I struggle with going to the dentist and was not looking forward to my appointment; usually I have terrible joint pain in my jaw for days afterward. Natalie was a miracle worker! My teeth look fabulous :D She knows her stuff and I didn't suffer at all!

I had my first appt today with Dr. Marc and a cleaning with Diane after my boyfriend recommended me to come here and I’m glad I did! I have had bad experiences at other dental clinics in the past. However, the team here are super friendly and knowledgeable! :) definitely recommend!

Staff and the service have always been exceptional and friendly. Quite disappointed with policy as after the long weekend it was not possible to take time off work due to an emergency. Attempted to re-schedule another appointment. I was told there would be a 50.00 charge for the missed appointment. Can't afford an extra 50.00 at this time. Looking for another dentist.

Over charged, staff seem stressed, dentists rude, pompous. Not a good place for a child, more along the line for cosmetic dentistry. Going back to our old dental clinic, they're worth the longer drive.

They work with my schedule and throughout any procedure, they make sure everything is fine. I would advise anyone who needs a dentist to go to this joint

Even 1 star is too much rating for this place. If you like your teeth and your money, do not go here. They messed up my filling on my tooth and when I call them they dont get back to me. Pretty bad. Just stay away

In the past I have always been terrified of my trips to the dentist. Dr Mark was fantastic when he removed my wisdom teeth. This time it was just a cleaning. The dental hygienist I had was outstanding. I cannot remember her name, unfortunately. She was so friendly and very informative. I felt so comfortable throughout my entire appointment, and left with some very helpful information. I am looking forward to my next visit. That's something I never thought I would ever say about a dental visit! Just an amazing experience in every way.

Was passing by town and stopped at Dentistry at Cornwall or a little emergency. Was fixed in no time, no pain, my gain! :) Best dentist ever, dr. Alma Iancau, highly recommended! She has a gazzilion dentistry diplomas. Luckily the dental office is very large :) Also well equiped with latest technology and TV's in every room.

Completely agree with previous comment by Shannon. A single star is already too much! Called in to cancel an appointment with more than 24 hrs notice. I was put on hold for several minutes to be transferred to a lady that told me that a $ 50 fee was charged if notice was not given at least 4 days before the appointment. When I said that I lived in Montreal and couldn't go to Cornwall at that time for the appt and that I was not paying any fees, she just answered : "well, just don't, bye" and hang up! Now, you call this customer service? This is how you retain clients? No empathy, not even the curiosity to ask what might have happened, no options for rescheduling, no nothing. "You are not paying the fees? Well, f... you!" She didn't say it, but that was the real message behind her words. When I called back a few minutes later to complain about the service and say that I would comment on social media, she even threatened me: "...be careful with that" she told me. Be careful with what, sorry??? So here I am, writing my comment on Google; FB an Twitter will follow. Very unprofessional, unpolite, inconsiderate, uneducated staff. HORRIBLE experience!

The first two were done by another dentist and were pretty much a disaster, but this time I went to a Denturist, Sergy (spelling??) He did a SUPER job with them. 100% better than the other two sets. He was very professional and meticulous.

Very good experience. Excellent work with minimal discomfort. Easily accessible, clean and modern office. Accurate appointment times and friendly staff throughout. Highly recommended. Update May 2018 Dr Alma has been able to complete perfect repairs on a couple of "problem" teeth that others dentists have never been able to resolve - the teeth look and feel great now! I am at about the middle of the process having some implants done; excellent work with all the latest technology to help ensure the best possible result. Update August 2018 Continuing the process of getting an upper implant bar/denture and have been VERY impressed with the advice and professional service. Highly recommend. Update October 2019 one year of enjoying my upper implant supported denture - I am very pleased with the results; they fit perfect, feel good and work great. Also had a bit of work done on the lower teeth; very pleased with the results. Update December 2000 Routine appointment for cleaning and a few small repairs. Very impressed with the covid-19 precautions - isolated rooms, high capacity HEPA air filters in each room as well as the reception area. An all around good experience as usual.

I had come here 4 years ago about pain from a wisdom tooth that was bothering me on and off. I don't have insurance and was referred to a specialist in Ottawa that wanted $1200 to take out my wisdom tooth. The pain had occasionally resurfaced the past 4 years and today I finally had enough. I called this place at 8am when they opened and was told a consultation costs $50 and an x-ray costs $28, which didn't seem so bad for someone with no insurance. I didn't want to pay the $1200 to get my wisdom tooth removed, so I asked for the molar next to it to be taken out because the wisdom tooth was pushing against the molar causing the pain. Understandably, they said they couldn't pull out a healthy tooth. The problem was that when we got to the desk to pay they charged us $90 for the consultation and some other fee that made the total $146. When I asked about it, the girl said they took me "last minute" so it cost extra. The thing is, they told me when I made the appintment that there was a cancellation and that's why they were able to take me so early. When I went to argue the charge, the girl at the desk told me I was "a little bitter one" which was extremely unprofessional. They also didnt give me any information or recommendations on dealing with the pain. Definitly would not recommend this place if you're looking for decent customer service.

Terrible customer service. Charged in full and they also billed the insurance company which paid them. No refunds received, paid twice, I was told it was a hard year for everyone? Harder when your out over $300 eight days before Christmas.
