We have the pleasure of having Dr Wells and Dr Rumbolt as our dentists. Dr Wells takes cares of our grown ups and Dr Rumbolt cares for our children. The level of care that we receive is above and beyond. The entire staff treats us as family and knows us by name. It’s not often someone can say they enjoy going to the dentist, but we always leave with a happy and healthy smile. I honestly could give so many examples of the kindness we’ve received here. I would recommend this amazing team to anyone!

Dr. Webb was the first person to give me a filling that didn't hurt and he helped me with my acid reflux problem that I've been struggling with for years (since like 8). He is also super sweet and so are his assistants. They're all very good at what they do and make for a really easy and nice experience while getting the job done really well ♥️

If I could give them 7 stars I would. The staff are great and Dr Wells is the best dentist I've ever been to. I've always had a phobia of going to the dentist like a lot of people but Dr wells did a great job. Made it as comfortable as possible and now I don't mind going to the dentist anymore. Well don't mind so much lol.

From start to finish Dr. Wells presented himself with confidence, knowledge and a gentle manner that really calmed my nerves and fear about the procedure. This week I visited the "Best" Coast of Newfoundland to work with the amazing team of Dr. Jeff Wells. This is a group of truly caring professionals who consistently give 5-star service. It's starts with a genuine warm greeting from Amanda & Teresa, followed by the exceptional clinical expertise and compassion by the powerful team of Assistants, Hygienists and Doctors who Jeff has assembled, and ends with the skilled proficiency of Amanda & Teresa to look after all that business stuff. So good! At the end of our session, unexpectedly Dr. Wells fixed a small chip on my front tooth and restored my smile...beyond exceptional!

If I could rate 0 I would! I went in a couple weeks ago to get some fillings replaced. While in the waiting area I noticed there was no cleaning/sanitizing of the chairs between clients sitting in them so I stood and waited to get called in. When I got out of the chair my teeth were extremely thick and actually sticking out and we’re actually very crooked. I didn’t realize while I was there because my mouth was numb and and laying in the chair it was hard to see. Anyway I paid what I was quoted for the fillings which was $585 but with my insurance I paid $117. After about an hour I realized the issues and called back. I was sceheduled for an appointment a few days later. I went back and everything was good.My teeth got fixed (not perfect, they were better before I got them fixed in the first place but not bad). We talked about putting veneers on at a later date so they could be perfect so I asked for a quote. I went to the reception desk (to the very rude lady for no reason but I assumed she’s just that way) she gave me the quote then told me I owed money. I told her because the dentist had made a mistake I do not owe any money. The lady laughed and said “oh yes you do” I was shocked. I think I just stared at her. She went to the office manager and said something to her. The manager then asked if the dentist told me anything about not being charged enough. I had no idea what she was talking about. She then said never mind it’s okay. I asked if she was sure and the rude lady just rolled her eyes. I left very confused but was fine. A couple weeks later (today) I see they have charged my insurance $1200! I called to see what had happened. The rude lady told me it was because she forgot to charge me the full amount my last appointment. This makes no sense for many reasons- before hand I had gotten a quote for around the price I had paid, NO ONE MENTIONED ANY OF THIS TO ME, I was not asked to pay the second fee, m says I was charged for 4 fillings which is what I received. I went in and two dentists, and the hygienist all patronized me saying I was wrong and I have to pay for work I had done. They told me to calm down and just did not listen at all. They even laughed at what I was saying at one point. I was so frustraited I called them insane and left (not the most professional but I was so angry and hurt they could do this) I called my insurance company and they said they in total charged me for 9 fillings and an exam! I will he reporting them for sure. Please do not give these people business!

Having an extreme fear of dentist,due to a bad experience,Dr. Kaitlyn Rumbolt took that away.Dr. Kaitlyn Rumbolt is an outstanding Dentist, she made me feel very comfortable. She is patient, and clearly explains the dental procedure. When experiencing teeth discomfort she is very gentle,and thorough. Overall Dr. Kaitlyn Rumbolt is an phenomenal dentist. Also 5 stars to my hygienist Teresa-Leigh Harris who is always smiling and ready to dig in cleaning those teeth. Teresa is great at her job,ensuring my teeth are sparkling clean. Thanks West coast family Dental for your service, you've made my experience a smooth one!!!!

If you have an emergency you have to wait minimum 4 days for an appointment. I had a root inflammation and couldn´t wait so long, because it could get life threatening. I have never heard in Germany that a dentist sent you away if you have an emergency . The next dentist took the tooth immediately out.

I was an EMERGENCY patient home on holidays. I called on a Tuesday and got in to see Dr. Wells the very next morning! 2 days later on Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. I’m in his chair being prepped for a root canal. On a day he was taking NO patients I should add. He knew I was in pain, this needed to get dealt with right away and he had compassion on me and took care of me right away! I cannot say enough about this dentist. Even his dental assistant was amazing. The front desk receptionist was a sweetheart! Let’s put it this way! If I were to ever move home to the west coast of NL Dr. Wells would most definitely be my dentist. Much love and admiration for him and his wonderful staff! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me when I was just a stranger off the street!! I will most definitely stop by and say hi the next time I am home. Hopefully no dental work will be needed. ????????
