Before the procedures, my hygienist (Rana) explains the details of the procedure. Appreciates her counsel and efforts at soothing stress and discomfort with soft music. Dr. Yiu performed my root canal and he did a most excellent job. He was very thorough and careful. He explained the entire process to me before, during, and after. He took his time and made sure the procedure was done completely and to the highest standards. Afterwards, he took time to explain how best to care for my teeth going forward and offered to liaise with my dentist in Europe should I need anything (this was an emergency root canal while visiting Toronto). I would highly recommend this dentist and the Dawson Dental Clinic.

This dental clinic is wonderful!! All the staff here are great!! The staff that I am more frequent with and have had great experiences are Rana who is my hygienist very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all my dental care needs. Dr. Walsh who I have been to for so many years and a great doctor and Mary Fatima who is always helpful with all my appointments and reminders. The staff, hygienists, and especially Dr. Walsh, are all incredible. I couldn't recommend a dentist more emphatically. After seeing a few others over the last several years that pushed unnecessary procedures and fillings, I stumbled across Dawson Dental and couldn't be happier. Dr. Walsh is straight forward, clear, and concise with his patients, making you feel comfortable while you're there with what he's doing and what to expect, and more importantly is great with my kids. They actually enjoy going to the dentist, which is a shock! I've recommended my friends and family to them as well and they've all had the same experience.

I am visiting the clinic the last 3 years .since I had the insurance from my work I didn’t looked the prices so much .so today I visit the clinic for a cleaning and I was told from the phone when they called me to book my next visit that I had a issue with my visit before 3 months that they did probably by mistake something wrong and I was told it’s gonna be fix it .so for the mistake that they did before my issue was fixed but I got charged .I believe for a cleaning 295$ before taxes that’s way to expensive and also paying cash .nothing special for that price I believe you can find much cheaper for cleaning and the same job.but I was fine with that but I got also charged for a mistake that the dentist did the time before that was supposed to be free since didn’t was my mistake.was the last time I visit the clinic and very disappointed.the hit the prices very high without a reason .

Dr. Pulec has given me a perfect smile. I have had four top front implants placed with bone grafting and I am extremely happy with the results. His staff is awesome and really helped me to get through my anxiety about the procedure. Dr. Pulec seemed very knowledgable about the work he was performing and did a great job of letting me know what to expect. Dr. Pulec and I just went through the most gruelling dental implants ever. Both top and bottom. Most amazing of all was his patience. I had to have serious re-building of bone. I was most impressed with his microscopic attention to detail. Although he tortured me with those hellish injections, it was all worth it in the end. He also gave me a break on the costs. As for his staff, I sincerely think he has the best collection of people anywhere. It also helped that he's very handsome. Again, many, many thanks Dr Pulec.

My partner and I just recently switched dental care providers. We are very happy with our new Dentist, and the friendly staff. I personally had never felt comfortable at our last dental office, and my partner had an unnecessary and somewhat traumatizing experience, which encouraged me to seek a new dental care provider. I've been twice now, received a cleaning the first time (and overall checkup), and received a filling the second time. It didn't take long for me to feel comfortable and at-home; all the staff is excellent at making you feel welcome. Comfort and trust is very important for me in a dental care provider. I felt that almost immediately. The communication is clear and very open. If you are someone who hates the dentist, they may make you feel like you enjoy going! I hadn't had a comfortable dental experience in years, and it was nice to finally feel relaxed, even when having work done. After we had our first visit we met an employee at our grocery store who has been going to the same clinic for over a decade. She had nothing but the best things to say, which really eased any nerves we may have still had! The coffee/water in the lobby doesn't hurt either :)

Rana is the best! She did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and I felt very confident that she knew what she was doing and was taking good care of me. She was gentle and I loved the music she played and the way she sang along while she cleaned my teeth. This was very soothing and made me feel very comfortable. She is very good at her job, offers good advice for dental hygiene. My experience with Rana cleaning my teeth was great and I can't say enough about the good experience I had.

Very lovely place and have been coming here for years. Recently had a new hygienist Rana Al-Dhaleai and she is AMAZING. The best I’ve ever had! She’s thorough and gentle yet effective and very knowledgeable. She puts on relaxing music in the background and it really helps. She is super great with kids too. My 8 year old daughter loves her cleaning her teeth. Will request her only going forward.
