I discovered them through the NUSU health plan from Nipissing University. I have now been going every 6 months for the last 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. The staff are friendly, personable and they remember your name when you visit. Not too many places can turn a trip to the dentist into an enjoyable experience but Dawson Dental Centre manages to do it every time. Can not recommend this place enough!

The staff and Dental assistants are kind and knowledgable, never disappointed by their standard service. Got my first cavity this year and the dentist did and excellent job with the filling, I was practically sleeping while he worked away! Only improvement I could ask for is for the staff to explain more of what they are doing and why, but that might just be me.

They came across as very shady. I made a request for an appointment and they responded quickly with alot of questions that gave me the impression they didn't read my email. They wanted to get me in the very next day but refused to answer any of my questions. The website makes them seem very service oriented and advertises 'free consultations' but all they seem to want to do is get you in for a mandatory diagnostic without so much as disclosing the cost.

I'm usually a white knuckle patient when I visit the dentist. The staff and associates have gone above and beyond in making my visits enjoyable. They have taught me a few tricks to ease my anxiety and the importance of daily flossing. During my recent visit I had no cavities and we made arrangements to brighten my smile at a future date. I had the worst experience with dentist Micheal Nesbit at an in house appointment. He was cruel and sadistic with his dental procedures and left me in shock by the time he had fixed a chip in my tooth. I highly recommend any and all his patients to be cautious. I do not understano why the staff who assisted did not intervene.

I have been going to the Dentist at the medical building sense I was very young women at age 27 or younger and I'm 59 years old now. I have always been treated with respect and the workers there are all very nice and caring and very gental while working in your mouth. The Dentist's are great no complaints at all . Past Tense

I had my dentist here since 2013 and he retired so I switched to Dr.Landriault whom I've only seen once. He was good just a really short bedside manner and didn't really explain anything. But my review is for the service I've received last two checkups which were evening appts. The cleanings have been fine though my last one was EXTREMELY rushed. They didn't even do gum depth. I had requested a dental exam too and the dentist who did it was some young guy who literally came in and out, seemed super frazzled, looked into my mouth for like 10 seconds and barely addressed any of my concerns. So i was like ok, the entire appt lasted maybe 20 min. The real kicker? They charged my insurance extra for a dental exam even though there was hardly any exam that took place, no xrays, just a rushed cleaning. I'm switching dental offices. Just ridiculous, I feel ripped off.

From the timely booking of appointments, to the caring gentle service provided by my hygienist and of course Dr. Landriault's ability as dentist is truly excellent. I have had the misfortune of needing a lot of dental work, as has all of my family. The entire staff from booking the appointments, reminding me of my appointments, all procedures and follow-up has been top-notch. I am grateful for their care.

I've always been terrified of the dentist. Especially now with Covid & all the safety protocols I was very reluctant to go. Upon arrival, the clinic itself is very clean and the safety protocols are very well implemented. The staff is friendly & they're all wearing masks as well as practicing proper social distancing & cleaning procedures. I was lucky to have Dr S. as my dentist. He not only put my anxiety at ease, he also explained the process as well as took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on. Dr S. is professional, caring & fun. This was my 1st visit & I will continue to have Dr S. as my dentist for as long as he will have me. Thank you to all the staff at Dawson Dental! You guys rock!

In this time of uncertainty, the safety protocols in place at Dawson dental goes beyond expectations as far as I am concerned. The feeling from start to finish is a staff that is genuinely concerned about your protection from the virus as well as your dental health. It is a consultive atmosphere where the patients input is truly respected. The follow up is excellent, as well as the patients input regarding that aspect. I have been a patient of Dr. Landriaults for over 40 years and have always been worried about getting a new dentist on his retirement but I can now say that it is no longer the case. The staff that has joined him are capable, knowledgeable and caring. I look forward to dealing at this practice for as long as I need dental care.

Dawson dental in north bay is the most pleasurable dentist to go to! They make sure you are 100 percent comfortable and don’t make you feel bad if you have concerns or questions. They always return phone calls quick and are always so kind to talk with. My boys and I have gone to 3 different dentists and Dawson dental is by far the BEST we have ever gone to. I got a front tooth filling and the work is absolutely outstanding! If you are considering going to a dentist I would highly recommend! Dawson Dental has to be the biggest joke I have ever encountered for a "professional business" I was in contact with them nearly two months ago trying to set a consultation, instead my emails were ignored and I received one today claiming I had an outstanding balance and they proceeded to give me another one of there patients contact information.
