I'll just preface this saying I started going to this clinic two years ago. It was great in the beginning, but since this year, my visits have become extremely unsatisfactory. I really appreciated the previous dentist I had; he was good at his craft and effective and sincere at communicating with me (he stopped working at this clinic from October 2018). My most recent visit today was just awful. The new doctor (Miss Foung) disregarded explaining to me what my procedures would entail and whether it was truly necessary for me to get a few fillings or not. What's even worse is that she didn't fix the one tooth which I knew bothered me and I needed to get fixed. Once the procedure was done, she pretty much just left and said she would meet me at the front counter (but she didn't, even after I waited for ~15 minutes...). There was also completely no mention of what the fee would be around, so the bill came out to be $427.8, even after a "student discount" which would have otherwise made the price $563...! Overall, my latest visits have been substandard, and I'll just avoid this place in the future.

I have had a mouthful of cavities since teenage years even though I have later developed a proper daily cleaning routine. Among many dentists I’ve gone to, no one compares to Dr. Chao-Chen Chen. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and caring. He takes time to answer any questions I may have and factors in all possible consequences when suggesting treatments/procedures. I won’t go anywhere else as long as he is in practice!
