Office is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful with the questions I had. Dr. Marr is professional with her work and the advice given for future dental appointments were simple and easy to understand. I personally don't like needles, but she froze my mouth without any irritation: barely felt a thing. Highly recommended.

I visited this clinic while I was 6 months pregnant and experiencing tooth pain. I notified the receptionist that I am pregnant ahead of time and she still booked the appointment for me to go in and get checked by the dentist. So after my wait I go in and the dentist came in. Told me to open my mouth and right away said she cannot do any work on my teeth cause I am pregnant and that I should have got my teeth checked before I got pregnant. So I said ok then someone should have mentioned to me that you don’t work on pregnant women over the phone before asking me to come in. While leaving I was surprised to be charged $75 for that simple check just for the dentist to tell me she cannot work on my teeth. If this was the case from the beginning why did they book me to come in? Just to charge me and make money on their end. Very unprofessional service and only goal is to charge $$ the patient. Do not go to this clinic!

Dr. Marr and the entire staff at the King City office are phenomenal. They were friendly, empathetic, accommodating and they went above and beyond to treat me. I have seen many dentists and specialists and this was the absolute first time I have ever felt like I was not just another patient. They all make you feel comfortable, and their work is phenomenal. Dr. Marr accommodated all of my requests and ensured that I was happy before I left the office. The office is clean and welcoming. Finally a dental office where I’m not just a number! If your like me you’ve been to many dental offices and left feeling like just another insignificant cog in the great corporate machine that is professional dentistry. But not at Dawson! You walk in and think you are in a boutique in Beverly Hills instead of a dental office in rural king city. I know that each one of me teeth are getting cared for properly and that is a good feeling! No mud, no blood, no hassle in the castle! Highly recommend!

5 star dentist! Right from the get go Britney and Olivia are excellent at greeting you and making it feel like home, even looking through my insurance plan to help explain my coverage information on the fly. The reception area is modern and comfortable and nicer than most hotel lobbies. Dr. Marr is a magician and before you know it, your procedure is done without feeling a thing. She’s great at consulting and walked me through my options to improve a temporary turned long term bonding for my root canal broken front tooth. Overall - just a great energy in there and makes you feel good, while most dentists I’ve been to do the opposite. Left me smiling!

I am very happy with my experience here! I had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Rykiss to fix my misplaced jaw that was causing a lot of daily pain. Within the first 3 months my jaw started feeling much better. Now I have a beautiful smile :) Dr. Rykiss, Brittany, Olivia and the entire team are very professional and caring towards their patients. I recently just switched over to Dawson Dental after going to the same dentist for 20 years, and all I can say is WOW! From the minute you walk in to the second you leave it really is such a great experience. I have a fear of the dentist so the biggest thing for me is being compfortable, the reception along side hygenists and dentist make you feel so relaxed and guide you through each step of your appointment. I had to get full xrays and patient exam which were super fast and easy, and then I got some cavaties filled. I didnt even feel the needle in my mouth, and everything was so perfectly executed I was in and out in less then half hour. Dawson Dental is super clean which is a must for me- and you can tell they really take pride in their customer service. Overall- I wish there was more then 5 stars because they are incredible and I highly reccomened to everyone!

I've gone years with an issue in my mouth no one was able to tell me of until I had a very thorough exam with Dr. Marr, she found the issue and treated it with complete care referring me to a specialist right away and made accommodations to have me seen ASAP. It’s been a while since my last visit to the dentist. I’ve been embarrassed of my smile for a VERY long time. I made an apt with Dr. Beatrice Marr. And she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The dental office as well as the rooms were spotless the staff was very friendly as well. Dr. Marr was extremely knowledgeable about future procedures and what they consisted of. I left the dental office without feeling overwhelmed or confused. 10/10 would recommend seeing Dr. Marr for any and all inquiries.

Dawson Dental is an amazing office. Their team of staff are professional and always so warm and inviting. Having three children I use to find it hard to make appointments to see a dentist but not anymore. The staff are caring and accommodating to your needs. My children play freely while I receive my treatments and staff will update me as to how they are doing along the way. My children also receive treatment there and I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend for the whole family!

BEST Office EVER!! I had the most experience here after avoiding the dentist for so many years. If you have fears they will be completely gone after leaving this office. Dr. Marr is an outstanding dentist who is conservative and won't push anything on you but gives many options and proper care. All staff are LOVELY to deal with! The real reason for coming to Dawson is the doctor! Dr. Marr is not only an experienced professional doing very good work; she cares about her patients. When she left our neighbourhood we followed her to her new clinic in King City even though it is a 40km drive! Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Marr for over two decades and we have total confidence and trust in her work whether it was a crown or an implant. Unfortunately I had to have a tooth extracted recently because it couldn't be saved, I was just so glad that it was Dr. Marr who was doing it. I was nervous but Dr. Marr and her whole team made the visit almost enjoyable (ha ha)!

Dr. Marr and her wonderful staff (King City location) helped me when my son was in need of emergency care, we walked in without an appointment and were greeted with a smile and taken in within 5 min of waiting. They were busy with other patients right before a long weekend and still managed to find the time for us and calm our nerves and made us feel at ease. My son was helped and looked after so quickly and we were all so grateful!! We have been going to Dawson Dental for the past couple of years and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is supper friendly; the receptionists and the dental hygienists have all been so wonderful, and also amazing with children. Dr. Marr was very helpful when I needed her the most and I am super grateful to her for saving the day. I thank everyone at Dawson Dental today for turning a very bad incident into a pleasant experience and saving my sons teeth!! Thank you all ❤️

I just had my first appointment here. I recently switched dentists after having subpar experience at my old dentist and I have nothing negative to say about this Dawson location. Reception was welcoming and accomodating with scheduling. Dr.Marr's assistant was very friendly. Big shout out to the hygenist was very thorough, informative, and was really passionate about his job. The exam by Dr Marr felt a little quick but then again, it was a routine check and there wasn't much to talk about; she did manage to cover everything and answer my questions so I'm happy. The only thing I found a little unusual was that they didn't give a little bag of toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. Not a complaint and I don't really mind, just found it unusual since this is the first dentist I've gone to who doesn't.

I was in the other day with my daughter and I am sorry to say a very disappointing experience. When thinking about how to describe this dental office, fast food franchises come to mind. Both are fast and impersonal and right after you leave your stomach will hurt. I felt rushed and it felt like they were more concerned with billing rather then treating the patients. Whole heartedly I cannot recommend this place

Brought my daughters in for a cleaning earlier this week and left feeling beyond satisfied! The staff are wonderful, warm and super friendly. The office itself is beautiful and inviting - while the separate play area is perfect for younger patients. My girls left showing off their shiny new smiles and brought back with them a wealth of oral hygiene knowledge, thanks to Nazia’s (hygienist) ability to teach in such a playful manner. I came to this office looking for a new place after moving to King City. From the moment i walked in the reception staff was incredible, welcoming and super friendly. I was greeted and even offered snacks and beverages! The dental assistant was super sweet and gave a tour of the entire place. Dr. Marr was absolutely incredible and soo sweet.
