The entire staff were very professional, polite, and accommodating. It has been years since my last exam and this was honestly the best experience I have had. Dr. Bradford explained all of the x-rays so I could understand what needs to be done. Rhonda explained the results of the preliminary exam and what it all meant. Many years ago I had a bad experience at a different dentist's office and since then I've had issues keeping my mouth open very long and I become anxious while having anything more than my teeth cleaned. I started going to Dr. Dawsons office this year and on the first visit made them aware of my history. Well, recently I had a tooth break off that needed a crown. Everyone at Dr. Dawson's office has a listening ear, are personable, and have great sense of humor. That in itself is calming! They were aware of my needs so they explained everything as it was done and offered breaks to close my mouth throughout the process. I only got anxious for a brief moment because i needed to close my mouth, but that was quickly remedied. The best part was that it only took about 2 1/2 hours start to finish and I left with a new digitally designed perfect fitting crown. I didn't have to do an impression with that goopy stuff, wear a temporary crown or wait until the new one was made by an outside vender. It was all done same day! It truly was a great experience. Thank you!!

After my Avon dentist of nearly 25 years retired, I wanted to search for a new practice closer to home. I polled a Facebook group and about 75% recommended Dawson’s. Only 7 minutes away is a plus, but the best part was being treated so nicely. Alyssa is caring and professional, and Dr. Bradford is super friendly, very informative and explains everything. She has a delightful personality and I look forward to being her newest patient. ????

Went in for an emergency/same day appointment due to acute tooth pain. They got me, checked it out and made a temporary repair. The acute pain was gone shortly after and after a couple of doses of acetaminophen, I was 100% better the next day. Very happy with the team and even happier to be pain free.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. It's clean, it's professional, and each staff member knows what they're doing. They've adjusted wonderfully for covid and they make sure to wipe any and everything off before and after it comes in to contact with you. I scheduled an appointment a few days in advance, only to show up for that appointment to be cancelled unannounced to me. I drove 45 minutes to get here for there to be no services provided. The receptionist said oh you didn't get the message I called. Must be an issue on your end. No it was not. No one called. There are many more dentist offices I suggest you go there. This place is very unprofessional and unapologetic about it. Zero stars if I could. Do NOT come here.

I needed to breastfeed her before I left so they offered me a private room with a lock. They always go above and beyond for me. Went for an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Bradford today, full of anxiety and in pain. Lack of dental insurance, failing old dental work, and lack of care is embarrassing, especially when you used to have good teeth, but she gave me hope and made me feel comfortable. Staff and hygienists were very nice. Unfortunately, I need an extraction, and have to go back soon. I'll be sure to give another review, as I am petrified and am hoping all goes well. Update: Extraction was the best I've ever had~ unfortunately, that was the 4th, each with a different dentist. :( I remember walking halfway to the chair. lol Healing has been rapid. Staff was kind, helpful, and called the following day to check on me, which meant a lot! Thanks again!

It was all done in his office and then I took home a little device to measure my breathing at night. Finally found a dentist that I will go back to see.

Had a root canal and really minimal discomfort speedy and efficient. Whole process about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Mouth sore from anesthesia injection for about one day otherwise no latent effects. Hopefully I won’t need another one however if I did would recommend them highly!!

Love the staff and dentists! Unfortunately the last 3 cleanings my daughter has had, no parents are allowed in the office, asked to remain in their vehicle and no staff have updated me on the health of the exam, brushing habits, X-rays or other findings. Yesterday my 13 yr old was sent to the car following her cleaning, told me she had a cavity and they wanted me to call the office this week to reschedule. This is not acceptable. A parent should be allowed in with their child and care explained. I’m saddened this has become the norm at this particular office.

My appointment was 1st in the am but I was not seen for 30 minutes. I had my out of state dental records transferred 30 days before my first appointment & yet the hygienist had no idea my records were there before my arrival. The dentist office does not carry specialty toothpastes like other dental offices & the dentist talked to me like I didn't know about dental hygiene though I have an extensive medical background. The office equipment looked lije it was from the 70's. However, the staff were all friendly.

He injected me with something and asked a series of questions I dared not answer. Then he glued something in my mouth. I think it's a radio transmitter! I'm afraid to talk. My daughter (9 years old) was having intense tooth pain, and I knew that ment getting the infected tooth pulled. The crew at Dawson could not have been more kind and showed great concern for her situation. She ended up having more work done then expected but experienced little to no pain. After she recovered she told me how nice all the people treated her and how they kept her informed of what was and was going to happen during the whole process. Our experience started off great- we were told that they took our insurance before the visit came in for our exam and then were told that unfortunately our insurance won't go through? As sad as we were, we moved on, even though I continued to get messages from them about appointments? The doctor didn't even read my patient history. I had to correct him multiple times. I felt like he was just trying to sell the retainer equipment. I won't be going back.
