I took work off to come to an appointment today that was set in December. I get here and the specialist isn’t here this week. They called me yesterday to reschedule my daughter’s appointment (one day in advance) and confirmed that mine is still on. When I explained that bit to them the answer was “it was another receptionist here yesterday” I’ve been here three times despite the negative reviews and I’ll confirm they are true. I’ve been disappointed all three times now giving them the benefit of the doubt about how a dentist office should carry themselves. Mr. Tran doesn’t explain what he is doing, or why. and I had a filling put in for my last appointment and got no instructions as to how to take care of it while the area heals for example. Don’t get me wrong it’s nothing personal, nice people work there, but it’s as organized as a Tupperware pantry. Very very very disappointed. I just lost money and wasted my time trying to be a customer.

I think they have a good customer service. Only thing that ticks me off. They charge you an hour fee when the appointment finish less than an hour. Sometimes they start late and still finish early. Well, u still get to pay an hour fee. A friend of mine went there for filling . He had to do it twice there since the dentist didn't really do it well for the first time.

I have the same situation like "Anne Christine Lerebours", The anesthesia didn't work very well for me and so I had to received many injections. The extraction was extremely painful. He pulled out a tooth but he left a piece.

I took my 9 year old daughter here for a second opinion and to check her teeth. The other clinic wanted to drill 2 of her teeth to take out 2 small cavities, but the doctors here said there is no need for that. This is because the teeth will fall out in 1-2 years and there is no need for my daughter to go through the trouble of the drilling. Thanks doctor Han

Stay away from this place! I was a patient there for a few years. I've only ever needed cleaning and a filling here and there. Three years ago I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and Dr Alex Tran recommended his friend. The man set up the place after hours he performed 9 extractions while I was there moving from one room to the next as if he were running a butcher's shop. The anesthesia didn't work very well for me and so I had to received many injections. The extraction was extremely painful and this "doctor" proceeded to invite the staff of the clinic in to watch me getting butchered and screaming with pain. The procedure left me unable to open my mouth completely to eat and I also had a very bad infection. I went through rehabilitation to get my jaw functioning after 5 months. I was taken over by another dentist immediately after. They offered no apology and still requested that their fees be paid. That "butcher" was never heard from after. There was no follow up. No call to make sure that I was alright. I had to go to the emergency as the sutures ruptured and I bleed heavily after the procedure. STAY AWAY!

Dr Alex is such an amazing dentist, he knows what he's doing and everytime I left his clinic, I feel a lot better. It's been a few years since I first got into his clinic and I've got very few problems.

Disorganized, my appointment is at 2, and no one is at the reception. I waited for so long almost an hour. That I had to reschedule because I had errands after. Some dentists doesn't do your teeth well also. And Hopefully they dont charge me for 25$ for rescheduling because I waited for so long. For having braces for 3 years in this dentist, I'm thankful that they do my teeth, but please be more professional at least in your jobs.

please be careful with this Dentist Dr. Alex Tran he is not a good Doctor he does not do the job in person... he get like two student to do the job and when the two student do the job they keep on talking to each other and my teeth was painful and it took 14 days before i can eat hard food and for the pain to go away... when she was polishing my teeth she keep on hitting my gum and she was busy talking to other person. THEY DON"T EXPLANE TO YOU WHAT THEY DO...AND WHAT HAPPEN TO YOUR TEETH AND ALSO I ONLY NEED FILLING IN THE MIDDLE AND THEY SAND THE SIDE OF MY TEETH AND NOW IS ALL BUMPY....I'M NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN WHEN YOU PAY YOU SHOULD NOT GET STUDENT TO DO THE JOB... ESPECIALLY WHEN I BOOK FOR THE DR ALEX HIM SELF... AND THE PRICE IS EXPENSIVE THEN OTHER DR

HORRIBLE! My first experience they must have called me 5 times in 1 day to ask if I wanted to change my appointment time. They are so disorganized. Anyway, I went here for a root canal and the when the freezing didn’t work, I was feeling nerve pain. The dentist told me it was because I was nervous and needed to calm down. He then said he couldn’t help me and sent me home with a frozen face for 6 hours and no procedure. I’m still in pain and it’s been weeks. Then, they called the day before my daughter’s appointment to randomly reschedule so I just told them to cancel it. My boyfriend made an appointment for himself 1 month in advance. They call me last night which is the day before his appointment to confirm. He misses work, goes to his appointment this morning where they tell him the specialist isn’t in on Tuesdays and that they didn’t have his appointment. I call to complain and the secretary says she can’t speak for the previous secretary or the specialist. No accountability at all. Incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention the fact that when I went for my root canal, the dental assistant was texting on her cell phone with her gloves on and then proceeded to try to touch my mouth with the same gloves. They allow people to walk around the reception area with no mask during the pandemic. It even smells like sewer as soon as you walk in. They use acetone inside the hand sanitizer bottle. Acetone is a super harsh chemical used to remove nail polish... overall just a trash place that I would never recommend to anyone. They’re a joke and will also try to upsell and rip you off any way possible.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I SWEAR YOUR TEETH WILL ONLY GET WORST IF YOU GO THERE. I don’t recommend this dentist for many reasons. If you want to save your money and your teeth don’t go to this place. The workers are not professional at all. Dr. Alex’s don't do anything. He tells his assistants to do everything, and they don't do a good job. Also, Kristy, which happens to be Dr.Alex's wife, is very unprofessional and very ignorant. We are in the middle of a pandemic and she walks around the clinic WITHOUT wearing a mask. They don't take any precautions for Covid19 at all. And the receptionists aren't professional either. They call an hour before the appointment to reschedule or cancel it and they never mention where they're calling from. The doctor never says what the treatment is but will right away ask for the money after it's done. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
