Having moved here from Vancouver over a year ago I didn't know where to go for a dentist and chose this clinic based on reviews. What a fabulous choice!!! The staff are truly beyond excellent, they provide a warm comfortable atmosphere the moment you walk in and you feel more like a friend than a patient. The prices are SO reasonable- I almost fell on the floor in astonishment! People-you want to choose Acreview. Well done Acreview! And many thanks to all!

Unfortunately, I've had experienced in one year dealing with full exams and x-rays as well as crowns and implants. wow, I had never felt so poor and embarrassed after calling this dental office. My daughter is in need of dental work done sooner rather then later and our dental office is closed for a week. My call was answered promptly and I asked if this dental office does the "Healthy Kid Program). This is for low income family to receive basic dental work on children without costing the family. We are talking basic, fillings, teeth pulled and cleaning.. just the basics. Well, once I asked if they do the program I could hear her sigh loudly and seemed like she stopped a mocking giggle. She then advised me that, although I would think its covered, no,no.. its only 54% and the rest the parents pay. I did know going into this call that not dental offices offer this service, but that call really made me feel poor and not worthy of their time. Next time someone calls looking for help maybe don't make them feel ashamed.

Dr. Bett Burry is the best dentist I have ever visited. He is a perfectionist who informs patients about everything he does with patience and in detail. You will be assured of first class dental work when you visit him. Most important, after crown and bridge work that took considerable time I have found no pain or stress in my mouth once the anaesthetic wears off. I was really surprised and this points to the care that Brett and his assistants take during the process. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

When I retired to the Comox Valley three years ago, I was concerned about finding dental care that would match the high level of care that I had been accustomed to back home in Calgary. The team at Acreview Dental have met and surpassed my hopes! I find their examinations to be very thorough. Work on a difficult root canal and replacement work on older veneers are two big jobs that were done smoothly and with comfort by my dentist at Acreview. I care very much about my teeth and oral health, and am confident that they do too. I love going to the dentist :))

My husband was talked into a partial lower denture by one of these Clowns 2 years ago, even though he had obvious issues with all of his teeth. He was told that it was soooooo important to keep his remaining teeth. Much to my dismay, He chose to have the partial as opposed to a full lower denture. Now 2 years later, his teeth are snapping off and he is no longer able to wear the partial. When he went back to Acreview he was told that to exract the remaining lower teeth and fabricate a full lower denture was going to cost us $5600.00 ! That's $3600.00 more than it would have cost 2 years ago. In light of the current situation and the fact that a new denture wasn't in the very least DRASTICALLY reduced in price to accommodate for their previous money grab, we have chosen a different Dentist who came in $1600.00 lower than Acreview. If you want value for your money, don't go to Acreview. If you chose to "give them a shot" better take your wallet and lower your expectations.

I am a patient of Acreview Dental and have always been happy with the wonderful staff and Dr. Karamanis! But I had a crown fall off on a Thursday and there was no pain or anything. I called and they were able to get me in to see a new dentist, Dr. Knopp mid day on the following Monday. He was very professional and dental assistant, Annie was just great too. Everything went super well and in less than an hour, I was home with my crown recemented. The Covid procedures were very serious and good and included taking my temperature. I was very impressed with the calibre and speed of the service. What a great company!

Teamwork is one of the reasons my visit was so spectacularly successful. All of the staff share the same standard of care and support one another to give their clients the most successful care possible. I am having quite a lot of work done because I avoided dentistry for some time following a bad experience and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to restart my habit of regular dental care. Today I had 3 teeth worked on and from freezing to full return of feeling it’s been so easy and I was treated with so much care and skill, I have to admit, it was actually pleasant. I went in after avoiding the dentist for 5 years. It just wasn't high on my priority list and I really hate the dentist and get anxiety about going. Deciding that taking care of my teeth needed to become a priority I went in and saw Dr. Karamanis. He was so wonderful as were two dental assistants that charted my teeth and took X-rays. I did not get berated for not being to the dentist in a long time and I felt like I was treated with respect and professional care. The office is clean and has free wifi! It was a very positive experience. My plan covered everything but it wasn't so pricy even if it didn't. I will be going back for my hygienist appointment in a week. Also front counter staff were so friendly. My only negative comment is the parking!!! Update: I’ve been seeing the team at acreview dental for a few years now. My 5 year old daughter too. I’m still very happy with this clinic and recommend it to my friends. Staff is very good with children! Parking is still not ideal.

Came into the office with a new toothache 45 minutes before they closed for the holidays. They fit me in, took radiographs and took very good care of me complete with a plan for the tooth after the holidays and a contingency plan in case it got worse over the holidays!
