I will continue to go to Willow Dental as all the staff were great. Very good experience and very friendly. Explained in detail what needed to be done on my next visit. My daughter lives in Sardis and she goes to Willow Dental there. My daughter had a very bad experience at another dentist. She was in pain and the dentist could not do properly what needed to be done. So right away she went to Willow Dental and they were able to extract her tooth the same day. Ten out of ten for Willow Dental.

I hadn't been to a dentist in too long. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they made it clear what my insurance was covering and explained the procedure I needed. I had to have three old fillings removed and replaced and they did it quickly and I have no complaints about the work. I have no issue with dental work but they have televisions and headphones to help take your mind off it, super helpful for those who really don't like the dentist. I definitely recommend them.

Not sure if I caught the lady on a bad day, but can honestly say this is my first time walking out of a dentist office, or any office for that matter, part way through my cleaning. I walked into office. Was called within 30 seconds from being seated which was impressive. Taken to the chair in preparation for my cleaning. The hygienist asked if I had any concerns about my teeth. I said I may have possible cavity and pointed at the area. She asked if she could take an Xray. I said sure. She started taking an Xray of the wrong spot. I told her that it was the wrong spot and then she got very snippy. Told me that it had been two years since I had been in and they needed a full set of X-rays. I didn't know any better so I let her do her thing. When done, she asked, besides the pain in my mouth what else brought me in. I looked at her strangely and said that I had booked a cleaning and was here for the cleaning. She began to talk to me like I was a 3rd Grader in trouble and said I had not been there for 2 years and how was she supposed to know. If looks could kill I would have been a goner. I was not going to spend the next hour with this lady letter her clean my teeth when she had such a terrible attitude. So I simply walked out. Called another local dentist. They were upbeat and happy to have my business and will be going for a cleaning tomorrow. I have a family of 6 children and happy to say the new dentist was more than happy to take us all over. Like I said, the lady may just have been having a bad day, but there is no reason to treat people so rudely and with such disrespect.

My husband went in last week for an exam and he has coverage but like another person had posted they dont know how to properly check coverage my husband had 1500 left and was still charged 110 for an exam when it should have been covered never had a problem in the past like this with any other dentist.

Normally my cleaning services go very well but I had a temp hygenist who not only took my appointment late but didnt even buff my teeth.... She even had 15 minutes left on my time I dont know why she stopped If your going to use temps you guys need to make sure your quality standards are in place.

What a great experience!! I would highly recommend sending anyone who may feel nervous and anxious about attending a dentist appointment. When I called Willow dental, I explained my concerns with going to the dentist over the phone, and the person who I spoke to was absolutely helpful at assisting me with my issues, as well as encouraging me to take care of my dental health. The overall experience was better than I anticipated. The staff was super friendly, and the dentist, Paige, who treated me was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!!

Well now, I'm an older guy with long held fear of dentist's...but after my second visit here I'm ashamed I have procrastinated for so long. Everyone here is a pro! Excellent attitudes, thoughtfulness, understanding and most definitely competent. I have more work coming up soon and feel no reluctance whatsoever to go back in. Strongly recommend, especially to those still unsure. Do it.

im very happy had a painful tooth aftr i had my son n they called me a few times before my appointment date to see if i was avalible to come in, couldnt affored a full root canal on my second tooth so he took action and started my root canal, with a warning to get it fully fixed as son as possible but they got me in the chair and out of pain in no time so i can attend to my newborn at ease.

Had a horrible experience. Seemed like the dentist and the dental assistant were more interested in flirting with each other than caring for their patients. The Dentist was so engaged with talking about life with the dental assistant that he was leaning on my head poking my mouth and forgot to do certain things. It was awful . It was the worst dental experience I have ever had by far. The dental hygienist that was working with me before the dentist was amazing and I wish she worked at the other Willow location in Garrison where I am now going. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

The way the regional manger was talking down to her staff made me find a new dental office for my family. Learn some respect, don’t be condescending to your workers. Even reception had to apologize on her behalf, I get it we all have bad days but learn some class lady.

This clinic is the best of the best. I have put off dentists for a very long time due to having very bad dental anxiety. The staff are very friendly, understanding and non judgemental. They take dental anxiety seriously and do the best to make sure you’re taken care of. Dr. Nikoo was awesome, honest and very knowledgeable. He fixed my tooth which another dentist said was unfixable, which made me fall in love with my smile for the the first time in years. Melissa my hygienist was also incredibly amazing. She was patient with my anxieties and made me feel at ease. She took the time to educate me. I will forever come back to this clinic. ❤️

I keep telling the front desk that I would phone them when I wanted to make a appointment but they keep phoning me almost every week to schedule a appointment. They would not take no for an answer trying to drum up business the office. Only stop when I told Willow dental I would not be coming anymore, Young street Dental has much better dentist any way and the front office knows what no means.

Went in for a filling. Had A dentist with a slight accent who was very rough and careless while doing it. Need to be reminded to change gloves between patients. To work at the front desk all you need is an IQ of 80 or less...My mouth was very pain full the next day, with my gums bleeding around tooth that was filled. 2 weeks latter needed a root canal to relieve the pain. Gums keep bleeding for 4 weeks 4 months later still having pain and sore gums..Beware of who does your teeth at willow.Profits before people.The root canal I received, the filling is falling apart and my gum under that tooth is still sore. Don t waste your hard earned money at Willow dental.

Yesterday was my first appointment at Willow Dental. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. They have all the necessary safety measures in place with regards to Covid-19 which made me feel safe. Renata was my hygienist, and she was beyond amazing! She made me feel at ease which I have never felt at any previous dental clinic. Looking forward to going back soon.

These dentists are too inexperienced it seems. I know 4 people including myself who have bad tooth sensitivity in the places they "filled". Also they missed a huge issue in my husband mouth that his new dentist noticed and addressed immediately. Not good. Steer clear.
