Recieved invaslign from Dr. Ali and although my teeth were significantly more straight they were not as straight as I wanted. More trays could have been ordered to achieve a more straight and satisfying smile but he decided not to. My guess was to save chair time and money on his part as the follow up checks were included in the price. He kept proceeding to tell me that my teeth are better than before and I should be satisfied with the outcome even though I know they could have been better. Overall I am not satisfied with his service. The staff their are very friendly and knowledgeable. Anyways, Invisalign round 2 for me. Wish I would have went to a better dentist in the first place, and paid a bit more.

This office is fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and make going to the dentist as pleasant as possible. I am always extremely impressed by how timely the appointments are. I have never had to wait longer than five minutes. I would definitely recommend!

This review is solely written on the service of the dentist. The staff at Dawson Dental is wonderful, from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the hygienists. I do believe my service was done by an employed dentist, not by the owner of the office. My experience was the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. I was told I needed a root canal on a tooth. I am not going to go into an overshare review but long story short, the dentist did not freeze my mouth properly and I was screaming, crying and in agony the entire time. I had tears running down my face. He could not finish the procedure. I went to see a dentist (at another office obviously) afterwards and they assured me that this does not happen and they will freeze me properly. The anxiety I had going into a second root canal was insane, all because of this horrible dentist! Thankfully Brentwood Dental (Dr. Kim) froze me properly and I did not feel a thing! I would advise anyone against this place, or at least that dentist. Horrible experience.

I would never go here again -- the dentist lied to me about having 3 cavities. I've never had a cavity in my life, and get bi-annual check ups. The dentist I previously went to has always told me that I have good teeth. The only reason I switched offices is because I moved and this is closer to home. I was SHOCKED to hear I had three cavities in less than a year and a bit suspicious; I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and was told that I have no cavities and that I have great teeth -- nothing to worry about. I will be reporting them for malpractice. Horrible people and how dare any practitioner think that that's alright. Hygienist was phenomenal and I'm sad to switch because she was extremely helpful - even she seemed surprised that the dentist said I had 3 cavities. GO ELSEWHERE.

Just had my wisdom teeth removal here and by far it's been the best dental experience I've ever received. Everyone is super friendly, calming, and professional. From the reception to the procedure, it was outstanding service. Thank you for everything and I actually look forward to coming back!

They are more business people than dentists. They'll come up with cavities that don't exist to drill your teeth and drain your wallet.

After searching for a good dentist I met a top dentist at this location. This dentist is Dr. Madhi. He is extremely detailed at his work in order to achieve the best results , he shares his knowledge of dentistry with you and explained all the steps you are going to go through. You feel relaxed and put your trust in his knowledge. During his work he makes sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. You realize that he is fast, gentle and a perfectionist. I recommend this dentist to all people that lost faith in finding a good and honest dentist.
