Myself and 4 children ages 11 9 6 and 3 all LOVE cedarwood dental. The staff is very nice . They are incredibly accommodating. There is a kids room my kids enjoy spending time in while they wait for siblings. My youngest son had a pretty bad infection behind his front 4 teeth when he was 1 year old....it was pretty traumatic for him but Dr sadler was amazing and never onced pushed my son todo anything he didnt need to. With that making his dental experience a positive one...He is now 3.5 years old and LOVES the dentist the very kind and gental approach really helped in that difficult time.

Best dental experience we’ve ever had. They have been amazing with my kid even through some tough stuff. Always explained everything completely and until we were comfortable. My kid just told me he wants to be a dentist now! Great experience from the moment we stepped in the door. So happy we found these guys. Edit- just had to come back for an emergency visit with our kid. 3rd day they’re open with Covid and they made us feel super safe and well taken care of...another great experience

I had my first appointment with this office and as soon as I walked through the door I was offered a coffee or water by a girl at the desk. I am not a fan of the dentist and Dr Salder made me feel so welcomed. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. I walk away from my appointment not nearly as nervous as I did walking in. I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family.

They like too add charges that you did not ask for. Claiming it's a standard charge. When question about the charge was told I was lucky I wasn't charged more due to the fact that was a current customer they did not charge me for the emergency services. When I asked did I request emergency services I don't remember requesting emergency services I asked for two simple fillings to be filled , exactly where they were exactly what I wanted done no more

We are new to the area and glad we found Cedarwood Dental. The staff was very professional and kind. We moved from a dental office that maximized our benefits but here at Cedarwood they really care about the human aspect of dental appointments. The manager helped me understand my benefits and entertained my kids while I was in for my appointment. Dr. Sadler and his assistant are fantastic and made sure I understood everything that was being done every step of my appointment. My kids even asked me when it will be their turn to go in. AMAZING.

Love love love it here! We used to go to another dental office in town but was not happy there. Our neighbour referred us to Cedarwood Dental. The girls at the front are super friendly and they were able to accommodate the whole family when we booked. Even with the pandemic we felt very safe with how they handled patients. I have been going to the same dentist from when I was a child down in Scarborough. Since moving to Keswick I have been to more then one dental office and was never happy until I went to Cedarwood !!! The staff here is amazing and works with you with no judgement . I have a life time illness and get regular checkups are very important due to the medication I am on . I highly recommend Cedarwood !!! Definitely worth more then 5 stars !!

We moved to the area almost 5 years ago and were looking for a reliable dental office. After a lot of searching we found Cedarwood Dental and will never turn back! The staff at the reception desk are amazing. They are friendly, accommodating and very personable. During my last cleaning my 5 month old started fussing, after asking permission one of the ladies scooped her up and looked after her until I was done! Our hygienist Amy is also very friendly, personable and gentle. She always makes me feel comfortable and does a thorough and amazing job. Dr. Sadler is also very friendly and amazing with children, he made my 2 year old feel very comfortable her first time in the chair! All around this is a wonderful place and a gem in a small town. Our family will continue to go to Cedarwood and will keep referring to our family and friends. They are fantastic!

I recently had three wisdom teeth removed. My experience was so good that I just had to write a review. The procedure was the easiest part - my ability to heal wasn't the best. I developed dry socket and the office was *more* than accommodating providing prescriptions for pain relief and this black stuff to stick in the empty sockets. The way the office is actually run may be it's greatest accomplishment - it doesn't matter who you are dealing with - front desk, hygienists or dentists they are *all* very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, professional and competent. Very refreshing when most places seem to be paring back on the customer experience these days. I couldn't recommend this office more.

Was looking for a new dentist closer to home as we newly moved to Keswick a few years ago, heard amazing reviews about this place. Had my initial cleaning done and all seemed great. Friendly. Knowledgeable. I ended up needing a filling, and still had some issues with it after it was completed. I recently went back to my previous dentist (one I fully trusted) to have a look to see if there was something wrong with it, and after an X-ray to check the filling that was done, (which they never did after the filling was completed to begin with) it turns out that there is a portion of the tooth that wasn’t even filled in, therefore leaving it hollow with accessibility for bacteria to get in, and to make it worse, the filling itself had SO many cracks on the image, it was absolutely NOT completed properly. I even had gone back once explaining it needed adjustments and the dentist almost made me feel silly for returning because it was ‘such a small adjustment’. I give this place a 2 star, only because the staff is pleasant and the hygienists I have encountered on myself or my child were amazing.... however, now that this error is going to cost me an arm and a leg to correct, I am clearly not going back and I defiantly do not recommend this place.

Everyone who works there is professional with a great sense of humor, dentist, hygienist and the front desk. Nice to have someone who is knowledgable about TMJD and my other health issues. Finally someone else noticed that my jaw swings to the side slightly. Haven’t been in two years to get my teeth cleaned and it didn’t hurt at all, where other hygienists have dug into my gums and caused severe pain. 11/10

Great staff very knowledgeable and friendly, tried some amazing new technology today that made a real cool 3d model of all my teeth with different layers. I feel comfortable there everything is very clean and sterile. the office staff are great at understanding and organizing different benefits/payment arrangements. I highly recommend! Phenomenal professional advice and techniques and some real neat futuristic tech products/equipment that make life easy and just interesting. Ive always gone to very good dental care offices and compared to other dental offices I've been to this one was the best! Thank you for making my appointment enjoyable and interesting, I really enjoyed my visit.
