patients. BUT I do not accept what they said to me. Would a doctor charge a patient more money just because the patient is healthier? This is ridiculous!

One year ago, I had a minor dental surgery in the clinic but turned out I believe this dentist is the best in town. Only Took him less than an hour to remove my root and those inflamed gum. I was perfectly pleased as I did not feel any pain during the surgery. I would recommend him to all my friends.
