I was lucky to find Dawson Dental Centre! After years of bad experiences I had developed a fear of dentists. From the moment I walked into the clinic everyone made me feel safe and taken care of. Every member of the Dawson team right from entering the door to leaving is friendly, efficient and dependable. My teeth are well taken care of. I highly recommend them!

question: i have extreme dental phobia and i fled, but.. i need to come back for a wisdom tooth to be removed, can i be sedated without IV? rating 5 stars because even though dental offices stress me out and stroke my anxiety, everybody was really nice. i just have to work up the strength to come back. stay safe ????

I booked an appointment with Dawson Dental as I broke my front tooth and needed this fixed urgently. I explained this over the phone and they booked me in. I get to the clinic after a very expensive cab ride over, fill out all the required information as well as my insurance only to be told by the dentist that we do not have nearly enough time to fix my broken tooth and was basically turned away and told I needed to book 45 minutes next time. The only available appointment time was for more than 2 weeks from then. This is not an acceptable amount of time to go with a broken front tooth. The person on the phone did not ask me any more questions, ask if I was in pain or anything to indicate how long I would need with the dentist - despite having told them on the phone it was a straight break on the front tooth. I do not recommend this place at all. The service was quite poor and their attitude quite sour towards the whole thing. Save yourself the hassle and mistreatment.

I had an appointment here the other day. It was sensational. The receptionist is so kind, so are all the staff! I was most impressed with the dental hygienist. Her name is Adrienne. She was professional, painless, funny and thorough. My teeth have never been so clean. I usually hate going to the dentist but I actually had a nice time. Who knew getting your teeth cleaned could be so much fun?! I recommend this clinic and I recommend Adrienne (if you can request her).

I'm not given to posting online reviews of things, places and services that I use, but feel compelled to give a shout out to Dawson Dental on Queen St. (and Dr. Zucker and his core team in particular) because, I realized the other day, that I've been a patient there for gong on 25 years. And they are fantastic: From the gracious, capable, communicative and ever helpful reception staff, to the brilliantly professional, kind, gentle and efficient hygienists (I've had three in 25 years - wonderful consistency) to the man at the helm, Dr. Sidney Zucker - the 'dentists' dentist - who inspires confidence every time you sit in his chair, is as considerate as possible and, from a lay persons perspective, is as knowledgable and capable as any person can be in their profession. Dawson Dental -forever Queen St. Dental for those of us who are lifers - is the best dentist in Toronto. Bar none.

I have been going to Dr. Zucker and associates since I was a teenager, alomst 30 years ago. Both my 17 year old daughter and I are often complimented on our teeth. The whole team is extremely gentle, friendly and professional making us happy to show up for our appointments and eager to smile :). We have both had braces, cavaties, teeth whitening and my daughter recently had a gum graft. The specialist's they are partnered with are also the best in the business. The office is gorgeous too! This business is a gem in Toronto, the best of the best and I can't reccommend them enough.

Dr. Mandel has been my dentist for 35 years and my children and their children are patients as well as my exhusband. The staff and crew are always welcoming and efficient! I attend every three months to keep tartar free which builds up quite quickly in my teeth! I continue to be quite pleased with the care being given to me and my family’s dental care!

I am very satisfied with everything I did in Dawson Dental so far. Dr. Ziad Al Azawi is very professional and he provided me with ideal solutions for my teeth problems. I almost completed my invisalign treatment with him and the result is wonderful. And I have started my tooth implant process at the moment. The staff are very organized, professional, and friendly. They follow up with me continuously and facilitate my visits especially if I need an emergency visit.

I've been seeing Dr Mandel and his team for nearly ten years and have received wonderful service. Most times I see Sadia (hygienist) and she's extremely knowledgeable and social, I learn a lot about my dental health from her. Erlinda (hygienist) who I had recently was super friendly and kind. I can't recall everyone's names but the entire staff at the Queen St location is great and the clinic is a well oiled machine. It's all about the people! At reception my arrival is always promptly acknowledged with a smile and my name and "I'll tell them that you're here." The interaction with the dental health professionals is warm and relaxed. Following a more serious procedure, I've had calls from reception at my dentist's request to make sure everything's alright. It's a large practice that retains a personal touch thanks to the quality of everyone who works there.

My daughter moved from northern Ontario to Toronto for school. As she couldn't complete her orthodontic work in northern Ontario we found this clinic close to her school. DR. GAWLUK was amazing. Called me (mom) at home. Explained and went over everything after daughters first appointment. So glad we found this office and we recommend Dr. GAWLUK to everyone. INVISALIGN - fraud Monica Gawlick had no intention of making teeth straight. Once treatment starts she pressured me to pay all the money quickly. Once paid she looked at every excuse in the book to get rid of me unless I switched to regular wired braces. My teeth are still crooked and she has all my money.

After many, many years of visiting the Queen Street,Toronto location I have always found the staff friendly and courteous.

Tried to upsell by misleading. Went in for a dental implant consultation, said the other incisor was a pegged lateral and we'd need to make a gap and put veneer on that and then put a matching implant on the other side. Codswallop. The pegged lateral is already positioned just fine, isn't bad and doesn't need to be messed with. Dr Mendel's own teeth weren't that great either. This "perfect smile" business is alright but at least provide the patient with the complete information and long-term consequences of things you suggest.

I was very nervous going in, since I've had some bad experiences in the past. Now I know that there still are some good dentists around. Dr. Mandel knows his stuff.
