I was very worried and anxious about my appointment.. but they made it comfortable for me. Great COVID measures, helped me feel comfortable during my visit. The staff are very professional and welcoming, my hygienist Pricilla was very kind and gentle. I loved how shiny my teeth were in the end. Dr. Braude was very patient and gentle too. Thank you for giving me a lovely dental experience. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Good people from the front of the house to hygienists and Dr. stein. I’ve been going there since I was too young to remember and appreciate the consistency over the years. My wife and daughter are a little upset they stopped giving away the fig flavored lip balm but from what I hear this may be coming back. Yay figs.

Very thorough teeth cleaning! The hygenist answered all of my questons and suggested new ideas and techniques for oral hygiene. Also, the appointment rooms are very well ventilated with Hep filters. The people are friendly and the environment is welcoming and very clean!

I was terrified of any kind of dental care for almost 40 yrs until I started coming to Dawson Dental. I have never felt so comfortable in the chair as I have with Dr Braude and Helen. I also had a cleaning with Donna who was so pleasant and gentle as well. Due to a major head and neck surgery that has left me with trigeminal neuralgia along with other complications the staff have taken extra time to work with these complexities and cause no further pain. I would also like to say the staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming. I am truly grateful to have found such a great place for my family.

I have been coming here for my dental health with Dr. Stein since I was a child and have always had a great experience. Now, as an adult I am finishing up my experience with Invisalign with Dr. Taylor and I couldn’t be happier! As a kid, I was told that my only option to straighten my teeth was jaw surgery due to my open bite and tongue thrust. I’m so glad that I waited for this new technology! Thanks to everyone at Dawson Dental! I had no idea my teeth and bite could look like this!!!

The people their are so friendly, kind, sweet and they wont do anything unless your ok with it. They make sure you're comfortable before they do anything and they will take it slow with you. They make going to the dentist not scary and they welcome you by name. Also, they have an atmosphere that's so beyond amazing. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would.

I am pleased to report that I am a long-time client of Dr. Volker Stein & his hygienist, at Dawson Dental on Eagle St., Newmarket and I am now CANCER FREE! Thanks to the careful examination on the area under my right jaw 1 1/2 years ago. In January, 2017, I was having my regular 6-month check-up and feeling just fine when Donna and Dr. Stein observed a lump under my right jaw. After surgery and 30 radiation treatments at Princess Margaret Hospital and a great deal of discomfort, I have now been told that I am cancer -free. The early detection has probably saved my life.
