Editing original review due them being liars. They say they take all insurance? Nope, false. I was flat out turned down. This is how you know they only accept rich customers, and not average people. Other dentists in non rich snobby areas, charge normal pricing for the exact same quality service. And the price difference is massive.

Dr.Retter really had my best interest at heart and for the first time in > years < I barely felt any pain upon getting freezed. I am usually very sensitive to pain , hard to freeze and he took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. Very knowledgeable and experienced dentist. Procedure was quick and well done. Warm Gentle and friendly staff. Michelle the hygienist was exellent. They use xtra tools like a jaw holder & pillows to make you feel confortable and your xrays are very well detailed on a big screen. Top notch technology.

Dr. Lindsey Jakubovic did serious dental work for me-- 6 frontal crowns, and many fillings. She and Celia, her dental hygienist, did a wonderful job. I was putting off the procedure for years because I had major dental shame and fear, and Dr. Jakubovic and Celia were the most caring, professional, and responsive dentists I've ever had. They helped me work through my fear and now my teeth are great, and I'm very happy with the result-- both aesthetically and health-wise. I absolutely recommend Dr. Jakubovic, especially for people like me who are scared of going to the dentist and ashamed of not having gone in too long.

Retter Dental Care is hands down the best dental office in Montreal. I was very pleased to see modern equipment, friendly welcoming faces when you register and the short wait time. to see a healthcare professional. The measures taken to combat Covid are evident as soon as you enter. I felt very safe. My dentist for the past 30 years is Dr. Joanne Walford and when she recently joined the Retter Team I couldn’t have been happier. Along with her hygienist Michelle, who did an amazing job today cleaning my teeth, I am always made to feel relaxed and way less anxious. Her assistant Stephanie is one of the kindest, caring people I know. Always checking, asking how I’m doing while Dr. Walford is working in my mouth. I cannot count the number of phone calls I have received from either Stephanie or Dr. Walford following major dental work. Their actions show the level of care you receive from Retter Dental Care. Dr. Walford has saved my teeth and the work (including surgery) she has done over these many years has contributed to my overall well being. Thank you Dr. Walford and your awesome team!!

AMAZING WHITENING EXPERIENCE FROM A SCAREDY CAT PATIENT I was always afraid of whitening my teeth professionally because I once tried the over the counter white strips and got shooting pain up my tooth and into my gums. But my teeth were really yellow and I wanted to try it professionally for an occasion. Retter Dental Care really put me at ease with their care and level of service. Dawn (the specialist who handled my whitening) was so attentive and gentle, she alleviated all of my fears. There was a bit of sensitivity, but with her by my side, the before and after care & latest technology, I felt a lot more comfortable and it turned out to be a very positive experience that was well worth it! This was my first visit since my previous dentist retired last year and transferred his clients to Retter dental. The office seems very well run, clean and Covid safe.
