I filled some of my teeth at here last month. Unfortunately, My husband and I have more problem than before. Our teeth are sensitive to cold and also painful. I suffered from injection that I’ve never had such a bad pain. I am satisfy with one tooth which was filled by Dr. Lorela. Their team is kind and polite but about the result of dentistry action wasn't good at all. I have to find another doctor to fix them. So, I cannot recommend this clinic to any body.

If I had less than 1 star I would have preferred.She actually treat more than one patient at a time.She extracted my tooth so forcibly that it has two wounds and painfully jaw.I called her n asked for medicine and she didn't pick my call and texted me.I can show the chat over here also.She said come n get your root canal first.It was only two days of tooth extraction. I requested her to see for once as m unable to open my jaw easily.But she literally said" you are not coming for root canal also".she knew she did traumatic surgery. went to another doctor and he was shocked to see the affected area.

I went to Dr. Racy Ly’s clinique to extract my wisdom teeth, all four. She was patient and kind throughout the process. I had difficulty being numbed due to being stressed but regardless she took her time and calmly walked me through the process. She finished earlier than a regular extraction. The staff there are respectful towards the COVID-19 protocols and treat you with the utmost respect.

terrible!! it was like a horror movie! she treated so bad to my son!! she was screaming to him so terrible! "stop crying!! stop crying!!!... he was nervious at the begining, but after that he was totaly into a nervious shock, I have never seen him like that! I just asked her to stop working and I took him inmediately to an other clinic!

I am confused how many stars should I attribute to the last visit. Thought the work/treatment itself was good, nice equipment, felt that the service could improve. I had a obvious paralyzed right thumb and they literally pushed me to sign a paper with the right hand. I said the best I can do it’s to sign it with the left hand. They didn’t accepted it. Super rude. On top of that the dentist mentioned it to me.

I had a few other dentists during last 25 years and they always would find new cavity even at the same time I would go to another dentist, just to find out that I have another new cavity. I never did those fillings which they recommended and for many years I didn't see that my teeth with "problems" were getting worse. 4-5 years ago I went to this clinic just from the street with broken tooth, and Dr Ly did all the x-rays for all teeth and found NO cavities to fix. She fixed just the broker tooth. Since that time I also didn't see any problems with my teeth. My daughter, while she was a student of university of Ottawa with their mandatory health insurance, also had a few visits in Ottawa to a dentist who said that she needs to fix at least 5 of her teeth. When she came back to Montreal, she went for a cleaning to Dr Ly and also had all x-rays done. NO cavities at all! For these last 4 years not me not my daughter didn't have any cavities or problems with the teeth that other doctors found. I am going to see this Dr next week and I run into these reviews. Please, don't believe bad reviews, I guess it is just from bad competitors. Dr Ly is one of the most honest dentists I ever met. Not working to find " problem" and make money off healthy teeth and destroy them, but really caring about her reputation.
