I called to make an appointment for an emergency extraction due an abcess that has not gone away with more than 3 weeks of antibiotic treatment. At this point it's dangerous.. I'm on ODSP.. and they flat out told me that because of the type of coverage that I am they are prioritizing private insurance. We all know they pay more so it's clear what they are in business for. Absolutely disgusting.

Good Dentist, I have been going to Dr Navaneelan for over 15 years. I first came in at 15 years old, when I was afraid of dentists. I would not open up for other dentists when I was a kid, but Dr Navaneelan and her Hygienists were very gentle. I have the same Hygienist every time I go in for dental work, and she always seems to remember me. I had a root canal around 4 years ago, I hardly felt anything when they were doing it, and I have not had any problems with that tooth since. I know their prices can be high for dental work which can keep some people away, but it is the same with any other dentist.

After spending over 9,000 for veneers I’ve had one fall out almost every other week for years. Being an adult instead of wearing braces I wanted something faster and nice teeth so I could smile. She would seem mad to the point I’d bring my mom with me. While working on my teeth she’d barley acknowledge me and watch the tv. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and one fell out the day before ( if you have it they can cement it back on) they couldn’t get me in. I had to go to another dentist for a temp one and pay almost 300$. Needless to say it was a front one and that fell out due to it being temporary I looked like a hillbilly the rest of the night and couldn’t smile in the pictures. Another time having one out back in not even two hours later only eating a piece of toast it fell out again. I have one off right now, thankfully further back and you can’t really see. She may do great for the community and I applaud her for that. But very disappointed after all the money I spent I still have a missing one and was never satisfied with her work.

I was in for an appointment to have my front teeth restored dr Karen and her assistant did amazing work. My teeth were in bad shape and looked awful. After 45 minutes in the chair my smile was greatly improved. The procedure was painless and it really improved my confidence in my smile. Many thanks to everyone at the office. The women at reception were polite courteous and professional and dr Karen is truly a skilled gifted talented dentist. I have never had a better dental experience in my life. Thankyou very much

Came I for a routine procedure, the dentist told me I had 7 cavities and needed to have them filled immediately or I would lose my teeth. Now I've never had a single cavitie in my life and decided to get a second opinion. My current dentist told me I had 7 stains that have the potential to turn into cavities in the next couple of years if not taken care of properly. All this goes to show that the Navaneelen staff are perfectly happy lying and cheating to perform unnecessary procedures on people who can't afford it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

I have had a wonderful experience at this clinic. There are many suites for multiple appointments at one time. I find this extremely helpful with 4 children and myself as we aren't in the office for more then an hour to have all our appointments. The staff is absolutely fantastic both professional and kind. You get reminders of up coming appointments and there are televisions at each station to easy anyone's mind if like me the dentist isn't your favorite thing.

We are newcomers to Cornwall and Dr. Rachel was recommended to us. Treated my infection and performed a root canal. Minimal discomfort and pain, the process was explained to me continuously. The staff is pleasant, upbeat, and always smiling. btw, they cater to cowards!

Butcher my son all the money we put into his mouth everything has to be redone poor kid then my daughter tooth cracked because shaved down so much instead of being extracted none of the work is guarantee everytime i went in had to pay for her to refix her worked done

NO RESPECT FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE! I am currently on Disability ODSP due to a severe back injury. When I was a child I was given Tetracycline at birth (which you are not supposed to give to any child that age at it will permanently destroy your adult teeth when they come in in most cases) My teeth are decaying to the point I cannot chew food and am it severe pain, and need all my upper teeth pulled out. I needed a Denturist to fit me for dentures before I can have the surgery to remove my teeth. I went in this office where they ignorantly refused to help me, simply because I was disabled on ODSP. The secretary at the desk stated they have helped the maximum people on ODSP, and no longer assist any disabled person on ODSP as they have met their "Quota". Despite the fact ODSP only covers less that 50% of the dentures and I have to pay the majority they refused to assist me, despite me explaining I need to get dentures before I can get my teeth removed, and explained the pain, and the fact I am unable to even chew food anymore and I am only in m y early 30's. They did not care, and said the only way they would assist me if I paid for the entire denture, despite the fact ODSP pays for less than half. I continue to suffer in pain, and eat soup and ensures to survive because this ignorant office has to decency for someone less fortunate, and even though I am paying them over a thousand dollars it is not good enough because they only help the minimum amount of people they have too. I hope the owner reads this and makes changes to how they treat less fortunate people as she drives around in her Porsche that is parked out front all the time while I can't even eat a sandwich because my teeth are decaying. VERY IGNORANT, AND NO CONCERN FOR ANYBODY OTHER THAN TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE. SUGGEST PEOPLE QUIT GOING HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERN FOR FOR WHAT I HAVE SAID.
