I had a terrible experience with this cabinet. The dentist and the nurse started speaking in their own language instead of being professional. The end result was of the general cleaning was below average, plus the price was very expensive for a mediocre job. Avoid this place!

My worst dental experience. I spent a lot of money there, but the result is super disappointing. I’m very dissatisfied with the service and quality. Not recommended at all. Please read the comments and double think before deciding to go to this clinic. If it was possible, I would give a zero-star rate to this clinic. I also have one tooth that's still sensitive since the procedure, so going to get this mess checked at another dentist and even take legal action if it turns out to be negligence. I highly recommend avoiding this dentist. I had a very bad filling session and my teeth ached for several weeks after the procedure (I couldn't chew easily). And even I have a tooth that is still sensitive. At the moment, I have an appointment with another dentist and I might even take my legal remedies if I am confirmed that it was negligence. En ce moment, j'ai un rendez-vous avec un autre dentiste et il se pourrait meme que je prenne que je prenne mes recours legaux si on me confirme que c'etait de la negligeance.

Even zero star Dr Sharif Naeini,The only thing he is looking for is money,he charged us for a theeth around 1700$.avoid going there. He is also impolite and unprofessional.when we comlained why you charged us too much,he attacked us and he said go to court.

Dr Sharif is honest, reasonable, caring and his staff are very professional and accommodating. He remove my wisdom tooth without pain and so fast i couldn't believe it's finish when he took out his gloves! Also they gave me 20% discount because i'm student, i just left with a great feeling. I highly recommend this place.

Puis il m'a dit qu'il me mettrait une plombage pour la dent cassée la prochaine fois. Lors de la deuxième visite, il m'a demandé de lui parler de l'endroit où se trouvait la dent cassée. Quand il a terminé son travail, je n'ai pas ressenti ce qu'il m'a fait parcquoi cet endroit est toujours affecté par le stupéfiant. Mais j'ai été choqué qu'il ait creusé la dent suivante et placé un rembourrage. Quand je suis revenu vers lui, il m'a dit qu'il avait vu sur la photo que le dent auquel il avait été réparé avait provoqué une carie et voulait la guérir.?????!!!!!! Je ne pouvais rien faire parce que j'étais nouveau au Canada et que je ne savais pas quoi faire.

Terrible experience. I asked for the treatment plan, the Dr referred me to the secretary and they didn't give me any documents on how the treatment will go on. The day I went there, they barely could speak English and they didn't even understand me which is very unprofessional. Although I told them that I'm a student, they didn't tell me that they have a discount for the student, isn't this a kind of fraud?
