I always have a positive and pleasant experience at Cornwall Dental Arts! Everyone is super friendly and professional. I was overdue for my appointment today because of Covid and was worried about the amount of work that would need to be done. My hygienist, Kelly, did a wonderful job as usual. She always answers my questions and concerns with care and I really appreciate that. I am so relieved to have gotten the call for this appointment.

GREAT dentist. I was extremely amazed on how well they interacted with a child having a cavity filled for the first time. It truly showed in all the staff on schedule that day, they are not just there for the pay but the well being of the patient. It took a few extra minutes to go over everything until my son fully understood and felt comfortable enough with the process to proceed with the filling and they didn't mind the slightest bit to go over it with him again if needed. Cornwall Dental Arts-Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Always a great experience! With the spa treatments it takes away the negative feelings someone might have when seated in a dental chair! The staff members are so welcoming you feel at ease from the time you come in to the time you leave. The treatment (cleaning) itself was thorough as always and my hygienist keeps track of my brushing methods and so she was able to see an improvement and shared her enthousiasm with me. I feel like I'm a person there...not a customer...as my hygienist, Michelle, always asks about my family and my duathlons and running events. I find Dr. Deneka is very conservative in his approach to dental work, choosing to put areas of concern on a watch list, rather than pulling out the drill at the first sign of trouble. Corrective work is only done when it's absolutely necessary and Dr. Deneka takes the time to explain what's wrong and what they plan to do to correct it. I would not hesitate to recommend Cornwall Dental Arts to my friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Deneka from the opening of his practice in Cornwall in 1985. He and his staff are professional, friendly, accommodating and always have smiles on their faces. After going to his office for so long, I consider them all to be friends. They are constantly keeping themselves current in their field of work by attending conferences every year. They really try to make the experience as pleasurable as possible by pampering you with knee and neck supports, paraffin wax treatments for the hands, and my personal favourite, the shoulder massage feature of the super comfortable chairs. There is a Play Station, Lego blocks, and a Surprise Toy Box for the kids. There are movies and shows on Netflix to be watched. Draws for prizes. Donations to Charities. The care is great and I trust them with the care of my health and that of my family's health. We are three generations under their care and I highly recommend their competent staff.

I've been going to Dr Deneka's office since 2006 and not once have I been disappointed. Walking into the office I'm always greeted by name and that makes me feel at home. Waiting is never an issue (although the vast selection of magazines would definitely make the wait time go fast!) My hygienist, Michelle, I don't know how she remembers, always asks about the family and activities as if we just continued our conversation from 6 months ago. A few years ago, Dr. Deneka chose to learn more about a new procedure called Six Month Smiles. Immediately I was on board as it was always a wish of mine to have a better smile. Being one of his first patients to embark on this journey, it was definitely a learning experience for both of us. I recently had a broken tooth and I called Dr. Deneka's office to see if he could assist me. The helpful staff took my information and spoke to Dr. Deneka and they booked me in as his last appointment of the day. When I got there, the staff were very friendly and courteous. When I sat in the chair, the Dental Assistant explained everything that was going to happen, making me feel at ease and then Dr. Deneka came in and explained everything he planned to do to my tooth, what may or may not happen as it was broken right to the gum line. While Dr. Deneka was working on me, he was telling jokes, and he stopped a few times to let my mouth rest and then continued to fix my tooth. It was a wonderful experience as I was put at ease by knowing what was going on. Dr. Deneka and his assistant were extremely efficient in their jobs, very informative, trustworthy and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Deneka to anyone who is looking for a Dentist. 5 Stars from me!!

They are great with both adults and children. I initially saw Dr Deneka for a consult on a tooth for my 7 year old son. I had been given some treatment suggestions from another dentist that I was not comfortable with and Dr. Deneka was my second opinion. He was very honest and gave me a few options and scenarios on how to treat and the potential outcomes. I was much more comfortable with his plan as it was seemingly more thought out and not only took into consideration the current effects of the treatments but the long term effects as well. He had our sons best interests as a priority. If you are looking for a dental practice, this is a great office!

What can I say about Dr. Steven Deneka and all his amazing staff; Hmm, well they are truly 110% professional, pleasant, friendly, comfortable, knowledgeable and funny - No exaggeration ! I have had been with some very good dentist offices in other cities in the past and this office has topped them all. I was recommended to this office by a friend a number of years ago and have never looked back. This was especially a great move on behalf of my kids who had absolutely nothing but positive comments for their experiences with Shelly of the children's program. No ridiculous waiting! Dr. Deneka doesn't overbook his time. We are in and out promptly with the best dental service in town. We definitely recommend them to everyone.

I had a damaged tooth that required an implant. Dr. Lee was credentialed to perform the specialty work I required and he was available for me during my time of need. During the procedure, I always felt I was in good hands. Dr. Lee is skilled, gentle, uses modern technology, and has a calming demeanor. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My 4 year old son KALLUM, just had his second check-up. SHELLEY is AMAZING with kids. She explains to the kids what she is doing, lets them feel the brushes on the tools - she will use. And makes the whole experience fun, even with MOM & DAD...lol. End result - No cavities - Yahoo!!! See you in another 9 months. PS - Shelley came as a referral from his pre-school teacher.
